Good convenience, excellent service

Booking.com was deceitful. Booked the room for 3 adults and 1 child and the showing price was 15 plus K for 3 nights and got the confirmation for the same, however they changed our reservation to 1 adult and 1 child without getting our consent. Arrived on the day of check-in to find out the same and was very disappointed. Had to cancel the whole booking process and book it directly with the hotel, which came with additional cost. Would never book it through Booking.com again

Comfortable for short stays. Value for money. Good breakfast. Convenient location near the airport. Airy open feel in the grounds. Overall : a good hotel - highly recommended .

Staff need to be friendlier and more welcoming to do justice to a good hotel like this. Same for restaurant staff. They are good but lack warmth., and so come across as uncaring (which may not be true as they serve adequately). This is said in the best interest of a hotel we have stayed at a few times and hope to stay at on all our visits to the region.

The room are super spacious, clean and well maintained. We had an issue with our fridge but the staff managed to replace. The bed sheets didn't smell fresh though. We asked the for a change and it was done. It would have been great if we didn’t have to ask for this.

We were there for a few hours only and a shame we couldn’t use the pool because it was being used to teach outside kids swimming by coaches who were rude.

Close to airport, away from the city hustle-bustle. Hotel staff is helpful. Try the South Indian meals at the restaurant for lunch, quite tasty. I had a packed itinerary to visit temples on my wishlist. I got good support from Mr Murli (manager), Mr Anbarasan (travel desk) and Mr Mani (Driver/Guide). Mani has a deep knowledge of temples in trichy and nearby areas such as Tanjavur, Chidambaram, Madurai, Kumbakonam etc. He knows the speciality of each temple, routes, timings. By his careful planning, I could cover far more than what I originally intended. Truly a divine and memorable tour for me.

1. The bathroom marble flooring can get slippery, specially the shower area. So if you have elders or small kids in your group then please ask for an anti slip bath mat. They provide it on request. 2. Light air fresheners or natural fragrance in the room corridors/hallways would be a pleasant bonus.

Rooms are spacious and beds are good. Bathrooms not that great

Rooms are getting older and need to be re modeled. Drivers don’t have a place to sleep and they are very tired the next day. Ala carte is not available for breakfast and even a single idli taken by the driver costs 650 plus.

The staffs were friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was amazing! The hotel's location is near the airport so its quiet unlike the city. If you're planning on visiting temples, this is an ideal location for you.

Clean and location

They given us R number 410, we went to 4th floor and realized no rooms in 4th floor, none of them guided where it located. We got to know the location Finally after enquirer in front desk but it is named Villa 10. It creat us lot of confusion. No clear guidance from front desk.

My family and I arrived at the hotel at 5 a.m. and were quickly provided with a room and an extra bed, as we had requested. The staff was very helpful. Our stay was short, as we left at around 3 p.m. on the same day, but it was pleasant and enjoyable.

Since we weren't staying long, I thought the price was high.

Break fast was good. Could have been better with more fruits and desserts .The front office people are very courteous.The chk in and chk out was very comfortable. Rooms are spacious.

Bath towels could have been better.
