Superb location, right next to both Jannowirzebrücke S & U-bahn connections which is conveniently only 15 minutes away from Berlin Hautbanhof. The room itself makes good use of the available space. Starting with the bed: a medium-firm mattress with a choice of pillows, suited to your liking available through a so called “pillow bar”. There is a selection of lighting options available whether side, table or main lights all of which are dimmable.

The bathroom was the only downside. Firstly, the extractor fan did not seem to work, making the mirror unusable if you wanted to shower in a water temperature anything above lukewarm. Secondly, the toilet seriously lacked flushing power regardless which flush option you used. Lastly, the A/C seemed faulty - even with the window closed.

Location was great. Staff friendly. A cool industrial / funky vibe.

Air con in the room was okish but didn’t get particularly cold and we couldn’t have the window open as it was directly on the busy road. The lighting in the room wasn’t great.

This hotel was so funky (in a good way). It had everything you could want in one place. There was a gym, laundry, bar, restaurant, lounge and even haircutting services. One night after about 12 hours of exploring the city I didn't have the energy to go back out but it was only 9:30 and the sun hadn't set yet, I didn't want to sit alone in my room either. The Social hub had the perfect answer- the lounge space was perfect for socializing or people watching or just catching up on daily goings on. I love this place.

I had an excellent stay at The Social Hub near Alexanderplatz. The location is incredibly convenient—perfect for getting around Berlin, whether you’re heading east or west. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff truly exceeded my expectations: young, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The room had a cool industrial style, which I personally liked, though it was a bit dark due to the color scheme and decor. Still, it was clean and well-maintained, and I really appreciated that fresh towels, sheets, and toiletries were provided daily.

One small downside is that there’s no mini fridge in the room. While there are coolers downstairs where you can buy drinks, having a small fridge in the room would be helpful, especially to keep a bottle of water cold through the night. Also, the room was quite warm during our spring stay—we had to keep the fan running at full speed to stay comfortable.

We stayed in this place for 5 nights (couple of 2 people). We really liked the place and its atmosphere. There are many young people to come and study, go to the gym, eat drink or even get a haircut. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Alexanderplatz, allowing easy access to the heart of the city. Overall, we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a lively and convenient stay in Berlin.

We didn’t like that the room did not have a fridge. This limited us from buying snacks like cheese and ham from the supermarket (which we usually do while traveling) or have cold water.

Amazing hotel, super modern and cosy environment, the stuff was very friendly and always willing to help and give solutions to anything. Easy to check-in and check-out, great gym for anyone who might be interested, ping pong table and table soccer, barber shop and tennis court in the back yard. Not to forget: super clean! Everywhere, every day, everytime. It was only 10min walk to Alexanderplatz - one of the most famous squares of Berlin and only 2 minutes from a U and S station, which means that you can be almost everywhere you need in Berlin in less than 30-40 minutes.

Nothing to comment here, i didn't try breakfast - I think it was too expensive for my budget - but it seemed delicious in a Very well organised facility.

Good location. Quirky fun design. We loved that we could hire bikes.

On arrival we were told that the parking garage was FULL. The parking was a reason we booked the hotel. We were told to park at a nearby shopping centre, but the receptionist didn’t know if it was 24 hours. After expressing my frustration (the hotel description said that we could park for 22 euros a day and that a reservation in the garage wasn’t necessary), the receptionist went to get another receptionist who said we could park in the garage after all. When we finally got into the garage, it was fairly small, but there were spaces available and it was very convenient with access to the hotel. It was not a great start to our stay, but in the end everything was fine. Still confused as to why we were told we couldn’t park there!!

absolutely loved it, place was nice and clean, staff were lovely, even offered us bag storage on the day we checked out (didn't need it as we were heading straight to the airport) great location, only a few minutes from the nearest station, 10 minutes walk to the local shopping facilities. They even had a photo booth!! Bathroom was clean and stocked with all the necessary toiletries, even towels. Would 100% stay again.

There was nothing we didn't like

The "social" aspect of the hotel. The staff were young and friendly, and the vibe of the place is exactly what we wanted as a young couple. We felt very safe and welcome. They were extremely accommodating when I was needing to store medicine in a fridge as there were no fridges in the room.

The restaurant - which I know is not entirely related - one time forgot about our order and we had to wait a really long time for our food. This is really the only negative aspect of our stay which should tell you a lot! It would also be nice if fridges/minibars were present in the rooms.

Everything was really greatI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and everything about my visit was great!
