First of all, Ally and I were greeted like family and were welcomed into the beautiful Riad. Natural hosts, can't fault any of them. Helped us with dinner plans and maps to find our way about. Our transfers were arranged to and from the Riad - fabulous. No issues. Drivers very friendly. All the hosts were super friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, with a comfortable bed and surroundings. The housekeeping is first class, and the linens were lovely. The Riad is right next to all the action, but was cosy and quiet. Breakfast is simple but plentiful and tasty. I cannot recommend highly enough, fabulous first time in Marrakech. I will definitely return. I'll bring a smaller case next time, I promise! The experience was good. The facilities are in good condition and they pay great attention to details, specialy on how they talk with you. Hamza and the rest of the team was very helpful, friendly, and close but always respectful. The room was good and the Riad was beautiful. Also, we arranged through the accommodation for a driver to bring us from the airport to the Riad, and from the Riad to the airport (4.30 AM), a very pleasant person. I recommend this to anyone landing in the genuine chaos that is Menara airport!

I sincerely expected a little more for the breakfast, and in our case being hosted for 5 days ended up being repetitive but adequate. I repeat, it's enough and tastes good, it just repetitive for more than 2-3 days. Being this my only "but" indicates the Riad was pretty good.

An amazing place, it was our first time in Marrakech and we couldn't have chosen a better place right in the heart of the city 2 mins from Jema El Fina and other attractions in the old city, staff is amazing the place is clean and very authentic architecture highly recommended..

breakfast could be better, more options can help improve even if it's paid for options. Rooms are amazing and very tidy always can do with a long mirror in the bedroom and a clock..

Very warm welcome with mint tea , almonds & sweet treats. Large rooms with bottled water, comfortable beds, wardrobes & bathroom with shower. Breakfast served on rooftop was good but basic (breads, jams, yoghurt, fruit & cake, fresh juice , tea & coffee) We had an early start on our last day so the night receptionist made a special effort for us & prepared our breakfast an hour before the official breakfast serving. This was really appreciated. He also helped with our bags.

Difficult to find without help

The Riad was in a good position in the Medina for visits as well as close to the main road to the airport. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The Riad is comfortable and great to cool down in the pool.

Some extra touches might increase the rating. The breakfast, bread, and jams were lovely, but a fresh cheese and a variety of fruit would improve the experience.

firstly, the staff was very kind and accommodating. They went out of their way to provide us with excellent customer service and took time to answer any questions we had to make sure we had a great time in Marrakesh and Morocco. Breakfast was delicious with everything homemade! Riad was beautifully decorated and was in a quiet location , yet near the souks and Jemaa El-Fnaa.

Excellent location next to the square and souq. Delightful staff whom are very kind and helpful. The riad has a lovely plunge pool- deep enough to stand in to cool off. The rooms are comfy and spacious. There is also a hamman available to book which is relaxing and a nice bonus. A very good riad .

The Riad is amazing, a comfortable oasis in the caos of the souk. The staff is very very kind, they will make you feel like at home and will try to accommodate eventual request (we had to leave early one day for Essaouira and they made us breakfast though it was before breakfast time)

The Riad is in the centre of the madina so it's close to everything. The area is safe. The staff were extremely nice and polite. They are always available. The Riad is very clean. The breakfast is nice. We took a lot of pictures in this beautiful Riad.

Everything was perfect.

The staff here are incredible. They wanted your stay to be perfect. From recommending places to eat to collecting us from the taxi and walking us into the medina they were first class.

There was nothing we didnt like if i had to be picky then the shower was not enclosed so the bathroom got a little wet.
