The property is good, the location was perfect, safe and secure, this is exactly what we wanted, lots of local restaurants within walking distance. There’s a plethora of excellent foods within the area including shopping

The only problem we had initially was it was difficult for taxi drivers to locate property, it’s in a fairly dense area with a lot of condos/businesses and shops but we finally just pinned the address in Japanese and it was good

The accommodation was very comfortable for three people, offering plenty of space for both relaxation and storage for our suitcases. Check-in was straightforward, and the space was spotless upon arrival. The location was excellent.

I wish there had been a clothes dryer available. It might have been due to the weather, but our clothes took an exceptionally long time to air dry—nearly three days out of the four days we were staying. A dryer would have been helpful.

This location is close to many interesting places, including malls, restaurants, and subway stations.

We had a poor experience because the air conditioning in the room was dripping heavily, forcing us to place a small basin on the carpet to catch the drips. Additionally, one of the bed frames broke due to its lack of sturdiness.

Location! Complete kitchen/dining essentials. Big fridge. Separate toilet (which had a bulit-in sink) and shower/bath. Ample closet space. Footlocker. Very helpful staff, easy to coordinate by chat. Easy check-in/out

The noise gets through the balcony door/window! It's not just from nearby bars/restaurants, it's also just the day to day bustle. The room was dusty (my son and I had allergies for a few days). Stay away from the colorful throw pillows (seemingly not too clean). No luggage storage for after checking out

It is near to lots of restaurants Two BIG Beds and good for 4 people!!! I wash my clothes using the automatic washing machine

Clean room completes with kitchenette and washing machine. It has air-con/heater and floor fan with heater function. 2 comfortable queen beds. Water pressure is great too. You can leave your luggage at their office if you want to check in early or check out late.

Bottled water need to pay. Reception counter/office is at different location, a few blocks away. Room is a bit tight.

A HOTSPOT LOCATION! Very convenient as it is located at the heart of Tenjin near quaint coffee shops and restaurants, shopping area and 2 train stations. I love it!

Pillows could be better. That's it only.

Loved how it was less than a 15min walk from Tenjin Station, shopping areas, and most of the major clubs/bars that my friends and I go to every time we visit. Check-out being at 11 instead of 10 is always a major plus with me.

It was a lil confusing on where we were supposed to enter the hotel at and there was a random, mystery stain next to the bed I was sleeping on.

Great position near all the shopping/food. It was large enough room for family of 4. Washing machine was handy to have. Projector was fun for the kids. Beds were fairly comfortable.

Kettle was broken and replaced with a barely working one. No instructions about where to dispose of rubbish in the room as it was unserviced and we stayed 4 nights.

Great location, everything you need to close. Its close to the subway station and within a walkable distance to Tenjin. The room has everything you need.

Nothing
