nice comfy beds & historical element

Poor staff follow up on several issues, and including to this moment where management promised to send me my hiltons honors details & points added for some mistakes, and despite asking and mailing multiple times i heard nothing, my contact on booking.com has been ignored. Also had to ask several times for cleaning & other issues. Maybe understaffed, i dont know, but i m still waiting for that email.

The Hilton Fort Worth is one of the closest properties to Forth Worth Central Station, so it's ideal if you're arriving in town by rail or intend to use the town's bus services. It's just a five-minute walk. This was my second stay at the Hilton and it again met expectations by and large. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful, and the general ambience of the hotel is pleasing. The hotel has historical links to JFK's visit in 1963, when it was called the Hotel Texas, and there is a memorial in front of the hotel which is well worth visiting. The Hilton Fort Worth is one of the most impressive looking buildings in a town full of magnificent buildings.

Breakfast could have had more variety, but not a major issue. Front desk staff were generally friendly, but did not exude the warmth with which I was greeted elsewhere.

Gorgeous historic hotel. The rooms are very large and grand. Bed was so comfortable and luxurious. View of downtown is nice. Highly recommend.

Valet parking is always a pain and takes a while. Also additional expense. Hotel costs a lot more that others. Breakfast is very expensive, but fortunately authentic Mexican breakfast is available not too far away.

We were attending the Annual Ft Worth Art Festival that weekend and we simply walked out the side door into the Vendors, Food, Stage .. everything was right there. Arrived somewhat early and staff stored our luggage and got us checked in quickly. Beautiful King Bed guest room with LOTS of extra space!

The location is great. Within walking distance to Sundance Square with many shops and restaurants. Also could catch the trolly for around downtown or the bus to get to stockyards. Everything was nice and clean for an older building. A/C worked great! Had lots of neat historical info inside

The 24 hour market ran out of ice (free ice comes in bags from there) and the drinks never were restocked so it had limited availability on alot of items. It did have a scan to pay feature which was nice. Mirrors in bathroom are not good at all for a woman putting on makeup.

front desk manager was exceptional. she helped to navigate through booking.com mess created by this platform's call center staff. hotel staff went above and beyond to rectify booking platform's mistakes. 5 stars

Beautiful, clean hotel in a great location that is walkable to restaurants, coffee shops and more. Friendly and helpful staff as well. This was our 2nd stay and we will definitely be back again.

The location was perfect and the property is beautiful! The front desk personnel was attentive to our needs and knowledgeable. The entire staff was effective and efficient. Thank you all for welcoming us to this beautiful hotel.

It was fine - nothing stood out

There were only 2 people at the checking at 3:00 when the reservation opened for check in. The line was really long and staff slow.

Great location! Big rooms!

Had some plumbing issues. Staff was attentive. More or less fixed but 8th floor plumbing has issues-our friends on the 8th floor also had issues
