Firstly, the location of the apartments is absolutely superb! It is very very central with lots of small shops right below the apartment. It is also within a couple minutes walking distance to the big central Syntagma square! You are also very close to the big shopping street: Ermou street which is filled with a lot of brands, and Monastiraki square where you can find even more shops and many amazing restaurants. All in all, a perfect location. The host, Constantina, is also very helpful and nice, responding quickly and with action to any problems that could arise. She left very good instructions on how to check in (as we arrived very late in the evening past check in hours) and we were therefore able to check in to our rooms very easily. We were also very kindly given late check out, without any extra charge. In one of the rooms we had a problem with the shower head, and Constantina very quickly delt with the issue, sending a plumber to come fix it right away. She also provided us with a link for taxis from and to Athens International Airport, which was really helpful for us. For the price, it is a stay I would very much recommend.

There is a very loud pub right underneath, so it was a bit difficult to sleep on friday and saturday evenings, however that is kind of expected when you stay very central in a big city. There were some minor issues in one of the rooms like that it had a very noisy ventilator in the bathroom but those were very small issues and hardly something we would consider a problem.

Good size studio apartment at Athens city centre. very close to everything and between Syntagma and Monastiraki Metro stations. Apartment was clean and good size to fit a small family. There was a very useful kitchenette and fridge with the relevant utensils, plus a Nespresso machine. Comfortable beds.

Two issues: Noise pollution is very high till late in the night, like 03:00 in the morning, even in workdays, mainly caused by a club opened recently in the street across. How this is even legal in a residential area? We have stayed in these apartments few times and some street noise should be expected and we were always fine with that but this time it was beyond acceptable. I suppose if you're visiting for partying and clubbing that's not a problem, but if you're travelling with family you may want to consider this. Also, it is unclear how often to expect change of towels or bed sheets as there is no reception or person of contact in the property apart from contact through the booking app.

Great Location, you can reach everywhere just in 5 minutes walking. Our landlady was very helpful and fast to reply our questions. Check in was also very easy because we arrived nearly midnigth. We also enjoyed small but sufficient kitchen. The room was really clean and beds were comfortable.

There was a loud noise coming from the bar outside. If you don't like loud music, it could be annoying. We also enjoyed that music by the way.

Location was incredible,close to all sites and amenities. Views of the Acropolis from the apartment was a beautiful bonus. Ensuites in both bedrooms was a huge bonus. Aircon was excellent relief to the Athenian Heat.

Some Powerpoints were not working, freezer was iced over so needed to be cleaned, bathroom cabinents were broken and not useable. Availability of a washing machine would have been amazing.

Beautiful room, excellent location, 5 minute walk from Syntagma Square (train from airport). Very comfortable bed and linens.

Lighting in bathroom was poor. The view (not that we spent much time in the room).

The location was great Konstantina was very polite and helped us out alot we needed to stay in more time because our flight was late and she was more willing to he'll us out. She told us to stay as much time as we needed. The place was comfortable and clean. We will obviously prefer it for Athens.

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was perfect.

We had a pleasant stay at the apartment. It was exceptionally clean, conveniently located near the city center, and the host was highly responsive.

The only drawback we experienced was the noise from the surrounding area, primarily due to nearby bars, which made the evenings somewhat loud.

This is my second time staying here because it is just so good! The lofts are in the heart of Athens and are walking distance from everything, including the acropolis and sightseeing! Lofts are comfortabel and have everything you could possibly need. Easy check-in and George went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests making our stay so much better! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Good property 2 bed 2 bath small kitchen but worked ok. Great location. Quiet . Good house keeping.

2nd bathroom shower not secured to the wall needs attention to fix. Only 1 power outlet in kitchen could do with 2 . Minor issues really.

The apartment has 2 master bedrooms. Comfy beds, Very good showers -water pressure great. More towels were brought upon request. Constantina was available by WhatsApp to any question. Note that the air-condition works only if ALL the windows are totally closed. Can't have open windows in one bedroom and AC in the other on the same time. Very good location, easy to find. 5th floor, good elevator.

The apartment could be cleaner when we came in. We had some noise from works in the building - only the first day.
