This is a generally standard business hotel that is spiced up by a couple of novelties: one, you are most likely not going to encounter any humans from the hotel on your stay. At the reception, it is self check-in, guided by a couple of animatronic dinosaurs -- this could be disconcerting for adults, but highly amusing for kids. Two, your hotel room has a resident chatty pocket bot (if you've ever seen James May's Japan tour, you'll know what this is). It is cute. It is also annoying. The first thing I did was to switch it off. At any rate, the room is decent, with standard business-hotel fiberglass bathroom with tub, pajamas, and direct access to the next building's onsen facilities. There are a couple of vendo machines which may be useful considering that the hotel is a bit of a walk away.

The location is a bit of a walk away. Yes, it is one ride to the airport. But the hotel, located seaside, needs a bit of a walk to get to from the train station. An easy 20 minute walk if you're backpacking it (the overhead pedestrian lanes are wonderful), but a bothersome one if you have big luggage with you. It is also about a 20 minute walk away from everything in the area -- supermarket, outlet mall, food. Again, an easy walk if you're not carrying anything, but bothersome if you are shopping and you have no car with you. Fine for young people but if you're a senior traveling by train then this may not be for you.

Perhaps the craziest check-in experience I've had to date, though there were many steps required to complete the self check-in. Requested for a sea view room and it did not disappoint. Facilities were clean, and the hotel even provided free umbrellas due to it being the rainy season.

Location probably not the best compared to some of the other airport hotels that were closer to the station. It's still only a 10-15 min walk either way if familiar with the route. Water not provided, and the nearest convenience store is located at the train station. Bed was pretty hard as well; I've definitely slept on better.

Overall a very positive impression - the hotel is clean, quiet and spacious, a short walk away from the train station and one station away from the airport. There is a spa area with an indoor and outdoor pool which was pretty crowded in the evening, but which I enjoyed nevertheless. Outside of the hotel one can enjoy a walk in the park on the coast and a shopping area in Rinku Town. The breakfast was generous with a variety of products.

We waited over 40 minutes to be seated for breakfast - came at 8.00 am. The breakfast/restaurant area could easily fit more tables, so I would hope that the hotel can improve this situation.

We stayed only two nights after and before the flight to and fro because the hotel is so close to the airport. The reception was exceptional with the dinosaur bots helping you process everything. It is anyway very intuitive with the screen instructions but it is fun to be directed by a dinosaur. The room was clean and comparatively larger than I expected in Japan. There were several amenities including a foot massager which we made use of at the end of the trip because you'd need after so much walking. The breakfast had a few vegan options especially the miso soup and rice, traditional Japanese, so I was fine with that.

It's not much a dislike but something that is missing if someone needs any help at the reception, there is no person to talk to. We didn't need to speak to anyone but we wondered how it would work in that case.

Good buffet breakfast. Very pleasant staff in restaurant and hotel. The onsen is nice and has an ocean view. Room was quiet, very clean and beds comfortable. The robot velociraptors had trouble checking us in, so we had to call a real human staff member to assist with that. It all was sorted pretty quickly.

We arrived after midnight on a rainy night and were walking to the hotel from Rinkutown train station. It was quite difficult to find signage to find the hotel in those circumstances. It is located next to AquaIgnis and near the Kansai ice rink ( which are a bit easier to see) if anyone finds themselves in a similar situation.

Near to airport. Staff is very welcoming . The hotel rooms are facing the sea and have hot spa available as well. We were welcomed by dinosaurs a robotic hotel self check in and vending machines are available in case you wanna buy water . I had early morning flight the next day so I chose this hotel but is 10 mins walk from the Rinku town station where you might find taxis. Staff is helpful though in booking taxis

10 mins walk from the station so had to carry luggage’s to station by walk but if you are lucky you might get the taxis, taxi price was 3000 yen from station

It's close to Rinku Town Station about 10 minutes walk. This hotel and station is on mainland Osaka, is convenient for Osaka International Airport by excellent trains (don't use taxi to avoid expensive Bridge Toll) , if your flight arrival or departure is at night or early morning. The check in / out reception is fully automated with mechanical dinosaurs. Within your room via telephone human staff is available and friendly. I didn't use Spa though I guess it's a n excellent Japanese style public bath separated male / female. The room is nicely decorated with Japanese / Western style and kimono style pyjama and slippers free to use. Vending machines for snacks or breakfast. (I didn't book one as my flight was far too early) Good value for your Yen.

I didn't have time to explore though the surrounding location is little grey and not much to look at. You nay choose other side near Outlet, Shopping Centre, Big Wheel if you prefer.

Great value room for the price. Would recommend if you want an affordable comfy option to transfer to airport. 10min walk from train station, easy to get to airport in the morning. Checkin was super quick (done via dinosaur robot of all things!). Vending machines on site, free foot massager in room, free pyjamas available, nice sunset view, spacious room by Japan standards, everything you need supplied in bathroom.

I was excited to use the onsen on site but like many in Japan, we were told we weren't allowed as we have tattoos. I respect this, but if it's a hotel business that want's to appeal to western/foreign tourists too this is something to consider as there will be many people excluded (approx 30% of Australians in their 20s/30s have tattoos for example).

Cute and modern property. I was very comfortable. Onsen was nice , restaurant was good with a pretty view. From the train i took a taxi and was 4$ - seemed easier as the streets around are a bit confusing if youve never been there . Family mart 8 min walk away open 24 hours . Room was spotless and view was great. The hotel is very quick to respond here in messenger. Good price to extend room check out which i did .

I tried to like the dinosaurs but they seem odd in a rather modern Japanese style place but thats didnt take away from the rest🙂

Good location to the airport, and discount shopping outlet. Airport is one stop away. ¥380 ticket. If you need to stock up prior to leaving the outlets are a great place to get your name brands. Loved the onsen and resturant.

Price to store luggage for a number of day a bit excessive, but it is safe. ¥2000 per day. Cheaper storage at the outlets, but not 24 hours. However there is free luggage storage on arrival day and departure day. I used it for a base to leave travelling stuff while I hiked Shikoku for 5 days.
