This hotel is really just fantastic. So clean, elegant and well designed in the room, which was a lot more spatious than you would expect for central Osaka. Blackout blinds were great for getting over jetlag, bed was comfortable, bathroom was sparkling. The downstairs area was also great ... free coffee machine, a microwave to eat stuff you might get from the convenience store and a comfortable place in the restaurant to sit and eat, work, or meet. Check in and check-out were fast and easy, and we stayed there at the beginning and end of our trip so were able to store our luggage for free. The staff was always extremely hospitable, professional and helpful, and there was every sort of amenity you might need (and never knew you did ... pajamas?? an automatic massage pillow?? ) Finally, the neighborhood was just right ... it was very quiet and peaceful at night, close to the park/river, with some surprisingly good restaurants around. Also Umeda was just one stop away on the subway but none of the hectic-ness from that area. Couldn't recommend this place more.

I recently stayed at Hotel Forza Kitahama and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is very clean and has a sleek, modern vibe, which made for a comfortable stay. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff ensuring a hassle-free process. One of the hotel’s convenient features was the laundromat, which worked perfectly and made longer stays more manageable. Additionally, the location is excellent, with easy access to nearby cafés for breakfast and other dining options. Really enjoyed the matcha latte from the lobby as well.

The room, while well-maintained and stylish, felt a bit tight for a triple bed setup, so it may be more suitable for solo travelers or couples.

The location was great. It's very close to Kitahama on the Sakaisuji line and Yodoyabashi on the Midosuji line of the Osaka Metro, allowing options to travel through the town of Osaka. Some restaurants and convenience stores are also nearby for food needs.

As with typical hotel in its class, the room can be a bit small. However, this was expected and remains a good value for the money.

I stayed at this hotel for 11 nights, so I got a pretty solid feel for it. The room’s a bit more spacious than your typical Japanese hotel, which was a nice surprise. Facilities are great, with free toiletries and thoughtful touches. The bed and pillows were super comfy—and bonus points for the massage pillow, which my wife loved after long days of walking. Breakfast was solid too, with a good mix of Japanese, Asian, and Western options. They rotate the menu daily and loop back after about five days. Overall, a really pleasant stay.

My only comment is about the laundry access. I was on the 3rd floor and the self-service laundry is on the 2nd. It’s easy to use, but they only have two washers and two dryers, so you often have to wait your turn. What made it more inconvenient is that the stairs were locked. It’s just one floor down, but I had to take the elevator every time—which felt a bit awkward and unnecessary. The elevator’s also a bit slow since it has only two doors and serves 16 floors. I really wish they’d open the stairs for short trips like that. It would’ve made a big difference.

Room was big enough to fully open a luggage, making it easy to unpack and pack. Bed was large and comfortable with 2 pillows with different firmness. Bathroom felt very clean and the shower had different modes of operation, as well as a bathtub. The room also included a massager, great for relaxing at the end of a day. Location was really good as well with a Lawsons just beside the hotel for late night snacks. Hotel is conveniently located near several train lines, namely Midosuji, Sakaisuji if you're traveling within Osaka, or the Keihan Main Line if you're traveling to/from Kyoto.

Only small issue I had was that the Wi Fi was a bit spotty at times, which is mainly ok unless you require a strong and stable internet connection for doing work -- watching videos on YouTube or Netflix was mainly fine with the seldom buffering.

I loved the room. It was smaller (as expected for Osaka) but the layout was excellent and made it very comfortable. The little sofa was a great addition and made it much more comfortable to come back and relax on. The hanging space and storage shelves were also really useful and helped us not have to live put of our suitcase for the week we stayed. I, personally, loved the massage cushion. It was really relaxing to have after being out all day. I also really liked the shower products and found the bath comfortable to use. It wasn't part of the room, but I really enjoyed the coffee machine in the reception area and the variety of teas that were available.

It was a really wonderful stay, the bed and pillows were on the firmer side, which is not to my preference. They were comfortable enough, though.

Love the location that’s in the center, beautiful surrounding near river, close to stations, and close to the North and South Osaka famous spots but not crowded as it’s around offices. Also close to cafes, restaurants, and convenient stores. Especially loving the massage pillows in every room! Best idea ever for a hotel. Never find it elsewhere before. Also love there’s almost every necessary facilities are provided for hotel guests in public areas, like washer and dryer, microwave, free coffee machine, and ice machine. Housekeeping take out trash daily and change towels everyday and will make up the room if the sign is put ip on the door. Some staff were nice and try to be helpful. Thank you.

They can’t help you book airport transfers/call taxi service. And it would’ve been nicer if the washer and dryers are more than 2, also if coin exchange is provided on the same floor, as the elevators aren’t the fastest. Also the public areas can be cleaner, like the floors, carpets, and elevators.

The room was very clean and the bed so comfy and fluffy, surprisingly there’s a bathtub as well. Free coffee & amenities downstairs and in front of the lift. The location very strategic and there’re so many convenience shops nearby. Located 5 mins walks from KITAHAMA station. 15 mins to NAMBA, 35 mins to USJ, 20 mins to OSAKA CASTLE. Exit 4 at the KITAHAMA station for the grocery shop.

The staffs not really friendly there’re straight forward, only 2-3 staffs speaks English, there’s a communication barrier between us but for me it’s okay I just wanna enjoy my hotel room don’t care if they’re no friendly or whatsoever.

Perfect location to everything, giving you options to different metro lines, but also still walking distance if you don't mind getting some steps in.

There's only 2 lifts and the wait can be long during peak periods. I'm assuming there's no service lift, hence why the cart with towels always sits outside the lifts, which can be unsightly for first impressions when going to your room. Guests are given options to change their towels on a daily basis, and the housekeeping throw the used towels on the floor outside the lift doors. Perhaps baskets/bags would be better.

Hotel Forza was an excellent hotel and represented very good value for money. The entrance lobby is quite plain, not helped by the presence of lots of guests' luggage, but the rooms themselves were reasonably stylish and quite spacious by Japanese standards. The shower was exceptional and the buffet breakfast was very tasty, offering a lot of variety across the three mornings we ate there. We also liked the location as it was only 100m to Kita station which gave us easy access to Shinshaibashi and Dotonbori and other key tourist attractions.
