Spacious rooms, location close to destinations (KidZania, teamLab). Easy to catch taxis. Breakfast is fine.

Location inconvenient for transit; buses are the only practical option. Not many restaurants in the immediate area.

Rooms are bigger than other hotels I looked at. Area was nice and quaint, great to escape to after fighting the crowds in central Tokyo. We opted to get a twin room for extra space and bigger beds as a couple. Breakfast was always delicious and so much choice! They have two 7/11s nearby and a microwave to use with two vending machines on site. It was a great stay!

I didnt like only having one pillow and it was quite flat but thats just my personal preference as I usually have 3 minimum and they’re all usually quite firm. But I used my neck pillow for more comfort.

I love everything about it. Every place I’ve stayed in Tokyo is horrendous except this place. This place is THE BEST hotel in Tokyo for an affordable price. The breakfast is amazing too!

I don’t like that they were booked up in the days I needed to stay again. So I have to go to the hotel across the street (more expensive and smells like cigarettes, filled with allergens) and stay there until the next opening date. I also do not like check out being at 10 am it should be later. Check in should be sooner than 3pm as well. But these aren’t abnormal times for the hotels in Japan.

The vicinity is great: very near Ginza with a bus ride, and the metro station is only a 12-minute walk. Team Lab, Ariake Garden Mall, Aqua City Odaiba, and Diver City Tokyo Plaza are near the hotel. Easy bus ride if you want something to do or stroll around. The room is well-kept and clean. Staff were happy to help out and guide you if need be.

The breakfast buffet was good. It has a variety of selections you can choose from. However, the restaurant is already closed if you go down 30 minutes before 10 a.m. We could hear people knocking at our neighbors' doors and hear them talking - this happened early in the morning.

I liked the big window, also the beds were very comfy, they supply you with everything you need. Staff was very friendly and competent. Lighting and air circulation was very good in the room Aswell.

I didn’t really like the Location since you pretty much always had to leave Tokyo city before 23:30 to catch the last bus, also the area is very windy-ish and cold late (spring). The breakfast was alright, we didn’t pay extra for it but it lacked a lot.

Breakfast was great as nice mixed of japanese and western 👍! Hotel Location very good as it’s convenient to places of interest around Tokyo especially transportation mode by metro/ subway 👍

Check in Time being abit late @3pm …. even though u have available rooms ! Should be earlier 2pm and if room available… consideration be given to regular travelers ! Besides , check out time is really early at 10am 🤔..! in international standard normally 12 noon ! Improvement needed to expand hotel globalization SOP.

Situated between two canals 650m (about 12 minutes walk) from Kachidoki Metro station. A number of convenience stores close by plus several inexpensive restaurants. Situated in a semi commercial/ residential area. Room very comfortable and spacious for a Japanese hotel. We were on the 10th floor overlooking the main canal. Staff were all wonderfully helpful with very reasonable English language ability. A good choice of food at breakfasts. Very much enjoyed our 2 day stay and would recommend.

This hotel was above expectation.

Great hotel, lots of amenities. Very nice staff. Good transport links just a short walk to the buses and about 10 mins to the metro Kachadoki. Beware that the foot bridge is currently closed so you need to take the longer route via the road bridge. Not much of a hardship but worth knowing if you're coming with all your luggage as we were! The room was big and well appointed, pyjamas, very comfortable beds, herbal bath soaks can be collected from reception. The breakfast is extensive, a good range of western and Japanese choices. Lots of 'dinner' type food, like noodles, soups, dumplings, chicken nuggets as well as the usual breakfast cereals, eggs, pastries etc.

The only down side was that the hotel is a bit out of the way, however the transport links are really good so not a problem, just a bit more time to get there and back each day. That said the price and quality are outstanding.

the size of the room was way bigger then expected and the location worked very well for our stay. it was only a 20 min walk from TeamLabs which was a bonus

The cleanliness of the room was great.. The triple room was a bit cramped for 3 persons. The helpfulness of the staff was outstanding, although not being able to converse in English was a barrier. Although it was a bit far from the station, having convenience shops within walking distance as well as Team Labs were an absolute plus and life saver.. The daily scrumptious Japanese/Western breakfast was our highlight
