The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful Warm and comfortable ambience in all communal areas The breakfast portions are generous and the chef clearly insists on quality fresh ingredients, delicious (as was the dinner we had). Very well appointed rooms with a nespresso machine, kettle, ironing board, above average hairdryer. The shower gel, shampoo etc NOT being nailed to the bathroom walls was refreshing and the linen was not only spotless but of high quality

WiFi connectivity wasn’t great Bedrooms are not sound proofed but the building dates back to the 16th century so not surprised

We stayed for a one night break after an enjoyable long walk across the Malverns hills. Lovely character hotel, delicious food for dinner and breakfast, friendly and attentive staff, super comfy bed, nice touches like luxury toiletries/teas/coffees (and a rubber duck!). Really impressive bathroom with a great shower. Everything very clean and well presented. Ledbury was a delight too with historic buildings and independent shops. Highly recommend staying here.

Getting into the car park involved a tour of the one way system and a tight squeeze through a 17th century coaching arch but we pulled it off even in our beast of a Skoda Octavia.

Exceptional hotel with stacks of history, the town was very quaint with loads of history and fabulous buildings, some very nice facilities inc old pubs and nice restaurants with more independant shops than we've seen in one place for a very long time. Well worth a visit

Parking at the hotel was very tight.....so much so that we decided to park in the public car park right behind the hotel.....probably didn't help that we have a large SUV, so if you have a small family car it'll be fine to park at the rear of the hotel

Our room was spotlessly clean and very well equipped , love a Nespresso machine in a hotel room. We didn't eat at the hotel but this was our choice and nothing at all to do with Restaurant. Might be a very small thing but important to us that once we had checked out just wanted a bit of quiet time before setting off , not a problem to sit in the beautiful lounge. The whole team were so welcoming and helpful, the whole Feathers Hotel experience was perfect - thank you team.

Can honestly say that within the hotel everything was how it should be and made our stay very comfortable .

The public areas of the building were decorated very well. All spotlessly clean and super relaxing. The bedroom was absolutely gorgeous. Loved every bit of the bedroom. Classical music playing on the radio to welcome us. Pillow spray - Lavender & Chamomile was a delightful touch. The bed was very comfortable. Everything spotlessly clean and decorated very tastefully and recently. Lovely pictures on the walls of the surrounding area. The room has the most sumptuous heavy curtains that were perfect. We were impressed with books, a radio, and even games to play within the room. The bathroom was also high end and beautifully thought out. Marvelous mirror that was lit and adjustable to suit. Very hospitable staff in bar and checkout.

Breakfast was poor overall. Full English - Anaemic sausage and cold items on the plate. The bacon was lovely. Heard another lady tell the waitress that hers was cold also. No one came to check so we couldn’t mention it.

A lovely, old hotel that has been well maintained and is very clean throughout. It's an old coaching inn and so one shouldn't expect state of the art facilities but accept the fact that creaking floorboards, low ceilings and exposed woodwork add to the charm of this establishment. The staff were very pleasant and polite.

The dinner menu had a good choice but we were a little confused with the flavours on the plates. All-in-all a very pleasant stay. Keep it simple. I have a big 4x4 and the archway was obviously not designed with these in mind. However, it was my choice to have the car - and to drive through the arch into the car park. Fortunately, no damage to car or wall!

The food was excellent. The staff were efficient, friendly and most helpful. The dining room was rather chilly in the mornings. We loved the pictures of chefs and found them fascinating. If anyone ever finds out about them we’d very much like to know more.

No hotel can supply toast warm with your breakfast. When you make your own you have no idea how long the breakfast will be. Either you make it and the toast goes cold. Or you wait for the breakfast and then make toast and the breakfast goes cold. We’ve given up hope of this. Now I am finding things to say. Don’t encourage me. We loved it there. Lovely town too.

The Feathers Hotel is a lovely, characterful old coaching in style hotel in the middle of Ledbury. The staff were excellent, the room was extremely comfortable and the hotel was an ideal base for exploring the town and the surrounding area.

The entrance to the car park was a bit snug for larger vehicles, (Jaguar F-Pace). Something to be aware of if you're planning to use the hotel parking facilities. It's also a fairly tight turn into it from the access street.

The dinner was beautiful, great for my husband who is lactose and gluten free, the room was wonderful (the cottage) as we were very tired, had 2 dogs, needed somewhere very last minute, we booked online, when we got there, the radio was on with relaxing music, it was warm with a welcoming message and we fully relaxed immediately.

Knowing the parking was difficult to find before we arrived, but we were very short notice, booked an hour before we arrived.

Very nice pub hotel lovely open fire and plenty of places to sit to have a drink and to work on your laptop staff always happy to help when was very clean

If I have to find something wrong, I would say I would like a little bit more from the menu as I stayed there for five days. It was the same menu. It would’ve been nice to have a special each night to have a bit of variety but the food was nice walk came out.
