Very clean. Staff was very nice. Plenty of pools and saunas. Free water every day. Breakfast was good. Fantastic location.

Rules are fairly simple when you’ve learned them. When you come in put shoes in locker and give them shoe key + paper (will get after check-in) for locker key. When you leave exchange locker key for shoe key + paper. Wear pajamas if going to other floors. Wear the brown slippers only in the elevator areas, on 6F you’ll place them in a shelf and clip them with a number. Normal bath/onsen rules. The only rule I’d take away is the interacting with front desk every time you want to leave. Exchanging the shoe key for locker key seems like a waste of time and effort. Normal capsule hotel issues (loud sleepers, capsules get a little stuffy) I didn’t have a top bunk but they looked hard to get into/out of. Only other complaint is the steps in the bath area are VERY slippery.

If i can rate it 20/10 i would. Not a fan of capsule hotel but this one is surprisingly comfy. Stayed here for the sauna. Did not expect it to be so big and a commercial 3-levels super sento. Sauna is open 24hrs. They have all the toiletries you need and more. Once you understand how things work this place is magic. Staff all very nice. Breakfast spread is great (only japanese food tho). I will return to kyoto just for this place. Location is centered in gion. Very clean very proper. Best sauna in japan (based on my limited experience)

I didn't like that I spent so much time in the sauna day & night that I skipped exploring the city. Even when im out all i think about is going back to the sauna 😂 Oh and the locker space is too small. No space to work so i just set up in the dining area.

Please improve: - it is very annoying to wear sandals for 5meters walking and elevator before the spa area. Move shoe locker at ground level. Lots of shoe changes. - Please write signs in spa area and massage menu in English. - Lots of rules when to wear what. Simplify and write in English. - Very narrow personal locker.

1/ Love the location. 2/ Great options of sauna facilities 3/ bedding was as comfortable for a capsule hotel 4/ Breakfast while quite similar daily was decent for a capsule hotel 5/ Polite staff who tried their best to communicate in English 6/ Well staffed and there seems to always be someone cleaning some part of the property

1/ There could be more water points 2/ Compared to another capsule hotel I stayed at in Tokyo, complementary beverage options could have been more 3/ Somewhat strange rules which include wearing of their attire when wanted to take the elevator to the showers/sauna.

The staff are always helpful, the facilities are awesome. It quite honestly exceeded my expectations in many aspects. The check in and out are very smooth. I quite loved it there! There was an exceptionally friendly lady at the reception and unfortunately I didn’t ask her name to praise her here. She was always helpful and kind. With a bit of humor and compassion. I always loved to interact with her. Seeing her would make me smile.

The breakfast time until 9 am is way too early. Some people want to wake up a bit later on vacation and have their breakfast at 9 or even 10. But finishing at 9 is really uncool. Would be great if the hotel management saw this comment and made the right changes.

Great baths, great location, very good breakfast (Japanese style only-though the coffee was good!) and comfortable little pods.

Bigger lockers or better suitcase storage area would be good rather than having to leave your suitcase in the lobby the whole time. Also, can be a little noisy. If your “neighbours” (pretty much anyone in your pod area) make any noise you’ll hear it (eg snoring, alarms, using zippers whilst packing etc) but they’re mostly Japanese guests so generally very respectful.

Everything! This place is amazing for solo business and leisure male travelers. Great value! Full breakfast and drinks, the sauna/jacuzzi/mens club experience is phenomenal. I wish I didn’t want to do so much tourism in Kyoto because this place felt like a resort. Very relaxed time there! You gotta check it out! NO TATTOOS consider yourself warned. Embrace the experience!

Keeping my shoes in a locker where I had t exchange the key with reception. That was the only annoying part.

Seriously the best modern accomodation of my stay in Japan, would give higher than 10 if I could. Loved it here. Excellent value for money. Included ammenities( towels, pyjamas, razors, brushes, hairdryers, soaps/lotions/creams, etc) Public bathing included showers, steam sauna, cold bath, hot bath, jacuzzi bath. Plus two outdoor rooftop bath/lounge areas. Included breakfast was fantastic, continental, but more of a Japanese menu than western (fried/grilled mackerel, tofu with toppings, miso, braised pork, rice, eggs, and more). Lounge area with comfortable reclining chairs with chargers and tvs. Clean and spacious capsule with tv. Pyjamas and towels readily available everywhere. Fantastic staff with service in English. I cannot sing praises of this place enough, it was really the best. Variety of massage styles and lengths available at a reasonable rates

you can’t have access to the spa , sauna, breakfast if you have tattoos . staff didn’t really speak English , laundry price are so expensive 40 euros for almost nothing and even lost clothes.

EVERYTHING! The location is great. The Hotel with breakfast included, top!. Everyday fresh sheets, pijama and bottle of water in the capsule. Reception open 24 hours. The workers are all of the really nice!!! The Onsen, 24 hours open (I think, if not, they close just a couple of hours), with 3 different Saunas and a great outside Spa with views of the city. Every bathroom was ready with toothbrush, razor and anything you can need. The installations are clean and new. It's definitely one of the best experiences that I've had in my whole life. Best relation between price and quality ever. I recommend it 200%. (Just in case you have tattoos, you have to cover them to use the Onsen)
