gotanda station is located on tokyo JR yamanote loop line. it's train convenient if your itinerary including shibuya, harajuku, shinjuku and ikebukuro. save a lot of time. the shower is the best.complete amenities, you can just bring yourself 😂 they even gave you pajamas woman only rooms and bathroom, it's a+

- got the upper capsule, it's a bit hard to climb - pillow a bit hard - at night, there some bars and love hotel. there will some sales people roaming on the street, but they will not bother you. so it's safe - big lugagge must stored at the lobby. a bit difficult for packing

Very central, close to station where you can go to shibuya, akihabara, shinjuku very easliy! Very nice staff aswell!

Everyday at 10 am you have to go out of the hostel, and you cant even be in the building untill 14:00. The location is in a place where theres alot of questionable businesses.

If you haven't stayed in a capsule hotel before, I recommend the experience. It is a bit like 'a dorm room for introverts' in that there are rules to keep noise to a minimum (no talking, music etc) and you can put a blind down over the entrance of the capsule. I appreciated the cleanliness and good bathroom facilities.

It would be good to have access to fresh water to re-fill drinking flasks. Also to have access to rules/instructions in advance, as it's difficult to process after a long flight. Also to update information on the name of the hotel i.e. sauna + sleep, so it's easier to find.

The sauna and cold showers are such an amazing bonus to this inexpensive place!

It was noisy in the dorm. Makes sense though. That's what you sign up for in a hostel. The snoring and moving around and stuff didn't bother me too bad.

It was quite comfy for the price, especially the sauna was very nice and it's close to the station, albeit in a slightly.... 'rough' neighbourhood. (for anyone not used to girl's bars and such) The staff were great and the included amenities too. For one night I can recommend it.

The room was quite warm and the capsule I stayed in was obviously a bit older. It wasn't a problem for me since I had a top bunk right next to the AC which occasionally turned on... but I can imagine it gets sweltering if you are unlucky. (The pillow was very hard as well) I can recommend this hotel make the rooms a bit cooler, at least at night.

I only checked in to take a nap from 3pm - 9pm, before a very delayed flight. The hotel was relatively quiet at this time. The amenities were very clean and comfortable. The beds ARE indeed very firm and almost like sleeping on the floor - this was a plus for me.

Not sure if this would be an ideal hotel if you actually needed to sleep at night. Be aware that your suitcase will just be kept downstairs in a common area. The lockers provided are only big enough for a small to medium bagpack.

What started as a bit of joke, me and my friend wanted to stay in a capsule hotel and seeing this one we named it 'the prison' by the appearance of it. As soon as we arrived we instantly changed our mind. This was such an amazing experience and having a sauna within the hotel made this 10 times more enjoyable. The capsules were very spacious and comfortable. I say you outta try this one out!

The only thing I would say is the area isn't the best feeling. There were some nice small restaurants nearby but generally felt a bit deserted.

Clean berth, shower, and facilities, plus the sauna (men's side only) was a nice extra for this basic capsule hotel. Also, they went above and beyond expectations: I left something of value in my locker and when I went looking for it a few days later, they had it waiting for me. Amazing service!

The assigned berth near the bathroom / locker room was noisy--I wished for soothing sounds / white noise to help mask the incidental noises of other guests.

This hotel is close to JR station with sauna and shower.

Basically, the size of capsule of this hotel is a little bit short for tall person, then the staff need to take more care of the hygiene problem of toilet, at the third day of our living, two of three toilet room in our floor were very dirty.

Clean place for sleep and they give you clean sleep wear and towel everyday The location is very good, there is near some restaurant and mini market too and near Gotanda Station

The bathroom it's make me feel awkward because you are take a shower with another man with no privacy, i don't expect this one I think they can give more privacy for take a shower, because many tourist stay at this hotel too and not I think some tourist non Japanese feel same like me
