I'd prefer this location over one close to Hakata station. Tenjin area has everything you need and it's not that hard to commute either via bus or train. Staff is very helpful during our 4 nights stay. We asked for some favors and they're willing to help. Room is spacious and cozy. It's not very new or modern but very clean and well maintained.

It's a bit crowded with not only the travelers but also from the salaryman. Parking is quite limited, so be prepared.

Good location 5 minutes walk from Tenpin underground station. Looks very grand from the exterior but a little dated internally. Rooms were comfortable & clean. There is a TV, kettle, fridge & toiletries in the bathroom. The shower is over the bath & not the most efficient. Breakfast was a good selection of hot & cold -asian & European food

Corridors & rooms dated & a little tired. Furniture in bedroom is not really partial, more there for show. TV was limited with channels. Room had a naughty window & could hear street noise below, despite being on a high floor.

The breakfast was very good quality, can be a bit tiring if you see it everyday for a week. Location is fantastic. Right across the Catholic Cathedral for daily prayer services. Many nearby restos and shops, very safe neighborhood.

As usual, Japanese hotel rooms are typically small. To be expected. The pillows of the beds need replacement. This hotel does not change beddings daily unless you ask for it. There is a fee for late check-out although luggage can be kept at concierge.

- They were willing to keep our luggages for 2 nights while we were in a different town. Also, on the check-in day, the staff already carried our luggages to our room. That was so nice! - There was always a taxi available in front of the hotel. So we did not have any trouble in calling a taxi or wasting our time. - I recommend a bakery shop on the 1st floor. Their mentai-france was so so delicious!!

The location is good as it is in Tenjin. Just a few streets away are good restaurants and cafes. Traffic to the hotel on a Sunday late afternoon was quite bad. Parking at hotel was a tower. Interesting experience. Staff was very helpful to guide us to use it. Check in and out was a breeze too. Room was spacious for four. Appreciate the massage chair in room. Saw that massage service is available in the room but we did not get to use it cos we only stayed for a night. Design was a little dated but it is well stocked with amenities. Bath salts provided for everyone in the room. Love how the toilet and huge bathroom are separated. The breakfast was delicious with a wide spread. Signs to introduce local dishes are useful. They even have takeaway cups so we could get coffee or tea to go.

It was difficult to control the temperature of the room.

A very well located hotel in the Tenjin district of Fukuoka. It’s close to the shopping area and a short metro ride to Hakata station and the airport. The room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Staff were polite, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with local delicacies to try. I very much enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

Location was excellent being near to Nishitetsu Tenjin Station. It's convenient to go to many places from here. There are also loads of shopping and eating places nearby that are very good. Bed was comfortable although room seems to feel smaller than 22sqm.

The hotel does not activate the room aircon in Spring. It gets very warm in the night especially under the blanket. When we opened the window, it was very noisy throughout the night as our room was facing the road.

- The location of the hotel is just around the corner of Tenjin - 5 min walk to Tenjin Station - No need to carry shopping bags around Tenjin; you can always come back and leave the shopping bags and then continue. - service and friendliness of staff - if you are staying consecutive nights, on the 2nd and 4th day, they will not do the cleaning unless demanded. - 2,500 JPY from hotel to Airport by taxi

- Air con is centralized. It will stop during winter. Might need the hotel staff to open the window for you.

Location (almost in the heart of Tenjin), friendliness of staff, convenience of housekeeping (large bag of amenities provided if no cleaning required, thus not disturbing our sleep-ins) and good English speaking skills of reception and concierge staff.

There were no signs saying we couldn’t eat outside their conference rooms (must be a local custom) and being sternly told off!

The best best thing is the LOCATION!!! Near all the best shops, easy access to buses, trains and church! Very spacious for a Japan hotel!!! Our cleaner was very meticulous to a fault she changed our slippers everyday even when we asked her not to. Hotel is old but not really a problem. Lobby is roomy too.
