It was well presented. The property was secured. Enough parking spaces. Enough private hanging areas. The windows in the room was big and nice. The bed was more than comfortable, we slept like new born babies. The staff of the hotel were just too friendly. Very accommodating people and always ready to help and offer their services.

I wished their breakfast spread was more than what they offered but all in all, they gave their all in services at breakfast

Beautiful pool area, rooms good size. Amazing staff, everyone was so accommodating and friendly. Really good service, genuinely caring staff. Surrounding view from hotel was beautiful. Quiet & peaceful ( hotel was not full) Delicious home made yogurt! Tagline chicken good.

Rooms could be cleaner. Bathroom very good size, but needs a good clean. Shower didn’t drain - water leaked into the bedroom hallway. Pillows not great, hotel mentions pillow menu, but could not see / find one. Dining menu limited, hotel is 30 -40 mins from Marrakesh centre, so this could be improved to encourage guests to eat at the hotel more. Breakfast options didn’t change and it was obvious that yesterday’s left overs are reused. Cakes and breads were hit & miss, sometime fresh, sometimes not! No facility to toast bread. Would like to have seen more healthy options available, brown bread, avocado, alternatives to dairy milk. I would still recommend the hotel!

Modern, very nice structural design. Warm and friendly staff was very helpful. The pool tiles look very magical. The view from the junior suite is spectacular with the Atlas mountain in the background. The gigantic sliding windows open the room like you are inside and outside at the same time. The palm trees by the pool nest birds that are singing during the day. Very calm and chill atmosphere to relax and rest.

The variety of the restaurant (and that's the only place to eat and drink without a car or taxi) is kind of limited. The restaurant prices mirror that it's the only place to buy food and drinks.

The property was lovely. Room was vary spacious, staff would do anything for you. It was 25mins out of Marrakesh so not ideal if you don’t have a car. We ordered taxis through the reception and cost 200MAD each way. It was nice to relax out of the madness of Marrakesh so suited us well.

The treadmill didn’t work on the gym but this was minor, apart from that it was perfect

The hotel is very appealing to the eye and was very quiet. With the help of the hotel I was able to propose to my girl friend. The manager was even able to help me with decorations. The staff were really helpful and made the journey very pleasant. I would recommend hiring a car if you go and have intentions of going into the city as it is a 25-30 min drive from the airport. But overall, very good, very clean, very helpful would defo go again

The location is a bit far from the city but can be sorted if you transport (a driver or a car)

Everything was brilliant, staff were so helpful and respectful. Only issue was that the hotel is quite far from like local amenities and shops etc .. it is very far out and the city is like 20mins away minimum. It is the perfect place for a quiet and peaceful get away but not for a get away where you want to party. The hotel has it's own sheesha facility also. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Too far from local amenities and activities and the room we got had a weird smell to it which made it difficult to sleep straight away.

Friendly, well managed and efficient staff. Beautiful views of the Atlas mountains and well manicured hotel grounds. Large well laid out room with comfortable bed. Lovely pool and facilities.

Extremely peaceful and relaxing, fantastic surroundings - and the staff could not possibly have been more helpful, polite, friendly, efficient and courteous. Big thanks to Abderrahim and his team, and Faical and Hicham for making our visit so pleasant. If you are considering a visit, you will not be disappointed!

The breakfast, was not the best, but we got lots of hot chocolate and freshly squeezed orange juice.

Abderrahim made our stay amazing and was extremely helpful at every turn. I hope he gets rewarded for his hard work to make the guests stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Room had limited aircon and the drinks were expensive.
