A Perfect Family Getaway at Eden Andalou Aquapark & Spa! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We are literally checking out from the most unforgettable vacation at Eden Andalou Aquapark & Spa in Marrakech, and I can't recommend it highly enough! Although it was only 4 day “staycation” From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and exceptional hospitality by Mr. Talib and Ms. Fatima Zahra, that made us feel right at home. The resort is stunning—an oasis that blends traditional Moroccan architecture with modern comforts, surrounded by lush gardens and breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains. The Rooms: We stayed in one of the spacious suites, and it was perfect for our family! Mr. Talib explained to me that although our reservation didn’t have a balcony he would do his very best to see if they could accommodate and they did. The room was beautifully decorated with authentic Moroccan touches and equipped with all the modern amenities you could ask for. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved relaxing on our private terrace with views of the gardens and pool. The Aquapark: The highlight for our kids (and us, to be honest!) was the incredible Aquapark. With a wide range of slides, pools, and lazy rivers, there was never a dull moment. Whether you’re looking for adrenaline-pumping water rides or just a peaceful spot to lounge, the Aquapark had something for everyone. My Daughter overcame her fear of waterslides and THEY HAD BABYSITTING!!! Mr. Papis arranged the babysitter whose name was Marie-Joe and she was the absolute best and the kids loved her. It’s perfectly designed for families, with plenty of lifeguards around, so we felt safe while the kids had a blast. The Food: The all-inclusive package was amazing! We enjoyed delicious meals at the different restaurants, offering a variety of Moroccan and international cuisines. The buffet was always fresh and diverse, with options for even the pickiest of eaters.

My boys loved the football pitch,they spent a lot of time there! Food was lovely, everything was clean too. Perfect for families. Staff are super friendly. In particular we had a waitress named Selma always taking care of us during meal times. She remembered exactly what drinks we liked for breakky (2adults, 3 kids) and would bring it to us as soon as we entered the restaurant.

Aquapark had a toddler pool with play equipment but water was freezing cold. Shame either wasn't a heated pool.

Nice hotel, the waterpark is a great addition - not huge but big enough to break up the day, no ques either. Hotel itself is a large plot and never felt overcrowded. Excellent staff overall, positive friendly and engaging. The main pool is huge and 1.5 meters deep - there is also a smaller pool which is shallower. Food has a wide variety of options - several egg stations at breakfast, breads, traditional food and the staples. Lunch is normally BBQ meats which were great and other sides. Our kids loved the waffle station! Would recommend - but perhaps a little dated look now.. location is well out of the main town which suited us fine.

Hotel could do with being updated, the bathrooms felt old, hallways etc. but rooms were clean and a decent size.

This place is perfect to stay with a family with kids. Food: really good and there is so much offer. Every day a lot of different offers and everything very fresh. Fresh pasta bar for example, which our son adored. International but also local inspired food (lovely). Room: very spacious (very nice with our toddler) and super clean. Resort: everything very clean. The park is very green and very well taken care of. Lot of space to run around. One heated pool for the smaller ones. Aquapark: really a paradise for kids and also a pool for the little ones. Location: in approx. 20 minutes you are in the city centre of Marrakesh. Perfect. The hotel had its own excursion office where you can book all sorts of trips. Very nice and practical.

We weren't sure what to expect based on the mixed reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised by how much we loved our stay at Eden Andalou Aquapark & Spa! The hotel had a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, which was perfect for a chilled-out holiday. The pool area was huge with plenty of space, and getting sun loungers was never an issue, even during peak times. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. Our room was also impressive—big, clean, and with incredibly comfy beds. One of our favourite features were the blackout blinds, which made it easy to sleep in and truly relax. We opted for the **all-inclusive package** and found the food and drinks to be good value for what we paid. There was always something to suit our tastes, and we were never left hungry. Overall, we had a fantastic time and felt we got a great deal for the price. If you're looking for a laid-back, couple-friendly hotel with great amenities, Eden Andalou is definitely worth considering!

The food: Marriott Hotels really need to work out what is going on here. The temperature of hot food is 'lukewarm' at best, which makes the meat dishes feel unsafe. We didn't try a lot of the food because of this problem and tended to stick to what we knew was safe. It made us question 'basic food safety and handling' which was a real shame because we absolutely loved everything else. The evening entertainment was poor and the same every night!! We agree the hotel is not 5-star, and needs some work, but we didn't pay 5-star prices, so felt that the value matched what we got. We will book again - and hope they sort out their food offer.

The property is very beautiful and it is clean and family friendly. The staff in the main restaurant was more than fantastic, Idres, Moshin and a lady that was so kind to my family we are so grateful . We will definitely come back again just to experience this exceptional service. Thank you so much for making our stay so peaceful during lunch time. I also want to say a huge thank you to Talib at the reception you went above and beyond during our check in we are grateful. I can actually say this report is a 5*, my kids gave it 10/10 for food, activities, staff, the room and the cleanliness . We enjoy ourselves to the fullest. The best entertainment was the day time football for the kids, the water Zumba and adult football. The evening pool party was fantastic and a great show. The aqua park was so much fun and the evening kids party was fun for the kids.

My stay at the report was nearly perfect however there were a few things that could be improved ie the blue towels that was on loan was not very fresh they had a very bad smell when they got wet. Most times when you call reception no one answers, they should offer a bit more of a variety of foods, and the night time entertainment should start from 8:30 or 9 pm.

Great hotel, staff friendly and couldn’t do enough. The main pool was freezing and the kids pool very busy as we visited during half term. Location was good only 20-25 minutes into Marrakech with a daily free shuttle which was fab! The food was good and varied each night. Breakfast wasn’t amazing but there was something for everyone just a bit basic

The pool needed to be warmer such a shame as it’s a beautiful huge pool but not usable as it was so cold!

The best staff youll find anywhere. Amazing food, great disco evening and other activities. Have been there multiple times and the resort just keeps improving. From the water pressure jn the showers to the variety in food to the gardens and the facility, they keep improving day by day

The worst thing about eden andalou is when you leave. It makes you feel sad after having had such a wonderful tome there.

Incredible staff , they are working hard but always smiling and being helpful! Big applause for them from the housekeeper to the ladies in the kitchen and the animation team . Food was great lots of option !

A kids corner around the restaurant for evening would have been great. Lots of children during evening were running around and it was a pity that they were no play corner of something to entrerain them
