Breakfast offered a many food choice option. Convenient location.
Rooms are small. I realize it is for security reasons but it is a little annoying that hotel guests could not access other guest floors. For instance, my room was on a different floor than the other members of my group. I could only meet up with them in the lobby/second floor/laundry floor. Lobby could use a few benches so that guests have a place to sit while waiting for the rest of their group. Don't need towels delivered everyday; would prefer having a hook to dry towels if I took a shower in the room.

I loved the public bath. Location next to the Tsukiji open market was also very useful.
The bed was comfortable but the pillows did not work for my family. Booking.com’s website allowed me to book the room for 2 adults and 2 children. When checking in the hotel staff said that the room limit was 3 people so I was forced to book a second room. That doubled my lodging costs which was upsetting. The site should be fixed so that customers are NOT shocked and caught off guard. What choice to we have at the point of check in?

I recently stayed at Tosei Hotel Cocone Tsukiji and was quite satisfied with its modern and clean facilities, as it’s a relatively new hotel. That said, if your main destinations are Ginza and Tokyo Station, this hotel is still a good choice. Just be aware that the current Tsukiji redevelopment project means that many rooms face construction sites. But in the next 7 to 15 years, once the redevelopment is complete, the area is likely to become much more attractive.
the location still feels somewhat inconvenient. While Tsukiji Station (Hibiya Line) and Tsukijishijo Station (Oedo Line) are the closest options, neither of these lines are among Tokyo’s most popular or convenient for getting around the city. For most of my trips, I ended up taking the bus from Tokyo Station, as it felt more direct. However, dealing with the crowds during rush hour made the experience less comfortable.

New hotel, nice half tatami room. Spacious room. Hot bath is nice
-Breakfast room is small and therefore crowded. No fruits available for the buffet style breakfast. No freshly ground coffee. -Curtain in the room cannot black out sunlight -The public bath is open to outside guests paying a fee. This made the facility crowded -Hotel is located next to the Tsukiji Open market, very crowded with loads of tourists visiting and eating at the eateries there. Extremely crowded to get through to the hotel.

I like how new the hotel was compared to others. The size of the room is bigger than other hotels in Tokyo. Mainly, I liked the location of the property. It’s right next to Tsukiji Market, a convenience store, and many other restaurants and shops. It is also not too far to downtown areas of Tokyo by subway, bus, or car such as Ginza, Roppongi Hills, even Disneyland. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. They always greeted us as we left and came back, even if it’s late. Finally, by car, it’s about 25 minutes to Haneda Airport, so coming from the airport and going there is convenient.
The location is great overall, but it is a longer walk to the nearest subway station. That’s the only downfall of its location. There is also a bus that is nearer but not as convenient to get around to other parts of the city.

Facilities were pleasant throughout the entire stay. The location was more than I could have hoped for! The proximity to the old fish market, new fish market, bridges and bay were lovely. Many stations a short walk 7-15 minutes between most. The onsen and onsen lounge were quite nice and had a hot, carbonated, and cold bath. The breakfast was varied and very tasty. The cleaning staff were incredibly kind and sweet! They put my hiking buddies (plush key chains) on the bed in a cute way :) The room was one of my favorite hotel stays: small but sufficient, great AC, air purifier, comfy beds, separate and very nice shower and toilet.
The space was uncomfortably crowded during the end of the serving hours, so I recommend an early breakfast.

We loved the proximity of the hotel to tsukiji market. It's 3-4 mins away walking distance so you are not in the crowded area and don't hear the noise. They were also kind enough to provide us with a cot for our baby. For the amenities, we enjoyed the public bath and the free refreshments in the lobby.
To be honest, the staff was not very helpful/accomodating especially during the check in process which ended up taking 30 mins for some of us. We booked 4 rooms in this hotel for over 7 days but they did not accommodate simple requests such as providing extra keys, or an extension of one hour for check out (their check out is at 10AM the earliest I've EVER been exposed to from all my trips) and additional water. The pillows are also not the best, very flat.

the first room with a carpet was way too small. we then moved to room 318 which was way better for 2 people.
some of the stuff battled with english and it was too hard sometimes. The public bath experience without an english speak, to explain the japanese rules was a bit hard.

So many amenities: we were provided with slippers, pants and robe top for lounging. The room also has ample toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair brush and blow dryer, toothbrushes, razors, and cotton balls. There is a little electric kettle with cups and a few packets of matcha. Very comfortable beds. Downstairs there is a free coffee station that had very good coffee and lattes. The location is great, almost right in the market but set back enough that there’s no noise from it. About 8 min walk from the closest subway station. The origami station was a very cute addition. The breakfast was absolutely delicious: the buffet had so many options. There was sushi, udon, grilled fish, toast, eggs, fruit, yogurt, and various other options every day. We loved it!! The hotel staff was so friendly and kind. We would recommend this hotel highly!
The bathroom situation wasn’t private in our room, the shower was a door off of the main room as was the toilet, and the sink was just in the middle of the room. The room was pretty small, but we made it work. We would still absolutely stay here again, one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at!

Located in a historic part of Tokyo, where the former and legendary Tsukiji fischmarket was located but is now demolished with a huge empty ground left. The surrounding streets, shops and restaurants remained and became a tourist hotspot, in my view overrated and another example of „and then came the tourists.“ The hotel itself is a calm oasis, it is very modern and even has a huge public bath, with a onsen and even a sauna, where you can forget the hustle and bustle of Tokio. Free for guests! I loved it.
Check in is at 15:00, quite tired after a long-haul flight we asked if we could go to our rooms at 14:15 (our suitcases were already in our room!) which was only possible for a extra charge! Our booking was for 8 nights and the check in wanted 1500ÂĄ for 45 minutes earlies check in for a room which was already prepared for us. Unbelievable. Wifi in our room was weak, slow and unsteady.
