Everything was perfect, the staff and service did a truly amazing job. We would love to visit again! Very diverse breakfast, that we as Europeans enjoyed very much. I don‘t understand some western-centric comments on this platform saying that the hotel did not offer enough western dish options, you had an entire section dedicated to western dishes. If that‘s not enough please rethink if Asia is the right place for you to go. I‘ve never heard any asian tourist complain about Western hotels not offering enough asian dishes…

Good location, 10 mins walk to 2 ferry stops so you could hop on the orange line up to the sights up the river. Rooms were spacious and clean. We arrived very early after a flight and they were able to get us straight into our room which was very much appreciated by our jet lagged selves! Lovely rooftop pool with great views (views from our the pool much better than in the pool as it has quite high sides surrounding it!). Open late enough for a late evening swim. Staff were very lovely too!

They don’t have a bar at the hotel, and the poolside hut by the pool is only open until 7 and only serves non alcoholic drinks so if you fancy a cocktail by the pool then that’s not possible!

It is crazy that staff running after you with bills for signature. You can put everything's on the room (obvious), but each and every time they ask your name and signature on the bill. Order cocktail next to pool, name and signature, order snack - again name and signature. Don't have breakfast preorder, that is ok., put on you room, but staff running after you for this f.. signature and name. Are you expecting people pay 200 dollars for room will run away after they drink few cocktails in lobby for 5 dollars or what.

We spent our honeymoon at the hotel. The hotel and rooms are super equipped and the staff very attentively accommodating. A lot of emphasis was placed on cleanliness and order and cleaned up directly or the pool loungers were wiped dry after rain. We were particularly interested in the token system for goodies, vending machines and the modern Japanese toilets. Breakfast buffet at the Hua Restaurant was well equipped. We will gladly come back.

It's over expectation after rest at here, hotel is clean and new, very good styling of interior and decorative details with nice facilities for a staycation here for example - Free ice machine and Vending machine on the same floor as our room It's very convenient and no need to go outside. - Good idea for tokens when we check in and can select to exchange with a drink or any souvenirs. - Variety of exercise machines with high-standard brands in the Fitness room. - Variety of international food in breakfast meals.

New hotel, just opened. High end with a smaller pool and good facilities. Just 1 huge breakfast room but no bar for evening drinks. Great airco system in rooms. Very High quality towels and sheets. Huge fridge in room. Huge amount of sockets in room, great design! Lighting also very good.

Very limited choice of food/drinks at pool. Only deep fried snack. Location in three middle of Indian district. No fully soundproof windows.

Lovely new hotel, very clean, big room and bed, lovely bathroom. The rooftop pool was in great condition and large enough to properly swim. In the morning the pool was very quiet which was really nice. Hands down the best hotel breakfast we have ever had - the range and the quality was unreal.

Not the best location for the main sights of Bangkok, we had to rely on taxis more than we usually like to.

Super clean hotel, staff were exceptional and very hospitable. All the facilities were pristine, the steam and sauna rooms felt brand new. Our room was comfortable and spacious. After a tiring day exploring the city it felt so good coming back to our room in this hotel.

Can’t speak a bad word about the hotel.

Rooms to great as it was a new hotel. Extremely clean. Location was fairly good as it near ICONSIAM, although necessarily 10 minutes away by taxi.

Generally breakfast was nothing to rave about. Mediocre at best.

Whole place is awesome - perfect views, super nice rooms and brand new. The pool is incredible, again amazing views. Staff were extremely good too. Best hotel I've stayed in. Extremely good value for money!
