Everything. From Partrick the owner and the staff. Everyone was brilliant. Breakfast isn't great because there are bees everywhere however this doesn't stop me from rating this place as brilliant. Don't expect luxury style hotel but it's more of a family style hotel. My kids loved it. I wasn't going to rate this high but during my holiday I stayed at 3 different locations and my kids couldn't stop talking about this place. The calm and family love they experienced. They felt safe. Annoyed the hell out of Patrick's dog and he never said anything to them. Place really felt like a home and Patrick was a brilliant host. Always available for a chat and exchange experience.

Breakfast. Too many bees but get your omelette and lovely moroccon tea and you will be sorted. Plus they only during a period there. Think they stop coming after October

The property is beautiful and spacious. The outside area and pool are lovely, with access to the restaurant area to buy food and drink. The bedrooms are very large, as is the bathroom. The whole place has a very pleasant relaxing feel about it. And I can’t speak higher of Patrick - he was extremely helpful, helping us locate taxi drivers, and lending me cash to pay for the taxi. Charlie the dog was also a lovely addition to the place - absolutely adorable!

It wasn’t a dislike of ours, as we knew it would be out of town (and that’s what allows all the space!), but you will have to get a taxi into town.

This is by far the best hotel i have had a stay at. We arrived after a chaotic cancellation by another hotel in Marrakech city which left us a bit stranded. The welcome we received from Patrick and his team was exceptional and exactly what we needed after a chaotic arrival in Marrakech. The hotel itself is a beautiful piece of architecture. The setting is magnificent with a impeccable garden and large pool. The main square is only a 15 minute drive away, but you feel like you're in a small piece of the garden of eden, away from the beautiful chaos that is Marrakech, yet close to it all the same. The staff is very kind and gave a thorough explanation of do's and dont's when visiting Marrakech. Patrick gave very useful information about the best ways to transport to and from the city, around the city, to the airport,... Places to visit, ... Be sure to ask them for tips when you arrive, especially transportation wise they can save you a big hassle! The hotel restaurant provides both authentic dishes and dishes for the more picky eaters ;). Due to the amazing quality of the food we ate here most of our stay. In summary: This hotel is perfect for a visit to Marrakech for families, couples and solo travellers. The food is excellent, the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is the most kind i have ever met.

Nice place with a definite family vibe. I felt like being at home. The owner and his crew are great, attentive and willing to walk the extra mile to fulfil everyone's needs. Premises are a tad outdated but well-decorated. Great pool and games to play around such ping-pong table, volley-ball court, etc B-fast was healthy and good and the Moroccan cuisine served by the restaurant at night is very good.

Great quiet location but you need a car or to take a cab to go to the Medina (~ 15 min , 50dirhams)

Patrick and his fabulous team made us feel welcome the moment we stepped into this beautiful Riad. An oasis of calm & tranquility on the outskirts of Marrakesh withing easy reach of the Airport, Medina and the main roads. The rooms are simple but very tastefully decorated and well equipped with a large comfortable double bed, fridge and toiletries. The private terrace overlooking the gardens & pool are lovely. The 2 pools and gardens areas are fabulous & well maintained including good pool side loungers, a lovely outdoor dining area, a table tennis table & a volley-ball court. The kitchen team are excellent as is the food they prepared.

If you're wanting the full Medina experience this might not be the place to stay but it is perfect if you want to relax & enjoy wonderful hospitality in a fabulous Riad only 10minutes away from the craziness of the Medina

The room was spacious, with a large King bed, lots of storage, a mini fridge to keep things cold and a beautful terrace to enjoy the evenings on. The bathroom was nice with a large shower and large mirror, there was a decent hairdryer too. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming and did their best to help us whenever we needed it. Patrick is a super host, he made sure to ask how we were getting on when he saw us around the hotel, plus his dog Charlie is very cute and friendly. The breakfast was superb, a wide range of different sweet, savoury and fruits available to take at your leisure with chefs there to prepare more dishes at your request. There are 2 pools, one in a courtyard and one outside, both are kept clean and both are pretty big with plenty of room for multiple people to swim. There is table tennis, volleyball and other games to play to keep you busy. The food they serve is freshly prepared, very tasty and is a very fair price. The grounds are also lovely and secure too.

Nothing, the hotel is nice but Patrick and his staff really go above and beyond to make your stay perfect.

Can’t recommend this place enough- Patrick is an amazing host as are all his staff- they go out of their way to help you and give advice and recommendations. Property is an oasis close to middle of Marrakech- rooms are fabulous- indoor and outdoor pool and loads of games areas. This truly is a gem of a property made all the better by its staff- top of my list to return to when I make it back to Morocco- a real family place to stay. Private parking and secure location and great food onsite

Owner , Patrick and his staff were very attentive, nothing was too much and lots of advice and recommendations about where to go and how to go about it. Very relaxed atmosphere, gorgeous setting lovely pool and dining area. On site hammam spa was an amazing bonus.

A little more instruction about what to do around meal times would be good, we saw other guests ‘help themselves’ to drinks and let the staff know what they’d taken to avoid repeatedly asking for them like we did so we then followed their lead.

Partick and his team did an amazing job at looking after us 7 ladies we had a fantastic time food drink nothing to much for the staff brillant Arrived at 10pm fri night instead of saying kitchen closed at that time they made us an incredible tagine, salad and fresh bread Will definitely recommend 10 out of 10 great location only 20mins from the airport and madina

Hello, We went on a small family holiday trip with children, and we stayed there. Overall, it was a very nice experience. The location was perfect—not far from the city. The property was clean and well-preserved, and the staff was very nice and helpful, especially Patrick and Omaima were superstars. Breakfast was excellent. Overall a perfect place to stay with family.
