I loved the balcony that overlooked the street. From there I could hear the church bells and the birds leaving and returning to Parque Santander every day. I also really loved that there were common areas, both upstairs and downstairs. I was able to chat with my friends there. The hotel sells sodas, beer, water and candy to the general public out front, and I bought items frequently. (There's also free hot water for tea and cold water for drinking.) The hotel is a a block away from the hustle and bustle of the center of the city, and that made it very tranquil and relaxing, and it's still just a five-minute walk to be in the center.

Location is amazing. Close to the city center, but on a street where there is not much traffic, so there is almost no noise at night. There is a laundry service right across the street. Also there is a cafe next door that serves breakfast. Quiet AC - I could leave it run for the entire night and it wasn’t disturbing my sleep. Everything was clean.

Shower was barely functional - one door of the two was completely missing and the other hanging by a thread, water in the shower also run really slowly even with the valve fully open. And of course there was only cold water.

Great location- you can watch the all the parrots flying into the park at sunset just one block away! Good food options nearby. Super clean room and nice to have the option of aircon and fan. Staff were very welcoming and helpful - it was a bonus to have laundry service available.

Not much to be done about it, but there was some noise at night time- from the aircon of a neighboring room and from passing traffic- earplugs helped.

Friendly staff, great value for money, comfortable beds and cool air conditioning (you'll need it)! It's a good location within 10-minutes walking distance to restaurants and shops.

The room had no windows so I wouldn't want to stay there for much longer than 1-2 nights.

Staff was attentive and helpful. Located on a quiet zone but not far from the noisy and chaotic area around the Port so it was easy to walk there to.

Booked one double room and two single ones but when we arrived they said they were fully booked and instead of two single rooms they only had one room with two beds. We were fine with that but I don't understand what's the point of booking in advance if they can't guarantee the accommodation. Also, our shower was fancy but dated and the water pooled on the floor as the water drained too slowly.

A big shout out to the owner. She was super-helpful and went out on her motorbike in the pouring rain to get us a taxi from the city, so we made it to the airport on time. Great location, walking distance from city-center and Parque Santander to watch the daily bird display.

The location is great and convenient

It shouldn’t encourage smoking in the common areas by providing ashtrays
