The staff were excellent and welcoming we travelled over from Ireland to Drayton Manor Resort we stayed holiday Inn only 2.4km from Drayton Manor. Room really spacious and beds comfortable has everything you need basic but good hotel facilities with large shower and very clean hotel yummy breakfast help yourself to as much as you want very quiet during the night. . Great location with lots of activities near by Snowdome next door playground only across the bridge only walking distance into the town and retail park Free WiFi in hotel that was really fast, also if you had a car hotel has Plenty of parking lovely lake outside hotel with ducks. Will 100% be coming back to stay here again Location was ideal for kids.

This is probably the closest hotel to the Castle grounds. Event parking is also available at the hotel. Rooms were compact but had everything needed. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The shower was excellent. The windows were well soundproofed.

Could not work out the cooling controls. Was given a fan which helped in the very high temperatures. Breakfast was fair. Not all items were available. Was told wait would be 10 minutes but then breakfast stopped being available at 10.30 sharp.

Lovely friendly staff, basic but good hotel facilities, although the fittings are starting to look very tired and in need of a refresh. Good breakfast (help yourself to as much as you want). Handy having the Snowdome next door, with its Starbucks cafe and it is only a 5 minute walk to the retail park with all its facilities as well. Great location as a base for exploring the area.

Facilities are looking tired and in need of a refresh, both in the public areas and rooms. However, everything is clean and tidy, it is simply wear and tear of many years of use.

great facilities, air conditioning was excellent considering the temperatures this week and I had my dog with me. staff were friendly and helpful hotel and rooms were extremely clean fabulous location on the lake

i think a daily payment of £20 for my dog is expensive and I think if multiple days are booked then there should be a significant reduction in that charge.

Room was lovely and clean, with air con. We requested a twin room which was not available so had a double and sofa bed, both were hard so not the best sleep. Easy to find hotel with masses of parking. Cold breakfast options were lovely.

Beds - very hard for our liking. Breakfast - needs to include more vegetarian options in the hot food, only beans and vegetarian sausages available

Being at the front of the building by the water and not the road as that side it noisey .

The standards have dropped in the bathroom . It definitely needs bringing back to life loo seat loose ceiling in shower going damp and black mould . Mould starting to come throw the grouting . Sealent on the door startting to come off. And before going in to have a shower the tuels was not clean as what ever ppe spray you wipe them we is still on there and there not buffing them up . I no this cause i work as a bed and breakfast my self i see what you ppl dnt see .

The room was nice and spacious with a comfy bed and a large shower. Had a good view of the lake. Was nice and quiet. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful.

Had a bit of an issue in the bathroom and reported it. The air conditioning was loud when turned on. Need drawers and more cupboard space.

Changed to a more suitable family room at the discretion of reception staff checking us in. Extra towels delivered to our room, nothing was too much trouble. All staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.

Issue in bar meant no draught cider/lager available and bottle alternatives had been sold. Shortage of tables at breakfast.

All areas were clean enough. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection of food and drink. The staff sorted the issues we had.

Room was tiny, especially once the sofa bed was pulled out. There was not enough tea/coffee/mugs and towels in the rooms for the number of guests staying in them, we had to go down and ask for them. The bed was lightweight and everytime you moved, so did the bed meaning you lost your pillows!
