We really liked the beds and comfort of the room. It was clean and had very soft bedding and towels. Clean bathroom and shower room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They let us into the room 10-20 min early when we came. We also liked how easy it was to get to the hotel! Close to metro and about 40mins away from Shinjuku and Shibuya. Just around the corner from Akihabara. I recommend this hotel!

It is prohibited to drink or eat in the hotel room. Which makes it hard to keep hydrated and fueled. It was a bit cramped to be 5 in the bedroom for 5. We didn’t really have a place to have any suitcases open. We stored them standing and closed most of the time and opened them on the bed when needed. One thing I noticed was that the staff always talked about reviews. Which is understandable, but was a little frustrating when every time you met staff, they wanted to assist you to write a review. Which I personally don’t appreciate. But as noted earlier, I do understand why. Even though I had a few minor opinions, I do strongly recommend the hotel!

The location is good. Near the station and 711. It's very convenient. Although it's near the main street, it's almost quiet at night. The staff reply the message soon. The bed is also comfortable.

The space is a little small that three people can't open the suitcase at the same time. There's no staff at the hotel, more like Airbnb.

Location is great! Close to the Iriya metro station and one stop from Ueno. We stayed there because we arrived from Narita and had an early shinkansen the next morning. The room was small to maneuver around but had a queen size bunk bed and a tatami area for one more. 3 kids and 2 adults slept comfortably. There's a small shower room and separate toilet room (good for privacy, if you need to change). 2 sinks and a small refrigerator. Very functional.

Just to note, there are 3 steps down to get to the check-in area so you'll have to carry your luggage down, but to get to the rooms, there is an elevator. Check-in is an ipad. Suggest to "pre-enter" all the guest check-in information before arriving so you don't have to enter it all on an ipad in a narrow hallway with tired noisy kids and large, blocking luggage.

Excelent location, close to Iriya Station, near restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, laundrymat, etc. Awesome shower with good quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Comfortable beds.

There was no place to store our luggage, no.closet or space under the beds. We had to go around the luggage to get to the tatami area, and we travelled only with carry on luggage.

The location was great. There were several train stations and restaurants within walking distance. There was also a combini right down the street. The beds were comfortable and the linens nice. I appreciate that they are trying to have less waste so they don’t offer all the amenities like some other hotels.

We got to the hotel at 3:30 and they would not allow early check in, which we knew but it was still frustrating as some of the other reviews stated that they were able to. The walls at check in were very dinged up from luggage and the room had similar markings. The floor wasn’t as clean in the room as I would have liked, especially the bathroom. The corners had dirt piled up. Sometimes there was so many supplies in the hall at reception and also in the elevator that there was hardly room for 2 of us without any luggage. The sliding door only opens about 4” so that’s all the fresh air we could get. We could not go on the balcony at all. Our kids stayed at a different hotel that was smaller but much nicer for about the same price.

I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service at this hotel! The staff's warm hospitality and genuine interest in our stay made us feel valued and welcome. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations - beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable rooms. The price was unbeatable, and the location was perfect, with fantastic restaurants just a short walk away. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience!

We love everything especially showing compassion and empathy with what happened with my niece a baby girl.

The place is very close to the Metro (about 2 minutes walk). It is very convenient coming from Narita Airport. The staff was able to promptly answer my questions and assisted me in a timely manner even before we came to Tokyo. Communication was also a breeze with them including the check in and check out. They also changed our towels and beddings every other day :) There is also a great ramen place right across which serves one of the best noodles we had in Tokyo. It is open from 4pm until 12 midnight and there is still a line even if it was already 1030pm. Convenient if you get hungry late at night. I would highly recommend this hotel in terms of it's location, convenience, customer service and accessibility! Will definitely stay here again :)

Room is a bit small but not a big issue for us as we know that Japan hotels have small rooms. Not a big deal for us at all.

Nice hotel in a great location with very easy access to metro stop, supermarket and restaurants. There is no restaurant or breakfast service on site but plenty of local options. Great coffee bar just across the road. Our family room with two bunk beds and a double mattress on the tatami area was just big enough. There is room for another double futon mattress on the tatami area but given how the room felt with the 4 of us in it you'd be very brave to attempt to cram in more. Maybe with smaller children it could work. Room was spotless and bathroom and shower excellent.

The room was small, but because I was expecting it to be teeny-tiny, it was better than I anticipated! It is definitely small but makes efficient use of space. One kid slept in the loft bed, and the two parents and other kid slept on the bottom. We had brought only carry-on suitcases and were able to store one in the loft and the others in the tatami sitting area. The bathroom was great! We loved the fancy toilet whose lid lifted in greeting when we opened the bathroom door, and the shower had great pressure. It was also nice to have 2 sinks -- one by the shower and one outside the shower and toilet rooms. Location was terrific. And it was very quiet. There were hangers to hang our winter coats, which was nice.

The beds were a bit small and it did feel a bit cramped. The loft bed got very hot at night.

This hotel makes up for space in its well-executed bathroom. The place surely is small (there is virtually no space to hang out unless you're in the tatami corner) but the toilet and shower were surely nice - also our toilet room had a window which is like, impossible to find elsewhere? We'd stay again but we found that the comfort3 room was still a little small for 3. If you're interested in the tiny living experience, this place is great, and the less luggage you have, the better!

Floors and walls are a little thin. We could hear our upstairs neighbors quite often. We wish there was more room for our luggage. Railing along windows are not load-bearing, and the windows are floor-to-ceiling, so careful of your belongings and don't lean too much.
