We were 3 adults (1 senior citizen) and 1 kid (4 years old). The distance from the Hotel to Kansai International Airport is 10 minutes by car / shuttle. We transferred here the day before our departure back to our country so we wouldn't need to rush in the morning to go to the airport. We loved most of the facilities - the check-in / check-out process was a breeze and the people at the reception were friendly and English-speaking; the towels were clean and smelled good; the toothbrush, razor, and mini comb were provided at the lobby, so we took our supplies from there. The bath soap, shampoo, conditioner at the room were good for more days than we reserved the room for. The beds were really comfortable and the room lighting and ventilation, and the space are really exceptional. There is also a parking space in front and some bike rentals at the ground floor. The community is quiet and safe. We loved the idea that breakfast was included in the amount that we paid for. We had some traditional dishes in the mini buffet; bread, cereal, coffee and tea were available as well. The best part is, we were able to avail of the airport shuttle, which is free. We only had to reserve at the reception.

This is not the fault of the hotel, but we thought that the location is quite lacking in activity, although there are some restaurants around the hotel and a Family Mart nearby (about a 5 minute walk). Better to walk with a companion as the surroundings are a bit dark at night.

The hotel shuttle bus service for both ways was superb as not many other hotels offer both ways. The drivers were very helpful, punctual and friendly. There are many similar minu buses coming into the waiting place but all drivers and people around you are usually willing to direct you. The front desk was attentive all the time and extremely helpful when I needed to borrow a phone charger and when I left my phone in the room (they did their best for me to have it back in time with utmost care! - Thank you!) Their customer service and communication is excellent. The hotel room was very clean and quiet and has all I needed. It has a shower but I liked the large shared bath as well. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel in future and highly recommend it if you are looking for a hassle free, comfortable stay with reasonable price.

The Complimentary Airport Shuttle was definitely a plus especially since I had an early flight to catch out of Osaka Kansai Airport. Reservation for the shuttle was made upon check-in – and as always – departure was on time. The hotel offers a complimentary buffet breakfast from 6:30am to 9:00am – but I was not able to enjoy it since my free shuttle was at 5-ish in the morning. Another plus was the large sento (public bath) - perfect way to end my stay in Japan!

The nearest train station was Hakuragasaki Station – it was about a 15-20 minutes’ walk to the hotel.

The hotel had rooms available when our flight got cancelled due to the IT crisis. The floor that we were on level 6, was convenient because of the vending machine and washing machines were on that level. We utilised these facilities during our stay. The hotel provides an airport shuttle service, which is a plus for travellers. The room was big enough for my partner and I.

The hotel was a bit far from the train station. There are only a few eateries in walking distance. Would recommend getting a car to travel around in if you're staying at this hotel. The hotel's bathroom is so small. If you are a bigger person, you may struggle. The hotel looks dated but it was comfortable enough for our stay.

The usual features of the business hotel were available. A welcome extra was the free shuttle bus service to Kansai Airport. It is a large comfortable bus and the staff were really well informed about the right bus to go on for our flight. We noticed that there were services such as a massage, a public bath & breakfast available but didn't have time to try them. We caught a train from Osaka and had about a 20 minute easy walk with our back packs to the hotel. We ate dinner at a close local restaurant which featured photos of US celebrities of the 1960s on the walls, the music of the era and excellent food with a salad bar. It is good value, a real bonus! There was the usual step up into the bathroom which is OK for us but could be a challenge for someone with impaired mobility.

Very nice room, a bit small, but has everything a solo traveler could need. Very clean, and the hotel provides many items if you're missing some (toothbrush, razor, etc ...). Great for a 1 night before taking a flight. Staff are very friendly too!

Location is a bit annoying to get to without a taxi. Good bus system for getting to & from airport, but you're in for a 15-30 min walk to get the metro or any sightseeing (you should see the marble beach though, it's very beautiful!) The chair in the room was a little uncomfortable with it's weak back support, and the lack of tv channel variety was dissapointing too. I was interested in Japanese TV, but there were only a dozen accessible channels.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was picked up from KIK and then returned next morn to meet a bus..I was travelling with a bilke and they made the transtion so much easier for me. The breakfast was delicious, a huge range of nourishing well cooked Japanese food.

We stayed here bcoz our flight got cancelled. Its one of the decent hotels near the airport, it's like 10mins away by shuttle. Oh, they offer free hotel-airport shuttle that's also one of the reasons why we chose this hotel. They have a communal bath here, that's one unique experience for me. They have a vendo machine on the first floor thats full of beer. U can use all the pillows u want free of charge. Theyre like 10 restos around to eat from.

The nearest station is still far, like 20mins away. Aside from that, the hotel is perfect for what we need it for a temporary place to stay.

The staff were really nice (including a friendly shuttle bus driver), the breakfast was excellent, the vending machine beer was reasonably priced and best of all they had a 大浴場 (big bath) which was so rejuvenating after a long and tiring flight.

Decent hot bath and breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice lobby area. Decent sized rooms which is great for luggage or baby pram etc.

The location is a bit depressing but that’s to be expected for anywhere nearby the airport. The rooms and carpet is a little old and stained.
