The staff was excellent and the location was very nice.

It was extremely noisy due to a bar that is on the ground floor. Not the Hotel's fault of course.

The hotel is right in the middle of Syntagma and within walking distance from the shopping district, cafes, bars and sightseeing places. Staff is friendly and polite. The room was exactly like in the pictures: clean, comfy and modern.

The room is right above a bar and on Friday and Saturday the music is really loud and you can even hear people"s conversations as they are standing on the sidewalk , right below the room. Maybe upper floors don't have this issue.

Great location with amazing helpful staff, particularly Jenny at the Front Desk. The room is very clean with a minimalist design. Housekeeping is very attentive, and although the balcony view is of neighboring buildings, the space is very large, comfortable seating, and great for sitting outside relaxing towards the evening when the weather is cooler. Definitely recommend this hotel if you’re after a central location with easy access to sights and restaurants

Although not a deal breaker it would be icing on the cake if they had a cafe or small restaurant in the hotel for convenience. Like I said not a deal breaker, because there are so many eating places within 5-10 mins walking or grocery stores within 15-20 mins.

The hotel is in a very central location and the staff could not do enough for you. Special thanks to Jenny & Maria, who were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I was unfortunately sick throughout the stay, and they would ring me to check up on me to see if I needed anything. Those little touches made my stay extra special

The only thing I would say is that there is no breakfast room (included breakfast)

This hotel was about halfway betweeh Syntagma square and Monistiraki in a busy heavily travelled part of town. There are two lively bars next door. Close by are shops and restaurants. It's a great location, easy to get a taxi, subway or bus to the airport. Surprisingly it was quiet at night, and we slept well on comfortable beds. There was a desk clerk on duty until 11 PM each day. Everything was clean.

It's an excellent location!!! Nearby everything on Ermou street. The staff were great, nice and kind. We made a reservation last minute because of a serious problem with another reservation, and the staff welcomed us very soon and were very understanding. We had luck that they were available! The rooms were very clean and bigger than average.

Excellent boutique hotel in the center of Athens. I wouldn’t mine the noise downstairs as I can’t able to sleep if it’s too quiet. And also, shout out to the two male staff who return my wallet as I accidentally drop it on the lobby. Hope to be back in the near future.

Everything about this property was exceptional. From the location (being right in the heart of Athens) to the quietness of the room (although it is situated in a very noisy place). I am a light sleeper and I appreciated how quiet the room was and I could rest very well. The location is amazing, close to almost every attraction and archeological site and wherever you go, it's just 10-15 mins walk, so if you want to go back to the hotel during the day, you can. The staff was really helpful and they went out of their way to meet some special demands I had. 10/10.

The place is very well designed to meet our needs. The location is excellent. But I think its strongest point is the staff. They will try to help you in every possible way. If you ask for a Taxi they will have it at the front of the hotel 10 minutes before the selected time. My wife and I had a wonderful time at Fos.

they were so nice. they knew I wasn’t able to stay at their hotel on June 19 and 20 due to a mistake in my booking it on wrong dates! they called booking .com without asking me to help me get a refund from them! I tried booking . com so many times and they never tried once to help me! I ended up paying an extra $300 for two nites just because I pushed by mistake non refundable! I never before have pushed that ! disappointed terribly in bookings . com and if they don’t refund me will never use them again and will advise other people to do the same!
