Great location. Nice room. Very friendly staff with great service. Awesome breakfast.

You can early check in or late check out with a charge. I'm not sure if it's a pro or con. When I travel sometimes I got offer for early check in if the room is available. For this place, it is guaranteed with payment. We did pay for late check out at 5 pm since we traveled with our mom and our flight was late at night. Turned out it was worth the money so I like it.

Wonderful staff that made us feel welcome after a not so nice experience at Hotel Kämp (concierge personally fetched out luggage from other hotel at no surcharge), rooms are exceptionally clean and feature a nice Nordic modern interior. Stylish lighting system, allowing you to set the mood and control lights perfectly. The in-house breakfast and coffee place (also open to external guests) had great quality items and was reasonably priced. SPA area features steam, sauna and small pool as well as a ice bath - all of which is new and well maintained. Would recommend this hotel as the best one in town (including over Kämp).

The location, the sauna area, the breakfast was pretty good and the licorice balls at reception. The rooms were comfortable.

Initially very formal staff and not so welcoming and showing us around etc., the lounge area was okay. Fire was not so big and it was very cold. Would be great if the bar opened earlier in day even for coffee hot chocolate etc.

It's little mazy how you get around. The reception is upstairs from the entrance and the rooms are a way off from the reception. The floors are looking exactly the same as you get off the elevator so you need to be careful when exciting. My room had a broken sofa bed that they weren't able to fix whole I stayed there.

Very good breakfast with freshly made eggs. Room was spacious, loved the soda stream in the room for making sparkling water.

Room cleaning was not perfct when we arrived, something left from previous guest and they more or less missed us the next day simply as we had do not disturb on only until after breakfast. By 11 we switched to make up the room and by 5pm they hadn't done it and we needed some fresh towels. Which they did bring.

Sauna, breakfast, room decor was lovely, location great

As a solo traveler, we often get given the smaller rooms. I felt my room didn’t match the advertised room given it had a smaller internal courtyard facing window rather than a larger external facing own. I was disappointed. I probably could have queried and asked for a room on a higher level with the outward facing window especially as I checked in early.

All the carefully thought-out design features, so that everything in our room was easy to operate and very comfortable to stay in. (eg lighting worked well and switches were in the right places). Also loved the art/design fusion with lots of interesting artworks in public areas (eg large hanging Ai Weiwei sculpture).The staff were very friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast staff were exceptional.

The location is excellent. High quality coffees at the breakfast (including takeaway lattes) were great. The cocktail bar, while expensive, was excellent. Spacious room, Japanese remote controlled bidet toilet gets the thumbs up every time. The Spa and sauna were just right. The restaurant downstairs (Boon Nam) is excellent, make sure you enjoy the tasting menu at least once.

One drawback to having a street side window on the weekend was the noise during the night. Despite the room being fairly quiet, loud motorbikes were revving their engines and setting car alarms off. Perhaps an even greater level of soundproofing is needed on those particular rooms. The gym (open 24 hours btw) was very small, which is a shame, because there is excellent equipment inside.

Serenity suite was wonderful and very well equipped it’s luxurious bathroom products/ kettle, coffee and teas etc. even a jug for water. Spa was fantastic and staff and service excellent. Location couldn’t be better. Bar is great, with very good drink’s selection. Breakfast also excellent.

Limited food options on the room service menu and also in the Wintergarten bar.

Love the interior design of the room. The room and bathroom are clean and spacious. Great location near to malls and restaurants. The breakfast was good and the restaurant staffs were friendly. Definitely worth to stay here.
