The location is amazing as it is close to almost everything in FW, and special thanks for Latifah at the reception, she was so nice to me and very cooperative

The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the station which was easy coming from the airport and close to town. Breakfast was included and had a good range of options and the quality was quite good. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms appointed well for our 2 night stay. Indoor Pool handy for kids for a swim too.

No complaints at all.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The room was clean, the breakfast was great, and the kids had a blast in the pool. The location was a plus; it was nice to walk around the charming historic downtown area, the Kimball and the Fort Worth Zoo were an easy drive from the hotel.

I liked everything about it!

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and was the first time to have breakfast provided on "real" dishes and glasses. Really enjoyed that.

I did not like the $40 charge to park our car. Not being familiar with Ft. Worth we had no option, so had to pay the $40. We were not offered any other suggestions as to where we might park. It would have been nice it the hotels in the area offered shuttle service to the events such as the Ft. Worth Rodeo. We used shuttle service from our hotel when we were in town for a Rangers game a couple of years ago.

The breakfast selection was great. The staff was friendly and everything was very clean.

The walls are pretty thin.

Ice machines on each level. Loved that the bathrooms had a bathtub. King bed was extra big. Nice breakfast included. Location was fantastic, everything was in walking distance.

Very expensive compared to Australia and standards/star rating not equivalent. The air conditioner was noisy and woke us up constantly when it would power up through the night. The check in staff were not super friendly, I didn’t get given check in instruction paperwork but my friends did, I also didn’t get bottles of water upon check in but my friends did. They also couldn’t give any advice about on street parking.

The property was not only clean and the staff friendly and helpful. But it also made you feel safe and clean. The parking garage and access to the hotel was secure. The parking had direct access to the hotel floors. I’ve been doing travel for my kids’s travel sports for going on 3 years and this hotel is the best I’ve stayed at. The breakfast was great and didn’t feel or taste like it was made the day before.

Nothing.

The breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning. My room was clean and when I needed more towels the staff was right on it. Also, kudos to the staff for being so professional at such a younger age!

Though it wasn't much staff could have done, but the parents NOT keeping up with their children; whether in and out of the pool and running dripping water on the floors and in the elevators. The staff kept up with keeping the floors clean and dry once again without any accidents while I was looking on.

The staff were helpful, pleasant and efficient. The breakfast was excellent - waffle station our favourite. Decor was good and very clean room. Although located in a quiet part of town there was a regular bus which took us to the Stockyards.

Sometimes the air conditioning in the restaurant and bar was too cold. The fact that the blinds are closed in the bar area to make it dark while it is still beautiful sunlight outside.

The property is located with easy access to Sundance Square and easy drive to The Stockyards. Staff were exceptional! Everyone was friendly and professional. Breakfast was great, with a different flavor of waffle everyday along with the original vanilla malt flavor.

If I am being picky, there was a lot of construction in the area at the Convention Center across the street. Also, although the building is pet friendly, they have nowhere on the property to walk your dog.
