Apartment 106 was excellent. It had 2 bedrooms, one with ensuite and both bedrooms were large doubles. Bathrobes were provided which was a nice touch. The main bathroom had a walk in shower and everything was provided from shower gels, shampoo, conditioner and some extra such as an exfoliating pad for your skin. All products were Molton Brown which added that extra bit of luxury. Lounge and kitchen area was also spacious tea and coffee were provided and there was also a coffee machine if you wanted a nice coffee instead of instant. The apartment was located in central Leeds and it was easy to walk everywhere. I would definitely stay here again.

The tissue box in the bathroom was dusty and the kettle could do with a descale. The radiator in the bedroom with the ensuite could not be turned off so the room was roasting. The description for the apartment on Booking.com didn't mention an ensuite, which was an added bonus when we arrived at the apartment. Might be worth adding as some customers like an ensuite as well as having a main bathroom. I would like to stress that the issues outlined were minor and overall it was an excellent stay.

Lady at reception was really friendly and helpful. Brilliant central location close to shops and car park. Flat was clean and beds spacious and comfortable, we would stay here again.

Missed having a microwave and some decent mugs instead of little cups. There was no separate drawer for utensils, just two bowl and plate settings with utensils on the table and there were three of us! Also needed general washing up items like a sponge and scrubbing brush when you don’t have enough to use the dishwasher. There was a TV remote missing from one bedroom and the batteries needed changing in the main room remote- just little things really that can easily be sorted.

Spotlessly clean with lovely decor. Nice and modern. Quality toiletries and robes were a nice touch. Appreciated the free water, drinks, biscuits and crisps, tea coffee. Brilliant location too.

Tv in lounge area not connected/ error message on screen so could not use. No remote for the TV in one of the bedrooms so unable to use it. USB socket in one of the bedrooms didn't work. (Apt 202)

The bed was so comfortable. The shower/bathroom was amazing as well. I enjoyed the small touches, like a fan, iron, coffee machine, etc.

Getting into the property was the trickiest bit. Not sure if it's the case all year round, or just at the time of our stay, but we had to go to a separate building to get our keys. This meant a confusing cut through down a snicket. We got their in the end, but was confusing at the time.

We arrived in Leeds around 11am expecting that we would have to leave our luggage at the reception until our check-in time of 3pm, however we were advised that our apartment was ready, so were able to access it straightaway, which was a big bonus. The apartment was clean, tidy and cool which was great given that the outside temperatures were 25c to 30c. Bedroom 2 looked out onto a no through road and was fairly quiet during night time hours. We were very pleased with the location and despite the entrance location, would definitely go back there when we next visit Leeds.

Although the apartment was in an excellent location, the entrance is in what I would class as a side street and not a place I would feel safe walking after daylight hours. Also although the reception address is the Headrow, the actual entrance is via Green Dragon Courtyard (as stated in the info received from Booking.com) however when you are wheeling suitcases , a sign would be very welcome to direct guests to it; a sign would also be helpful on the Headrow directing guests to the Basinghall apartments. On our visit there was a lot of construction going on at the top of Butts Court and access wasn't brilliant. Bedroom 1 looking out onto a side street was noisy at times during night time hours emptying bottles etc.,

A lovely and comfortable apartment, well equipped for a short stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would come back.

Not enough towels. I would recommend a couple more towels so that a couple can have two large bath towels and hand towels each. It was not clear how to operate the heating as when we arrived it felt cold. This wasn't too problematic as I'm sure we could have asked the staff at the front desk if it was an urgent requirement.

Lovely comfortable apartment. Clean and spacious. The lady at reception was very kind and very helpful. Exactly as advertised and great location in the city centre. Easy booking in online.

Having to book in at a different reception. Although it was within a 2-3 minute walking distance. TV in front room was confusing. Couldn't locate the normal channels itv bbc etc. Would have preferred bigger cups.

Serviced flat in central lLeeds. Good size, washing machine and dishwasher. Comfortable bed. Comfortable living area. Good quality large towels and robes. Kitchen small with very limited supplies only two place settings. Not suitable for anything more than a ready meal. Pod Nespresso. Good wifi. After hours check-in was a very easy process

Limited plates, glasses.

We had a lovely weekend in Leeds attending a concert at the Millennium Square. Our apartment was excellent everything was high end from Molton Brown toiletries to Nespresso machine in the kitchen. The bed was so comfy. We will definitely be returning should we need a place to stay in Leeds again!

I would have liked Decaff Nespresso coffee as I can't drink caffeine due to health reasons so I couldn't use the machine.

The apartment was spacious for the 4 of us, it was immaculate, the beds was super comfy and great showers we will definitely be back for a long weekend

We did find it a little confusing to go to another building to collect the keys, as we was late arriving due to traffic, luckily a member of staff appeared and showed us to our apartment block the lady was lovely and really helpful
