Had a great young lady at the desk when I checked in. Very considerate, cheerful, and helpful. Breakfast was just so-so and about what I expected with most breakfast menus for hotels. Good workout equipment for machine work, although the room was tiny! Indoor pool was nice.

Was just really hoping breakfast would be a little more upscale. People remember little things like that. Standard breakfast fare and bland. The outdoor attractions that the city offers, and in such a beautiful location to make lasting memories, a tasty breakfast really helps get the day going, and one wouldn't have to find another place for breakfast. Just a thought.

The room was large and I was able to move around in it very freely and well in my manual wheelchair. It had a very large fridge with a nice size freezer. Nice cooking area and small table that was on wheels we use a lot. The room was very nice and clean plus bright.

The room is for the disabled but no one seems to understand that the beds are up way too high so I was not able to get in either bed without my husband pulling me up in the bed. They need to put beds on low platforms. Then the dishes for the room were not put up but still in the dishwasher. Plus the shower head was not set up in the middle of the wall so I could turn it on and off on my own and my husband had to do that for me and hand the nozzle to me. The shower curtain was too short and not wide.enough to wrap the curtain behind the shower seAt to prevent water going out of the shower and it has a lip preventing me getting closer with my chair to the seat. Seat needs to be angled up in the front to prevent a person from sliding off.

I thought the breakfast was lack luster. One of the days the eggs were sitting in a puddle of “water” usually I opt for boiled eggs but that wasn’t available any of the days My bathroom floor was not clean. There was still hair from previous guests and debris.

We have stay in so many hotels, and this one was beyond perfect. Pretty super super clean, spacious room with stove, dishwasher, toaster, plates, cups, pans, spoons, and normal fridge size. Bathroom also spacious and a big desk. Pool very clean, good breakfast. So perfect! We would stay here again for sure.

It was in the perfect spot for going to the lake and silverwood. It is pretty much right in the center of where you need to go and right by the i-90 for a quick departure

It could use more room cleaning. The room was clean when we got it but never got cleaned for the six days we were there. Other then that, and I could live with it because we don't make to much of a mess. It would be nice to at least have the offer every 2 or 3 days though

easily accessible to downtown and I-90

they gave my original suite reservation for two nights to someone else prior to our arrival and had to give us a handicap suite—no tub, no pull out couch bed had to make room for a roll away—kinda frustrating, no discount on the room for the mistake…we ended up staying one extra night in the room we were supposed to originally have and it was so much nicer for our family. wish we’d have had it the two nights prior but happy they could at least accommodate us to have a suite.

This was a convenient location off I-90, though the entrance was a bit hard to see. The breakfast was one of the best from any hotel breakfast I've ever had. What I mostly liked was how CLEAN the hotel and room were. That's a big issue for me. The lobby, the hallways, the dining area, and the room were very clean.

The entrance off Appleway was a bit hard to find at first, but nothing can be done about that.

Conveniently located didn’t have to drive too far for dinners only 25 minutes from Silverwood.

Dishwasher was full of dishes. They were clean just not put away. I’m on vacation I did not want to empty a dishwasher. Told the front desk and they said “ it’s so you know the dishes are clean. Just put them where you want. “ This really should be part of housekeeping in my opinion.

Breakfast is good, rooms are very nice and spacious, well equipped.

Sounds travel very well, so if you get loud neighbors it is rough, pool was super cold and hottub jets were all broken

Good hotel for a quick night. Breakfast was pretty good. Breakfast room could be bigger….I stayed for the second time and both times there was no place other than the lobby to eat. Pool is ok and the gym is not bad either.
