Small hotel everyone was so welcoming and helpful. We had a suite in the top floor. The biggest balcony we've ever had. And nicely furnished..the vew from here was beautiful..the bed was comfortable. Air con worked well and at no extra charge. The street behind the hotel takes you to the main square in 5 minutes.. or a few minutes more along the front. The immediate area didn't feel too touristy.even though we are tourists lol......

The hotel rooms are quite dated. There is no pool.but there are 2 pools 5 minutes away that you are welcome to use.

Thanks to you, we were able to explore Zakynthos in a way that truly showcased its beauty. The beaches, sightseeing spots, and restaurants you suggested were all fantastic and added so much to our experience. Thank you both for making our trip so memorable. Friendliness of staff. My son accidently left his passport in the room safe. He didn't realize his mistake until the next day, after we had left the island. One phone call to management, and Didi came to our rescue. She retrieved the passport and sent it by courier the next day to family on the mainland. Without her assistance, we would have had to drastically change plans for the remainder of the trip. Very, very appreciative. Thank you Plaza Hotel for a wonderful experience.

The hotel service is wonderful. Everyone is very polite and concerned. The receptionist was amazing, even resolving a cancellation made through Booking. The hotel is super close to the center of Zakynthos, we even walked there every day. The breakfast is very good, the facilities are comfortable and it is a great value for money.

The only negative point, but it does not interfere with an excellent review, is the size of the room, but overall we were extremely satisfied. We would return to the same hotel next time.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The reception ladies were very friendly and helpful, very pleasant and answered all questions with a sincere smile. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The room was nice with a balcony and a seaview. You could meet the sunrise right on the balcony. The room was cleaned well and every day. They even brought me a kettle and a cup themselves, although I did not ask.

The only negative is that the hose in the shower leaked.

The location is excellent, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was beyond amazing. The receptionist, Didi was very kind and always there to help with anything. She made us a trip itinerary everyday and gave us really cool advices where to go or not to go.

The breakfast could be better but it was ok. The bathroom is quite small, but managable.

Great spot across from the water , about 10 min walk into main square. The staff at reception were so helpful every day always smiling and assisting. Breakfast was great each morning and the rooms were what we needed , great balcony view from family room

Shower hard to step into over high bath tub, might be difficult for someone elderly - maybe other rooms are different though 😌

Very well maintained and clean rooms and facilities. Nothing was rundown, the furniture and furnishings were like new. Nice chill out area on the roof. Free breakfast. Overall a fantastic stay. Constantina at reception was very kind and helpful to us. She was so lovely!

Lottery system for booking two single beds. I requested two single beds, the reason I chose this hotel was to have two beds, but me and my friend got the double bed instead. They said it was subject to availability but I think it would be better to have it in their system as something that is possible to actually book and reserve.

Ms Didi is truly very helpful and nice lady to attend to us throughout our stay. She even make a surprised pancake for my boyfriend's birthday, which is truly very thoughtful of her. We had a pleasant stay. Thanks again.

The only thing is the bathroom which is really too small to shower. Bigger size would be great.

Location was great, balcony y facing the sea as great, room was light and bright

Shower was very very small and bathroom remained steamy for hours after a shower. Floors didn’t appear to be vacuumed or swept at all in the bedroom and the bathroom didn’t seem to have been cleaned either. We were there for a week and it didn’t appear to have been done.
