Hotel is centrally located and public transport is easily available for nearby temples too Friendly staff at reception and also room service .Adequate parking . Personal interest taken by MD to ensure comfort of guests . Rooms well maintained and very clean with adequate wardrobes , TV and kettle . An excellent restaurant on the premises a bit crowded sue to the good quality but seat preference given to guests . Excellent mini tiffin as breakfast. Just no complaints....one of my best trips and great darshan of some temples . Thanks to the hotel management .surely the go to destination for our family on the next visit.

The warm pleasant welcome and the hospitality was heart touching. No words can describe how happy I was with the rooms. Very neat, clean with comfy beds and all amenities. The bathroom was also very neat. The complimentary breakfast was the best I had in recent times. An amazing South Indian breakfast. They have private parking on site. Overall enjoyed the stay. Will surely opt this hotel if I visit Trichy again in future.

The room was quite clean and tidy. The breakfast was at a closeby restaurant, Sri Sangeetha, which normally those in this part of India take for the famous chain of Sangeetha, which is of a very high standard and spread the world over. But this is NOT that Sangeetha. Nevertheless, the food was of reasonably good quality for breakfast, which was a fixed set of south Indian, idli, Pongal, masala dosa or poori and vada with coffee or tea. It was quite filling. The staff members were very courteous and helpful throughout our stay.

The parking is in the basement. Perhaps the only issue is that only skilled drivers can take it through the steep slope and park the vehicle. However, there are drivers from the hotel who can help you So no worries. Even though there was a kettle in the room, there was no tea bags or sugar or milk powder. Upon asking they provided tea bags. But failed to get sugar and milk powder, even though they said they will get it from outside. This was the only sad part of our stay.

Nice hotel in a central location. Very friendly and helpful staff (particularly the front office managers Renganathan and Jayaraman). Clean and decently spacious rooms. Fully functional fittings and amenities. Very good breakfast. Dedicated basement parking. Value for money. Above all, the owner of the property Mr. Prakash is a top class gentleman, very kind and generous. For my subsequent visits to Tiruchirapalli, I will never give a second thought with regard to hotel selection. Maya Residency is the ultimate.

The location of this hotel is great, with restaurant Sangeethas right next to this hotel and with Chathiram bus stand walkable distance from here. The hotel staff was very friendly and they were very accommodating to our requests. The rooms were very comfortable and it had all amenities needed. The rooms were kept clean throughout our stay and there’s a heavy focus on cleanliness by the hotel staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Trichy.

The owner Mr Prakash is very very helpful. He takes care of everything. The staff is polite spoken and quick in service. The owner and his team helped me with so many things. I was traveling with my old parents who eat only Jain food.. the owner helped us find a pure vegetarian restaurant which offers Jain food. Because of heavy crowd, we couldn't have proper Darshan at the main temple of Swami Ranganathan. The owner arranged a person who went to the temple with us and made sure we have good Darshan. We needed to visit a hospital.. the staff guided us with the hospital name and directions and even gave reference which made our hospital visit quick. This property has AC non smoking rooms which are big in size. The mattress and pillows are very soft and the bathroom fittings are new and branded. Hotel has elevator and parking facilities and you get hot running water in shower 24/7. There is a very good pure vegetarian restaurant by the name Sangeetha just next to this hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious and service is quick. Location is central and near to all major attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

I liked everything.

1. Food was in the restaurant next door and the food was superb 2. The hotel MD was a very helpful person and ensured that service is prompt and good. 3. The hotel was quiet and there were no disturbances. 4. Suitable for families. 5. Beds were comfortable.

1. Hotel is acceptable by Indian standards. However, cleanliness could be improved especially in the bathroom. 2. Lighting too could be improved as it was a bit dark although there are many lights in the room. Perhaps this is a personal preference.

The hotel is clean and we were well looked after. - breakfast was very nice - room size was good - close to some attractions - super helpful owner and polite staff - they arranged a day trip for us and also helped us book our taxi to another city - Ac works very good.

There is hardly anything to dislike but if I had to give a feedback : - there is no soundproofing and if you are a light sleeper , you will struggle - as everyone else said : a bathroom curtain or divider would help

Room was large clean and comfortable and staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast next door was just right. What we really appreciated was that without requesting we were provided with an English language newspaper slipped under our door. They then followed up our hire car, providing coffee while we waited and water for our trip. It is these little things that make the difference.

The bathroom was very cramped - but functional. Room lighting a bit dim.

It eventually turned out that no channel showed the World Cup final. Random assortment of hangers in the wardrobe.
