Great location, within walking distance to many attractions. Room was very clean but small, which was fine for us as we only had carry-on luggage. It would be a struggle to find space for two large suitcases. A few coat hangers and open hanging space. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room but bottled water is available at reception and there is a bar downstairs to purchase beverages. Bakery and cafe a short walk away if you haven't included breakfast in your room rate. The bar/lobby area was very lively and open late.

I would have liked to be able to make a cup of tea in the room after our long days of sightseeing.

Fabulous staff - got a very early check-in AND they smoothly organised an extra night for me when BA cancelled my flight (this was during the Euros 2024 and there was a match THAT night in Hamburg so everywhere was full up!)....Fantastic location - could walk everywhere that I wanted to see. Also, very close to a U-Bahn station. Room is clean especially the bathroom which is most important! They also have a nice selection for breakfast and a trendy, clean bar area.

Only a couple of small things....No kettle in room (I'm English!! We do love to be able to make tea at all hours! Its something that is present in almost all motels/hotels in UK). Also, the bathroom door doesn't stay open - had to use the waste basket to keep it open.

Super easy check in and check out with very friendly Reception and bar staff. Great location with a bus stop on either side of the road only a 2 minute walk away. Nice ambience in the foyer and outside too!

I know I had a budget room which suited my needs perfectly, but there was no fridge. Not all that important but I had some food with me that I could've kept in there. No problems at all about that though!

The location is excellent. The parking garage was easily accessible. The breakfast is superb: there is a rich choice of food and the koffie is excellent.

The WLAN (WiFi) did not work the first day. The receptionist blamed my phone. The next Morning another receptionist understood the problem and had the WLAN repaird.

The decor in the hotel was modern and attractive. Although the room wasn’t that big, it was stylish and well appointed. There were plenty of lights and sockets. Although it was on a busy road, it was very quiet. The bathroom was immaculate, and had a great shower. The breakfast was amazing.

The bedroom was a bit small. There was no view.

The location is easy and quick to reach by bus (16/17) from the main train station (Hamburg Hauptbahnhof) and you can walk to all major sights from the hotel: the historic city center (shopping!), the harbour (landungsbrücken, cruises, sightseeing), St. Pauli/Reeperbahn (famous for night life), S-Trains to Volksparkstadion (S3)(football/soccer, concerts...) and the airport (S1) The staff was super friendly and helpful with everything from checking in early to storing and retrieving our luggage after check-out. The room inkl. bathroom and general areas of the hotel were all very clean and well taken care off.

The room was rather small and at busy times (e.g.: breakfast times) catching an elevator might take a little due to high demand.

Location, staff, level of cleannes and the room size were all great!

Personally, I wish there would be complimentary coffee in the room for late mornings and also I wish more warm dishes to be served at the breakfast.

This is very cozy hotel with nice, modern equipment. Room is small, but really neat. The location of the hotel was perfect for our purpose of sightseeing and mainly walking.

Very clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Great to be able to have a sandwich, coffee, wine etc in the large, relaxed lobby.

Nothing really, perhaps a plug socket by the small table and another table lamp to make the room more cozy.

the breakfast closes at 10am. This is much too early. I exceptionally woke up at 9:45, so I really had to rush. However, I arrived at breakfast with some other people, who were under pressure as well because of the early closure of breakfast. This isn't a good start in the day.
