Fantastic atmosphere with cascading water into the Koi pond with tropical birds singing constantly. Furniture made from exotic woods. Beautiful landscaping. Decent food -- but really weak coffee --. Super attentive staff always available and in view. Get an expresso machine or teach the cook.

The site was far from the main road. There was absolutely nothing nearby. Walking was out of the question. To go shopping or to dinner was a project. I would suggest a courtesy van with scheduled times to Ubud and return. Your food was not that exiting.

The breakfast selection was great. We ate a few times at the villa because we didn't want to fight the traffic getting back into the centre of Ubud again that day. It is about a 20-minute walk into the centre of Ubud, it is a narrow road to walk, however, many people were doing it and the traffic was respectful of walkers. The villa was a little oasis after an exploration in town. It is still quite a built-up area despite not being in the centre of town. The room was comfortable and very clean. The grounds are well kept. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The pool was very refreshing.

Quite a walk in the humidity. We found it was easier to jump on a Grab Scooter to return to the villa.

I originally booked this place for four nights, but kept extending my stay and eventually stayed for three weeks :) The property is well-maintained, quiet, with spacious, comfortable rooms, a clean pool, and the hotel has its own restaurant with a wide selection. It's also close to the center of Ubud. Ideal for families, couples, or even solo travelers. The access road, which some previous comments mentioned as being in poor condition, is actually new and well-maintained.

We loved the greeting from staff; they came straight away to carry our luggage up the stairs. Our room was spacious and clean/tidy on arrival. We had free breakfast included in our booking; there were 4 set menus to choose from. My daughter is vegan and I'd like to thank the staff for adapting the menu to cater for her dietary requirements (they even went the extra mile to buy in soya milk - brilliant). They offer motorbike hire for an additional and reasonable cost (you will need your driver licence) which is handy. My daughter also loved the garden hut where she could quietly practice her yoga each morning. Free beach towels are available on request to use by the pool. Thank you, we had a super stay and highly recommend.

The staff went above and beyond to make our holiday memorable. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring our comfort. Their warm hospitality created a welcoming atmosphere, making us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. Their professionalism and dedication undoubtedly contributed to the overall positive impression of the hotel. The ambiance and decor of the hotel were also noteworthy, creating a serene and aesthetically pleasing environment that added to the overall charm of our stay.

The hotel was dream-like, perfect positioning, not too far from Ubud centre (5-10min taxi) but also the pool overlooked the jungle- it was breathtaking. The staff were all amazing and lovely; the night we arrived they kept the kitchen open for 1 extra hour just so we can have dinner. Rooms were always cleaned to a perfect standard. There was a wide range of breakfast options too, catering for everyone. They also helped us organise a private taxi service and several activities. They made our stay in Ubud unforgettable!! Small, family-run (8 rooms total) but very professional and amazing.

Out of the main hustle and bustle of Ubud. Perfect place to go to escape. Facility is really quiet. Not many people there. Staff are super friendly. Beautiful surroundings. I could stay by the pool for the rest of my life. Property is away from the main tourist part which is great. Laid back Balinese style. My son loved the pool and the koi fish.

If I had to find a fault it would be the slight smell of damp / mould in the room but that's to be expected considering the humidity in the lush jungle surrounds. It's honestly worth it though. Otherwise perfect.

This place was just perfect for me to get some work done as they have proper tables and chairs in the rooms. It's located closes to the centre of Ubud - only 4 minutes by scooter. The staff was amazing and the rooms clean and comfortable. They have a pool with a stunning view into the jungle. Also, they offer massages in the room.

Amazing stay! The hotel staff are lovely and the rooms are spotless. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in for a long time! Water bottles and toiletries included, breakfast was AMAZING and the wifi and aircon were great!

It’s a little bit far to walk into central ubud but doable! The road is also quite bad leading up to the hotel but some taxis had no issues picking us up/dropping us off.

A small boutique style accommodation with only 8 rooms set in beautiful gardens and pool area, rooms are spacious and staff are friendly and helpful. Couldn’t fault the accommodation, staff or breakfasts included in our room rate. The breakfast options were fantastic as well. We hired a scooter from the property and used this as our base for a week in Ubud, it was the perfect location to travel to from coast to coast and everywhere in between. If you plan to walk into Ubud central from here, don’t do it. We did on our first night only and it was a nightmare navigating heavy traffic with zero paths either side, a scooter or car is much safer.

The small road leading up to the property is just terrible. We travelled all over Bali on a hired scooter and experienced some shockers but getting to and from the property was via this road was the worst part of all our 500km plus travels around Bali.
