Staff we interacted with were all great. Space was good. We needed the laundry room and found it easy to use (dryers were exceptionally hot on the medium setting.) Enjoyed that we could watch Netflix on our tv. Easy drive to Carlsbad Caverns!

Fan in bathroom was running, but bathroom was steamed up in 60 seconds each time anyone showered. Toilet ran often and was strangely hard to flush. We loved breakfast the first two days and really appreciated the variety of choices and there being healthy options as well. On our third morning, we arrived to the breakfast area at 9am to find that most items were not out/hadn’t been restocked. As breakfast was available until 9:30am, it seems that the area should be fully stocked for all guests, not just the early risers. Also, the tea selection was not restocked any day, and I was lucky to get Lipton.

Desk light was broken

Front desk staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Nice decoration, the Halloween spiders were cute! Very well located near a big box store and walking distance to some restaurants. The orange water at reception was a great touch. Again, staff was super great!

Rooms were noisy as we faced the street. Hot breakfast choices were good but were mostly gone when we showed up and I had to ask reception to advise them that folks were showing up and hot food was unavailable for them. They did address it but someone needs to be on top of the food situation. Hot oatmeal was very overcooked and hard and the coffee was very bitter.

Everything was great. Super comfortable beds. Quiet. Breakfast was good. **Kristal, Working desk on Labor Day, was SO nice. She is perfect for the hospitality business! It was very busy, and families w kids were wiping out the breakfast as soon as they could put it out. But Kristal was very accommodating and friendly. She was hustling getting everything and everyone accommodated. She was great! It was a sold out weekend and Kristal handled everything exceptionally. She is a big asset to this hotel!

Great location, room and staff. Good breakfast. Very attentive employees that were ready to help anytime they were needed. We'd definitely stay here again.

Not really a dislike but I was surprised that the housekeeping staff didn't speak English. Very nice girl and between me pointing and her translator app on her phone, we were able to communicate. We don't usually require any care, other than maybe some towels or coffee if it's a multiple day stay. We just needed some TP and coffee, if I remember right. She was very pleasant and we were able to work through it which is the main thing. Definitely not anything to keep us from coming back.

Clean and good breakfast.

We accidentally left a necklace and called that afternoon. The room was not occupied by another person… they went in and checked and found nothing. The manager was supposed to call us back never received that call.

Breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. On-site laundry was appreciated. Location is perfect for going to visit Carlsbad Caverns.

Outdoor pool unavailable and elevator was not working for one of the days we stayed there.

Our room was clean. Beds and pillows comfortable. Caverns and the living desert zoo and gardens are both within 30-40 minutes. Great location to see some sights! Danny’s BBQ was very good for dinner. Breakfast was excellent for hotel breakfasts. Lots of selections.

We enjoyed our stay!

They had a waffle maker and laundry. At this stage of our trip the laundry room was great. It was also on the edge of town closest to Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Nation Parks.

Making a left out of the parking lot was dicey. The Walmart directly next door was both a good and a bad thing.
