location! it is a short few mins walk from subway tanimachi-4 chome exit 3 (if i rmbr correctly, right in front of 7-11 : as shown in my attached image).. i dont know why google kept leading us to exit 2 which requires us to cross the road while exit 3 is at the same side and js a straight walk to the hotel. very conveniently located, walking distance (also short few minutes) on the other side to osaka castle.. coin laundry available. front counter service is friendly and helpful! keep it up!

seating in lobby area is inadequately furnished... only 2 chairs for guests to seat. would be better if there's more seating incase needs to wait for bigger group of friends/families to gather there before going out.

So far, this is the most spacious room that I have stayed in different cities in Japan. The room is clean, well-equipped, comfy, and the carpet is well managed and clean. The check in and check out process is very easy with staff who could communicate in English and they even prepared the information about the property in English language to ease the non-Japanese guests. The amenities are available for the guests at lobby. They also provide welcome drinks between 15:00 and 20:00, one drink per guest. The location is near to the train station and takes about 15 minutes train ride to Namba or Dotonbori. Nearby walking distance attractions are the Osaka Castle, museum and boat ride. Will definitely stay in this hotel if I am visiting Osaka again. There is also a Lutheran church next to the hotel building where Christian guests can worship there.

Furukawa-San Thank you so much! She helped me transfer my luggage from the hotel to T3 Haneda. Her English wasn't fluent, nor was my Japanese but she was very respectful and welcoming. Furthermore, it was a request she didn't see often but she exceeded my expectations with helping me research it. The hotel has amenities on the ground floor including tea bags and tooth brushes. The vicinity to the station was extremely close, as is to family mart and 7/11.

Maybe breakfast could be included with the price - there was an option to add it but i chose not to.

Extremely close to the train station and a 7-11 (that stocks meal options; salads or use the hotel's microwave on level 1 to heat up rice or noodle dishes). Very easy to hail a taxi from street outside the hotel. Also very close to Osaka Castle and the Osaka Museum of History (walking at my 76 year old mother's pace, we were there within 4 minutes). Room was large for Japan. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was roomy and it came with full length bath. Staff were friendly and helpful. Full buffet breakfast was extensive and enjoyable by all (our 11 year old found plenty to eat that she enjoyed). The breakfast vouchers they give you can be used for lunch (but not on the weekend).

The room was clean and perfect completely, and the bed was a very comfortable bed . We can sleep very well. When we checked in here, we were feeling impressed the first time. When we stayed in the room , which was the big room, we had a big window to see the scenery of the street and the high view . The hotel is nearest to many attractions. Especially it can walk around 10 minutes to the osaka Castle, which is the giant castle when we see it on the toppest of the floor. It is like the scenery of the 360-degree .

Everything was perfect.

The staff are simply unbelievable! I have never stayed at a hotel (including 5 star) where the reception staff are as good as the Lutheran. Our daughter fell over in the subway and the assistance when we returned to the hotel before heading to medical assistance was unbelievable. When it rained they supplied umbrellas before we asked. We were greated by smiles and warmth all the time, honestly, it's amazing, but so are the Japanese people in general, so polite and helpful everywhere we went. English is not spoken by many staff but they make up for it with endevious. (and Mr Gotto is wonderful)

Nothing it's great and I look forward to staying there again.

The hotel was very nice. There was room for suitcases and it was comfy. It had a good location near the Osaka Castle and had a good connection with the metro just down the street. The fact that they could also send our luggage and take care of connecting with the other hotel to be sure they will arrive safe I found it very profesional!

There is not so much to say here. It was a good hotel for a good price!

Convenient location in quieter part of Osaka, 3 minutes walk to Tanimachyonchome Station and 7 Eleven and short walking distance to Osaka Castle in the opposite direction. Breakfast was a good mix of Japanese and Western food.

No proper seating in Reception area. We arrived on a rainy day and wanted to rest in the hotel until check in time but there was no sofa or quiet area to rest except for 3 dining chairs by the lifts surrounded by suitcases.

Everything about this hotel exceeds my expectation! The room is spacious, which is not that common in Japan, and of course it is equipped with all the facilities you need. The breakfast is great, there are a variety of bread, salads, juices and local Japanese dishes and disserts. All the staff are nice, I felt very welcome. Last but not least, you may think the location is not very central, but it is actually walkable to Osaka Castle, and the metro station is just around the corner. I can't believe I was able to stay here with very affordable price during peak Momiji season in the middle of a long-weekend holiday.

The room is clean, and staffs are friendly. Nice location. We booked a double room for four nights, the daily cleaning service is very good. The bed and pillow are wonderful. And we have a big table in the room. The bathroom is also very good, we liked the bathroom system. But the tub is a little bit small for people who is over 170cm I think. Breakfast is delicious. The nearest railway station has stairs (exit 1B) and elevator (exit 1A). It is really helpful because we have two big cases. Every staffs were nice and helped us a lot. And the most important is that the price was very reasonable. We will want to stay here again next time we come to Osaka.
