Location is perfect and the room was great! Loved writing on my balcony and the bed was comfy! Layout is great and I was wishing my room at home was that big the whole time. The staff members were kind, attentive and made me feel welcomed on a weekend im sure is exhausting and pretty busy with all the excitement going on from the car show and father's day weekend

Tiny thing,when I moved the curtains I noticed some small dead bugs on the AC. Easy to miss and honestly not surprising in a room with a balcony/entryway. No big deal and didn't change the great weekend I had, just want to say its the only thing I noticed

Staff was courteous and honored special request. Room was spacious, well organized, and convenient. Loved the solid wood furniture with granite tops throughout. Bathroom was spacious and convenient with plenty of towels. Breakfast was generous, with healthy choices such as veggie omelets and Chobani yogurt. Coffee was dark and with real half and half.

A few things could have been better, such as a firmer mattress and bigger, thicker towels.

From checking in to departure we had an excellent experience. The construction noise was not u reasonable and the breakfast is always nice. We see so many of the same employees. We’ve been staying here for the last 5 years when we go to visit family. The summer rates get steep and we don’t care for that but it’s the best place we’ve found to stay.

We liked everything.

The location of the hotel is 1 block from the Spokane River. Fresh towels were provided every day. The hotel is very clean. The pet area outside was big and provided doggy bags. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. The fireplace in the lobby/main room was warm and cozy.

The different style of eggs they provide each day were too salty. Every day the bananas were too ripe.

Pool and breakfast

Booking.com screwed up my reservations. I have a reservation for 6-29-23 thru 6-30-23 checking out on 7-1-23. Hampton Inn said the rservation was for 6-28-23 thru 6-29-23 checking outt 6-30-23. They canceled my reservation because I wasn't there on the 28th, they stated they had no rooms like we had a reservation for. They offered no alternative. I had to take a handicapped room with a fold out bed, which my 50 year old daughter had to sleep in for 2 nights. This was totally unacceptable to me. I feel you should reimburse me for my trouble of being inconviencied.

The room was larger and better appointed than I had expected. I was there for a very quick in and out with the reason for staying being an early morning appointment and then leaving the city again. I found this value of this stay to be exceptional and wished I had a couple of more days to spend there. Perhaps I'll return for more of a vacation at some point - if I do, this will be at the top of the list of places to stay.

Average satisfying selections.would be nice to have speciality coffees...lattes, etc... Perhaps a machine to dispense? Location sooo convenient. Room very clean. Refrig useful for take home. Staff is awesome! All in all would recommend.

POTHOLES of missing bricks in walkway to front door! Accident waiting to happen. Put hazard.cones out to help visually!

The hotel was in a great location close to downtown with convenient access to restaurants and the recreation path. We really enjoyed relaxing in the clean and spacious pool and hot tub. We would stay here again.

The shower was damaged from what looked to be a non slip shower mat that was in place at one time. Also the shower nozzle was stuck in a spray mode that I wouldn’t have selected. Otherwise our room was great.

The staff, particularly Anaka, was very accommodating as it was my birthday, and our booking via Vrbo fell through. She was kind, helpful, and resourceful. Literally, without her, I believe our trip to Coeur d'Alene would have been DONE! It was one thing after another on a long and no very "happy" day, and when she greeted us, it ALL changed. Thank you, Anaka, and thank you, Hampton Inn! P.s. the kids very much enjoyed 24 hr pool!!

That there weren't more available rooms.

The room was great and very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We loved the pool and hot tub. We really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning time.

The bathroom in our room was cold, there was no coffee pot, and we got there a little early and was told that someone would call us as soon as our room was ready and never did. We had to go inside to see if our room was ready.
