I liked the personnel, people were really helpful. especially the receptionist who presented herself as “B.” was very attentive to customer: always when I asked simple questions about getting from A to B she was drawing maps, shared the number in case I get lost (though not necessary for me), explained all with details. Also they spoke really good English. I knew I was traveling to a non-English speaking country and I didn’t expect much, but here I was positively surprised. The room was well maintained and I liked its colors and decor. So as for this price it even exceeded my expectations. Location is awesome, not only because it’s close to the (in)famous quarter of nightlife in Bangkok, but first of if it’s close to the street market and any time of the day or night I was able to taste some delicious food. The hotel was offering breakfasts too, but rather European-American style. First I thought it was a disadvantage, being in the middle of a buzzling Thai district, but after traveling much solo in Thailand later, I would appreciate the alternative given (a European tourist might start missing home food sometimes). So yes, this was actually a plus.

I didn’t like how the bathroom was planned as the door was hitting the WC and washbasin. The bathroom was not spacious at all, it wasn’t possible to use it normally and open the door. Also some furniture was used much and it looks like some renovation/upgrade is necessary. I also doubt using lockers in the reception is a good option, as they didn’t work smoothly. In the night I also saw the hotel personnel sleeping in the reception and the area around, it wasn’t nice to see them as I knew that the day after I would expect them being fresh and full of morning energy to work.

Location is good with easy access to office complex in Silom and nearby area. Room was clean with comfortable bed and quite for peaceful stay. Pleasant Staff, very helpful, over all it was a good stay for one night.

Car Park a bit limited, arrived at night but was lucky to get a parking space.

Not the best location in Bangkok and staff were only able to book us a taxi to the airport and not anywhere else, room was okay standard

The hotel is in prime location only10mins walk from Surasak bts station, one of the fewer hotels among high end hotels in the area. Pretty old and rundown however its worth the money if you only stay in the hotel to sleep. Not suitable for luxury and hanging out in the hotel.

There is 3% surcharge if you want to pay by credit card. Therefore you need to carry cash but still ok since the hotel is not that expensive.

Location is good

Some people are smoking very strong drugs ganja in the court are and Windows had to be closed because the smell is so so bad. Please expel the smokers of drugs they ruin the whole Area and the smell is very very strong and very bad

The receptionist speaks very good English and very helpful . She helped us a lot in travelling around bangkok by BTS and metro . She has detailed info regarding BTS and metro , where to go , how to go and what to buy where , every details .

little bit dark in the room; ok for sleep but not ok if you want to work. No sauna and massages anymore. Need to update information on the hotel webpage

Location was convenient for travelling. Facilities are on average. Quite old hotel.

Airport free taxi was not there although it was mentioned there on the website.

Overall all the facilities were excellent. Specially, the room size, mattress and bed quality, pillows, and the toilet. I am very satisfied and will recommend it happily.

The electric kettle was not available in the room. Rest there was nothing I could have criticized.

The room is really spacious. Three beds, TV, sofa, mini fridge. The interior is a bit old fashioned. But worth the value for money.
