Great amount of space in the apartment. Family of 4 - 2A 2C - and we had plenty of space. There isn't a subway close by so you do need to walk most places or walk back to Hakata station to catch subway but that's okay. We stayed for 5 nights and it would have been nice for towels to be changed at day 3 but we just washed them and dried them ourselves in the room as to here were laundry facilities. Cooking amenities were limited but we made do with them for quick breakfasts and dinners when kids were too tired to eat out.

We felt very comfortable. There is enough space and having our own kitchen, living-room and washing machine is really convenient. Beds are comfortable and there is a big TV. The neighborhood is quite.

- It is called a hotel, but these are apartments. There are not the services and facilities of a hotel. - Personally speaking, I am not a big friend of self-checking machines without staff to assist. (Though we did not have too many problems to check-in). There is a deadline for check-in: 22:00. That was a pressure for us, since we arrived at the hotel at 21:30 due to the delay of our flight.

1. Great location for driving. Parking right next to the gate Parking fee 8PM-8AM=$500 Other times 90 minutes=$100 No full parking, and there are many parking spaces nearby. 2. Large space, the living room 3. Lots of supermarkets nearby 4. With washing machine, kitchen, bathroom heating is enough for drying clothes.

1. The air conditioner is hard to adjust, either too hot or too cold. 2. No one takes out the garbage, it's sealed for too many days and still stinks. 3. Self-check-in, you have to fill in the information and video message with the staff.

This is a little apartment that is just superb for our family of 4.(our kids are 2 & 4). There was a separate sleep section with two large queen sized beds. The sitting room was relatively large by Japanese standards and the bathroom with the tub was just lovely. Our kids simply loved running and tumbling around. It was such a lovely place to look forward to at the end of a tiring day of sightseeing. Even though this was an unmanned hotel and we were apprehensive about checking in and out, there was nothing to fear cos the processes were sent to us via email and the Booking.com app messaging platform days before our stay and written in clear English. On check-in, there was a video call to verify our identities and everything went smoothly. Just remember all the number codes to the front door and your own room. Write it down somewhere if you're not good with remembering strings of numbers.

The location was really quite out of the way, being about 1.1 km walk from Hakata Train Station and in a very quiet residential neighbourhood (something we like and is not a fault). We did have a trying time pushing a full sized luggage and a stroller with a kid each. But we made it and even though we got used to the distance, it was still a considerable distance to walk. If you dislike walking, be warned to expect at least 20 min of walking at a normal strolling pace.

The apartment offers 3 double beds, a fully functional kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine, a Sony 65-inch TV, a small balcony, and a well-designed floor layout. Additionally, it is located within walking distance to several attractions in the Sumiyoshi area. The check-in and check-out processes are very smooth and hassle-free.

The lighting design in this room needs to be improved. The sensing light is triggered too easily, and it could disturb others who are sleeping. Also, there is no separate light switch for the sleeping area or night light. I suggest installing a curtain or slide door to separate the bed and living areas. In terms of parking, there is no designated parking space, but there are many private run parking lots available nearby. It's important to choose wisely and find an affordable option as the price difference can be significant.

Well appointed apartment in quiet, local area of Fukuoka. Can walk to/from central station and to various sights. Local buses very convenient and regular. Nice small restaurants and supermarket close by.

My partner did not find the bed comfortable, although I had no problems. Our room had thick Western style mattresses on the floor. I think the facility has various bedding options.

Small thing. PIR lighting disturbs those who are sleeping if someone uses the bathroom in the night. Very bright light. Maybe a curtain as a divide to pull at night would help. This was the same at another hotel we stayed at so seems a common characteristic.

Super clean, spacious, nice big comfy beds, well equipped. Self check-in & out. No keys.

Weird “tax” they ask you to pay in cash and deposit it in a little box in the front desk (¥200 per person per night), which is not reflected or informed in booking.com

Although it’s pretty small, like most accommodation in Japan, it was very clean, well appointed and for us in a good location as it was just out of the hustle and bustle, but only a 15 minute walk at most to the best breakfast we’ve had in Japan and shopping, etc

Probably the only thing that stood out was it’s location to a train station, again about 15 minutes

Great location, spotlessly clean, self checkin was easy with great instructions. Small but had everything we needed.

There was a sofa but not very comfortable. That’s about the only negative we encountered.
