Room has two sections that provided some individual privacy for quiet time or mini conference. Location is a tourist and business center and easily accessible to inner-city transportation like rail cars, buses, motorized public bikes, cabs, and more. The vicinity where the hotel is located is surrounded by historical structures and could boast of having so many features of attractions like parks, museums, restaurants, service and entertainment industries that will keep visitors well entertained and educated.

Presently the area is facing so much reconstruction and face-lift which slows down movements from one point to another. I didn't like the fact that my booking did not include breakfast which was promoted and posted as part of the attraction to the hotel stay services' package to customers planning to lodge in the hotel.

Beds were comfortable and the room was sizeable. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of town with all the necessary things you need nearby. The place was perfect for a weekend getaway or a few days in the city

The windows didn't open which was a bummer but not the end of the world and the bathroom door didn't seal so privacy was not great. The other small thing was there was nowhere to store clothes other than 3 coat hangers and for a couple going away, even for a weekend, it would have been nice to have a set of drawers or something...

Great location, easy access to get in, good system with the codes. The room was fine size-wise for 2 people, probably be too small for any more people. Very convenient and good for our stay, and good to have a fridge and microwave. We didn’t spend too much time in the room, just for sleeping and as a base.

Hated the paper cups for teas/coffees. They were really really small and not good for making hot drinks. The bathroom was very caravan-like and basic and the floor got wet, but it was manageable.

The hotel is what you see in the pictures, everything was well preserved and did not have problems at all. Even the mini sofas that transform into beds were comfy enough (I can say that, because I slept on one of those). It is also good that they have a frigo, microwave and a boiler, plus there were tea bags and coffee for free, so the next morning we enjoyed a nice breakfast with those and some stuff we bought at the supermarket. I would say that the best feature of all was the location, you can get anywhere walking from the hotel and will just take up to 20 min most.

The only thing that was kind of a problem was the bathroom floor which produced too much noise when you stepped on it, but you can get used to it.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is close to the tram stop coming from the ferry or if you need to catch the train it is also very close by. A lot of shops and attractions are near so it is an easy walk from the hotel to these places.

The Internet kept cutting, so I had difficulty watching social media at night. Sometimes the door on one of the entrances didn't work with the code, especially at night. Other than that, I think everything was ok.

Great value, utilitarian, and centrally located. It was very clean and exactly as described. The necessary 4x pass code entry requirements made for a very safe stay.

I was flying from the USA and the entry pass code email was sent after I left my phone coverage area. This caused a great inconvenience in gaining entrance to the hotel. If flying into Europe, make sure you have a reliable communications option. Wi-Fi option is not available when you are locked out of the hotel entrance.

The location is good. It is near to the Kamppi area and it is very easy to find restaurants and supermarkets. The staff are helpful. We met some trouble during our stay and the staff gave us assistance.

Since there is no lobby and no reception desk, we could store our luggage in the hotel after we arrived. We needed to store the luggage at the train station, which is not a short distance for people who have heavy luggage. Another thing is we don't know why the TV suddenly turned on when we were sleeping at the mid-night. We were frightened and we asked to change the room. Since there is no reception in the hotel, the problem could be solved immediately and we had to stay in that room for two nights. Fortunately, the staff were very helpful after they realized our problem and we could move to another room at the third night.

Great location - 5 minutes walking from the train station, perfect for an overnight stay in the city Great value for money, it is a simple hotel room to stay for a night when needed without spending a fortune. In the room there was a tea kettle and a microwave, so it was possible to have a snack or, potentially, even buy something for dinner.

Accomodation is close to the city, bus and train station, self-checking and services were fine as well. Room is spacious. It’s good value for money, I will stay here again for a short stay.

There is a fridge and microwave for your food but we needed to buy plastic plates and cutler because there were none in the room. Also, the ventilation could have been a little better since you cannot open the windows.

Clean, quiet, great location, easy to access the building and the room. Really great value for money. We stayed for only one night. We had 2 adults, 2 kids and 3 suitcases in a room and managed alright. I mean if you like space and views and five star comfort, this place is not for you, but for us it was just to sleep, shower, repack and travel on, so it was great. There were two folded chair beds in addition to a twin size bed. Beds were comfortable. Sheets and towels were clean, good soap/body wash in the bathroom. The staff responed within an hour to my messages. If you are flying from N America, you will probably be up and hungry at night :) There are several McDonalds close by and a 24h grocery store (S market) where we got all we needed for a very early breakfast. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from the central railway station, but be aware there are cobble stone roads in many places which makes dragging your suitcases and a stroller a bit of an ordeal! Overall, definitely recommend if you need a place to crash for a night in Helsinki.

Just two small issues of note, One of our folded chair beds was acting up a bit, I messaged the staff but then we sorted it out. The staff replied soon and were ready to help, but we resolved the issue already. Second, on top of the mattresses, there are these thin pads that kept sliding off, that was a bit weird, but that was probably because our kids were moving a lot, as kids do. No big deal.
