Less than ten minutes bus ride from airport by local bus €2. Bus stops by the main road to Fira:& there is a supermarket, 24hrs bakery and eating shops. Takes about 15mins walk to Fira where the bus station is located. From there you can take the bus to most parts of Santorini. Tap water is not drinkable so having the supermarket nearby is very convenient to buy bottled water. Plastic bottle disposal must be problematic for Santorini. Room was very comfortable with a small balcony. Cleaner did a good job servicing our room. Thanks again Renos for everything especially your very prompt replies.

The only thing missing was probably a microwave in Villa Agas. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

Amazing value for money, especially in Santorini (and with a decent sized pool). We were greeted by a lovely and knowledgeable receptionist who let us check in early, and also let us keep our bags in reception until our ferry after we checked out. The room was a good size, and came with a generous sized balcony with a washing line (where a local cat decided to visit us!). The ensuite was also great for the price, and came with a massive shower that was quick to heat up. If you don't mind a 10-15 minute walk into the main town, Agas is in a great location away from the noise of Fira and opposite a bus stop. You can also easily get a bus from Fira up into Oia, which only takes around 30 mins and are reasonably frequent. Also, definitely go to the bakery opposite, the pastries and sandwiches are amazing.

Nothing - great value for money!

Mr. Nikos was very friendly. He welcomed us warmly. We booked through Booking.com and everything was smooth. The room we stayed in (6A) is old-fashioned but cute, clean! There was hot water 24/7 and the AC was amazing. It went from room temperature to 26 in a few minutes. The villa is 1 minute walk to the bus station (Fira-Airport and Airport-Fira), 2 minute walk from Supermarket and Bakery, 5 minutes walk from and amazing restaurant (To Fagopoti), 20-25 minutes walk from Fira. A few hours before we left for the airport there was a water and electricity failure but the administrators called someone immediately and they fixed it in less than an hour. The orange cat with a red bowtie walking around was very cute and friendly. We would stay there again. Good prices (cheaper than Fira or Oia), good location, quiet.

The room was lovely and clean with a decent sized bathroom. The staff were lovely upon arrival they showed us a map of Santorini and gave us some options for tours which were reasonably priced. The outside area of the Villas was also lovely and the views from any of the rooms was amazing!

The pool was slightly smaller than expected but we weren’t going there for the pool so that didn’t bother us, it was the perfect size to cool off after a day out! The location of the Villa was not in the centre of anything although there were places around it (like a bakery and a number of restaurants) it’s about a 15 minute walk into the main town of Fira which again didn’t affect us and here there is also the local bus stop which stop at many places like Oia and Megalachori overall I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Santorini

Clean room Clean bathroom Comfortable bed (double bed and single bed) Clean sheets Clean towels Car parking Good internet (I could work remotely without any issues) Very good price (value for money) Next to Fira (in a walking distance) Next to a local supermarket (in walking distance about 2 minutes) Next to a local bakery (in walking distance about 2 minutes) Friendly staff (Mr Nikos is very professional in his job and very kind as a person)

There is nothing that I didn't like.

amazingly kind staff and very comfortable and clean rooms. the villa is located at a great location with 24/7 bakery, supermarket and bus stop for whole island at a 5 minute walking distance. the villa itself was super clean with option for daily cleaning if needed and very comfortable bed and room facilities. the staff were super kind and shown a great hospitality with showing us how to get around the island and give recommendations on activities. overall couldn't recommend the place more and looking forward to staying at this place again in the future.

there isn't much to complain but as a suggestion it would be nice to put one or 2 small bottle of water in the room.

Especially I was so impressed by the gentleman at the reception. As I needed to check-out very early in the morning, far before my arrival date, I asked a question via e-mail by telling the time I would need to leave. Upon my arrival, I learnt that this gentleman understood everything from the e-mail communication between Villa Agas and myself, and before I may have felt the need to ask a question or two, this gentleman gave me all the information I would need. In a detailed but simple and warm fashion. I think, as far as I can remember from my travel experiences, this does not happen often. As I want to come back to Santorini someday, Villa Agas is going to be my first choice.

Nothing.

The host or manager Ranos was extremely polite and very helpful, which made it a very pleasurable experience. He gave me very good advice for all my travel needs and was always present on site to help. An excellent location with the best bakery in Greece, and very reasonable prices a relief after pirate island Mykonos.

Only my painful foot which prevents my enjoyment and walking, but makes the most of the situation when told to ice foot and rest....which is difficult when travelling.

Spacious sparsely, though adequately furnished room with a spacious balcony which had a far away sea view of the east coast. The fridge and electric kettle were beneficial. Less than 5 minutes away was the best bakery in Greece I've been in. Plus a supermarket and great restaurants also within 5 minutes walk. The receptionist was professional and helpful. As a budget cycle tourer the price per night was very welcome. I enjoyed my stay here.

Bathroom a little cramped, but only a minor detail.

I recently stayed at Villa Agas and had a really comfortable experience. The room was great, especially with the AC and light-blocking doors, which made a huge difference in the sunny weather. The location is super convenient – just a 10-minute walk from the main area, and the bus stop is literally a minute away, so getting around was super easy. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. They even let us store our luggage at the reception after checkout, which was a big help! If you're looking to rent a quad bike, motorbike, or car, the host can assist with that too. Overall, a great stay!
