Very convenient location. Team overall very friendly, the doorman were the most attentive. I appreciate having the power adapters available.
Rooms are very small/ narrow and they charge way too much for breakfast $44 USD is absolutely ridiculous. Go walk one block and a great coffee and breakfast for half the price for two. The lobby is a bit dated and tired, especially the entry runner rugs. Never received our welcome drink.

This hotel was overall a good experience. Considering the price tag some things were not as good as expected though: - The location. Although it is very central located Leicester Square does have a share of homeless people walking around and heavy ambiance in the late night. Nevertheless considering connections is as perfect as it can be in central London. - The rooms are a little small but nicely appointed. - The bathroom has a weird design with a small bathtub. Really liked the toto toilet. - Too much light in the room in the night. The curtains don't close completely and are a lot of mirrors reflecting the light troughout the room. - The hotel is big with several common areas and at reception there is no clear explanation... for instance I didn't understand if the courtyard was open or not. Nevertheless the gym, pool and spa were very straightforward and well appointed. - I think it is not acceptable the in room open ear cleaners (cotonete) for hygienic reasons. - Lights over the bed too strong. - Room cleaning could be better. The highlights of the stay: - The central location besides the inherent problems. - Lively but yet organized and not loud entrance lobby and bar. - The complimentary soft drinks and snacks at the secondary lobby. - Miller Harris bath products overall very good except the body lotion which the smell was harsh and totally off. - Gym and pool. - Overall very quiet room and halls. So would I return there? Honestly only if I really need to stay at Leicester Square. For me it was good but not amazing stay, with an overall feeling of pretensious mood and too expensive for what it was. If you want a really luxurious expericence I would recommend to search elsewhere but at a discount this would be a nice stay. For the amount of hotels in central London this one just didn't excited me enough.. I would prefer to return to Pan Pacific for instance.

Absolutely seamless service, upon arrival the door was opened for us, our luggage whisked away and we were guided into a fabulous bar for a free arrival drink. The receptionist informed us that we were given an upgrade free of charge and the rooms were absolutely stunning. Bonus points for the heated toilet seat and caramel truffles. Due to pool maintenance we were given a voucher to use another 5 star hotel and also provided a free (absolutely stunning and tasty) breakfast with the widest range of options and juices I've honestly ever seen. The thing that stood out for me most though was the staff, each one was warm, pleasant, helpful and genuine. Thank you

This hotel is off the very busy part of Leicester Square, but once you go through the doors you enter an oasis of calm, peace and understated luxury. The staff are so friendly, the spa is lovely, the pool is great, the gym is the best hotel gym I have ever used and all of the bars and restaurants and the facilities in the guest lounge - snacks and drinks, are the icing on the cake. I will definitely be returning.
I was on holiday, so it didn't really matter, but if you are travelling for work you might like to know that there isn't really an executive center where you can work at a desk. I was directed to the the guest lounge, but the low seating there is not conducive to using a laptop :)

this hotel exceeded my expectations! very beautiful design and interior decor, the facilities were plenty and impressive. the rooms were so beautiful and clean, the high tech toilet in the room, in room dining was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful! the hotel guest lounge is an amazing idea for anyone who wants to come back to the hotel for a short break but doesn't necessarily want to be alone in their room.
we came during new years so Leicester square was insanely crowded everyday, but i presume on other days it would've been much better and less crowded. the location of the hotel is fantastic otherwise

Breakfast was great! The rooms were modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and made every customer feel special. The food at the restaurants was very good too, as well as the hotel spa pool. Toto toilet for comfort :) The location of the hotel is fantastic! High quality products in the bathroom.
There was a little digital sign for room cleaning (cool!) but we always had to ask at reception in addition to have it cleaned as it wouldn't happen otherwise. There was incredibly little storage space in the room. There were no firm pillows (couldn't sleep at all). No heated towel rail. The hose in the shower wasn't attached properly and leaking, water pressure generally quite low. Cheap 2ply toilet paper. Bought 4ply but room service removed it...

Location was excellent. Close to every attraction, theatres, shops and sub way stations. Staff at the hotel were very friendly. Took our cases to our rooms and cleaned them twice a day . Called down taxi's as required. Nothing was too much trouble. Irena at the stage was excellent, friendly , professional, knowledgeable and helped to make our celebrations ( Our Daughter completed the London Marathon) special. Breakfast was outstanding. When our toilet broke, maintenance and house keeping came immediately to fix and clean the problem . Well done!
There was nothing not to like.

Great location. Beautiful modern interior. Welcoming and supportive staff. Great extra facilities in the hotel - like residents area just for people who are staying there, swimming pool etc. Loved the rooftop bar. Despite our room was not the biggest, interior was unique and modern, loved the size of the shower, so great that there is no need to squeeze in, comfortable bed and fab tv channel choices.
We didn’t have very pleasant experience with the room service, but next morning the staff was aware and wanted to understand more what happened and offered to remove service charges. Did ged a follow up email as well that is kinda rare.

The hotel is well designed and beautiful, and all staff were friendly and helpful. Fantastic location. The room was immaculately clean. The pool is nice, just remember to book somewhere to sit in case it’s busy. Attentive service at breakfast and a good selection to choose from. Wifi is fast. Always appreciate when there’s Chromecast.
The ‘discretionary’ service charges added to everything. This is a thing in the UK, it shouldn’t be at hotels. The room was compact for two people, no space to open two small suitcases. There was no hot water sometimes. A very large deposit was required. I wanted to visit the barber but they weren’t there most of our stay, and it took 24+ hours to find out his availability (none that suited) so a waste of time there.
