The hotel is very well situated within Namba. It's just a bridge across from Dotonbori. Also it is in the middle of two stations, Namba-Osaka and Kintetsu Nippombashi linked by underground walkway. If you are an Otaku, you can literally walk to Nipponbashi Denden town during the cool autumn period.

The noise at night might affect light sleepers, especially during the weekends. One may hear people singing karaoke, shouting or even laughling loudly. There are quite a number of seedy establishments around the hotel.

Prime location. Just a few minutes walk to main Dontobori area. Lots of restaurant options and within 5 minutes of multiple train stations so made getting around Osaka very easy. Room was small but I was expecting that, window did indeed have view of brick wall so would not recommend if you are claustrophobic and need natural light/some outside view. Hotel was clean, safe and well maintained. Plenty of amenities offered to make our stay comfortable. Bed was ok, on the harder side so depends on your preference. Breakfast was very well presented and yummy. Good stay, would definitely recommend for budget stay.

The hotel staff are very friendly and our experience from check-in to check-out has been nothing but pleasant! We had breakfast included for our stay, and was delighted with the simple yet healthy meal to start the day (not to mention the beautiful aesthetics) ☺️ The hotel also offers free drinks for their guests and although the room can be small (not uncommon in Japan from what I understand), they provide communal lounge which guests can use which makes up for the smaller space if you want to have snack or quiet working space.

Despite the location, there were minimal noise during the night but on Saturday night (around 4am) there seemed to be a lot of noise out in the street - nothing the hotel can control but something to note if you are considering to stay over a weekend night.

Loved the location more than anything. Staying in such a traditional room was very fun! Get the breakfast, there aren't many cafes open early in the morning around the hotel. This made the breakfast super convenient. Within a minutes walk there are a million night life options plus the Glico. Also, going to the Solinwa Onsen is a must, it is a 20 min train ride from this hotel.

The hotel is very expensive considering the facilities. Also house keeping didn't make the beds, they only took out the trash. Was denied an early check in.

The hotel was very nice. I like the light wood furnishing is what caught my attention when I was looking around for a place to stay. The bed had plenty of space. The bathrooms seem to the the standard bathrooms you get at most hotels in that price range. Over all I didn't have any issues for a 2 night stay. I think you get exactly what you paid for. The location is very convenient. Just walk about a minute north and you are near the start of Dotonbori and so Shinsaibashi shopping area is within walking distance. You can also walk to Nipponbashi/Denden town fairly reasonably. For other locations that require the train like Osaka Castle, Shinsekai, etc. Nippombashi and Namba station is about a 5-8 minute walk or so. I booked with the breakfast option. They do not skimp on the meals and I think is a great value compared to finding a breakfast spot. You get the choice of Japanese or western style meal. I don't know if they have a vegetarian option for those that are wondering. The drinks bar (non alcoholic) was also a very nice touch. Although, I didn't use it much except for during breakfast, I saw plenty of people grab drinks back to their room. Really convenient if you don't want to make tea or coffee in your room.

The upside of the convenient location is that it is also very close to a popular tourist area, meaning it can get noisy up until midnight or the early morning. It's not a fault of the hotel and not really an issue for me since I brought earplugs. If you are someone who gets waken up easily, perhaps invest in so good ear plugs and you should be good.

Fabulous location right in the heart of Namba and despite that lovely, quiet and very comfortable rooms. Rooms were a bit small, but we had large luggage so that didn’t help and room size is to be expected in such a busy city. Staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. Choice of Western or Japanese style. Set menu for breakfast but delicious and generous portions. Will store luggage prior to check in and after check out which is really useful. A great choice of hotel if you’re wanting to be in the Namba District.

No view, but we knew that and weren’t staying in our room for any length of time for it to have mattered. Just a heads up if you were expecting one.

The location is amazing! Smacked dap in the mist of dotonbori. The room isn't the biggest but the furniture is easily movable so you can make more room. The bathrooms were nice and clean ,I liked that the tub can basically overflow, which is great for baths after a long day of exploring. Just a few feet away from the train station. They always replish waters, and there's also a self-serve drinking machine at the lobby free for guests. The staff were kind enough to hold our bags at checkout as we waited for our bullet train time. Would definitely stay here again!

We did find some strands of hair from the cleaners, but it wasn't a big deal. Also, their baggage deliver rates were the most expensive out of all the other places we stayed, so keep that in mind.

The rooms are pretty spacious and you’re in a prime location. There will always be something to do, see, or eat nearby. The staff were very attentive and were eager to help. We arrived and there was an odd smell coming from the bathroom drain, we informed them and they immediately had someone come and take care of it. The lounge area on the second floor is very nice. Very nice being able to have free coffee in the morning. There is a coin laundry on site. With about four washers and dryers. We never had to wait around for one to become available. You can even get change on site too should you need it for laundry.

The only complaint I have is that the blinds don’t fully close. So we were often awaken at around 5:30AM by the sun. I suggest coming with an eye mask. If you are traveling with a mobile disability, this may not be the hotel for you. The hotel only has one elevator that services all 8 floors. There are signs advising people to use the stairs if they’re in a hurry or to plan ahead for check out due to there being only ONE elevator. There is a mini step to get into the bathroom area. Very easy to fall and one would need assistance going to the bathroom.

The rooms were very clean and comfy. Both breakfast options were nice and convenient and the staff very nice and helpful. The humidifier in the room really helped. The location was perfect and very convenient. There were many available amenities. The free drinks in the lounge were a really nice touch. For three nights this was the perfect hotel.

The arrangement of the room was so that there wasn't really a space beside the bed to open the suitcases. The windows couldn't be opened, which is common in Japanese hotels but breathing only a/c air for multiple days just isn't something we enjoy. At night it wasn't very quiet but we knew this beforehand and it is due to the location of the hotel, so it didn't bother us.

location was close to dotonbori and within walking distance of everything. front desk staff was helpful with every request including helping us obtain coins for their laundry room and finding my passport and promptly notifying me before i left the area! definitely staying here again on our next trip! Rooms are small but that’s standard for Japan. The room has everything we needed and the shower pressure was great! AC cooled the room really fast

walls are thin and you can hear people inside and outside the hotel but it didn’t bother us
