The property was clean and the staff was very helpful. We had breakfast in the restaurant every morning and Victoria went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. It was a great start to our day to have Victoria as our server! She definitely cares about the guests and wants to make sure that they are taken care of!

Parking spots are small and very few of them. Coming back to the hotel after 3pm made it very difficult to park.

The staff were amazing and helpful. They helped with easing our stress after a horrible experience at a different hotel. We checked in a day early after having to leave a hotel in Shakopee late in the evening with 2 young kids tow. The front desk clerk was swift in getting us checked in, and settled. The rooms were comfortable and clean. It was also incredibly roomy.

The only negative aspect was lack of secure parking. Overflow is located in a parking lot across from the hotel.

Staff was very friendly and bar/restaurant had some good options. Easy to get to from the freeway. It is nice to have a pool & hot tub. The hot tub seemed over-chlorinated.

$30 a night for parking!! That is ridiculous! Buffet is overpriced for what you get. $14-$15 would be fair.

Decor hotel was cute Place is clean.

Was charged thirty dollars for parking, but there was no space in the underground parking.So I had to park at the hospital, and they still charged me the same. Matt quest had a hard time finding this hotel. It was difficult to figure out what the entrance point.

I could not work in the hotel, not a member of the Hilton rewards, would have been nice to actually use wifi considering I was staying here more than one night, I paid for 4 nights.

Clean and location was good

Breakfast was limited and expensive I do not recommend to include the breakfast better to buy it and use the room facilities

Convenient to the university, rooms were a spacious and clean. We were supposed to get free breakfast and the chef quit unexpectedly so the manager gave us some grab and go items to make up for the lack of breakfast.

Parking was an additional $30 a night.

The person working the front desk when I arrived was fantastic. It was super late when I checked in and I could not figure out where to park. I called her and she talked me through it. She was also very kind.

The usb port on the wall did not work.

Price. Cost the same as all comparable hotels except didn’t include breakfast or parking. Not a good value when you can get all that and same quality down the street.

I did not eat the breakfast. I had to walk across the street to my job at the MHealth physicians to take care of patients in surgery at 5am.I am grateful that I checked in on Wednesday and Thursday so I could make it to work.Many of my coworkers could not get it.

Every thing was great,no complaints. This was the second time I stayed there due to the weather.
