Good location in the heart of West Berlin. Lovely reception, bar, outdoor seating area and breakfast area! The rooms are well equipped and very stylish. Great value for money for the price I paid. I believe this was lower as hotel just reopened and not all facilities yet complete. The bed was super comfortable and the outdoor seating area was also extremely comfortable! Overall well done on the refurbishment. It looks fantastic!

The lift could have been updated with the refurbishment. It doesn’t really fit the new style. The exterior could have been updated to to fit the Radisson Red brand standards. In a city like Berlin having an all Red facade might be worth considering for brand recognition going forward to make people turn heads. The service was great in the bar and all staff I ecotoured were friendly for Berlin standards, although not as friendly and as customer focused as Radisson properties in the UK.

The room was very clean, good space for hanging clothes, the bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure and temperature. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Checkout is at noon and they store luggage for you after that without charge. The breakfast buffet was good enough. It covered a wide range including cooked and continental items. There wasn’t a huge selection eg there were only cornflakes, Frosties or muesli. There wasn’t a great selection of pastries but there were different types of bread and various savoury biscuits. The coffee machine had different types of coffee but all came out looking and tasting the same. The dinner menu isn’t large although the chef offered to make us variations on it but was limited by the available ingredients, eg he couldn’t offer regular fries only sweet potato fries. The portions of pasta were very small and expensive for the price. Mine was a little lukewarm when it arrived. The room as hot and the air con didn’t cool it down adequately. There was a lot of traffic noise as it’s on a busy street - could do with triple glazing or similar to combat that. It’s very near transport options - overground trains, underground and buses and other places to eat.

-) The decoration and design of the room were quite contemporary and nice. -) The location is just off the Ku'Dmm which is perfect for visiting tourist places. -) The breakfast quality for what they provided was great. -) The complimentary bottle of wines when check-in to the room was a great bonus.

-) The cleaning and room service was not done quite on time. At one occasion we were back at 2:00pm and just the cleaning started. -) It seems the room service not on every occasion they do, covers the floor cleaning. Also, once I was passing in the corridor and realized the used and fresh towels were almost not well-separated in the containers. -) From quality point of view of the shampoo and body gels, I believe, the supplier need to be reconsidered. -) As I stated the quality of the breakfast for what they provided, was great. However, in terms of "variety" it could be slightly better. e.g. Having mushrooms beside scrambled eggs, hot porridge, ..., etc.

Localization was good, room was clean and comfortable but the lighting is not sufficient. Breakfast was delicious. NENAD, one of the staff serving at the bar and breakfast section, was extremely kind, helpful and professional. We thank him very much.

The staff at the reception were a little disinterested. In my shower, only extremely hot water was flowing and there was a malfunction in the cold water section, but although I told the reception several times, they did not pay any attention and they stalled me by saying that there is no technical staff. If we didn't have two rooms, I wouldn't be able to wash at all for a week.

Basic nothing special, when I’ve got in I was surprised to see a wall paper with a Chinese guy wearing a princess crown wtf 🤷‍♂️ right a the small reception behind the desk , is this maybe a gay hotel ? I hope not anyway o won’t be back this place again , staf very friendly helping with everything 100% , I was in Radisson Budapest a week ago and got the best of all worlds , didn’t get that in Berlin at Red Radisson not even close , there was waiting a bottle of red wine in the room and was a water kettle and some cops witch was nice , 👍

Warning for parking is to steep and narrow and on the way in i scraped the front lip of my M8 , my fault of course that I drove in , then I noticed a public garage parking across the street that you should use if you’re taking this hotel and the chineze princes don’t bother you on the wall paper , again everyone that work there was very friendly and helpful and I can say thanks to them it’s just not convenient for me , the lift is taking forever because that’s only one so I ended taking the stairs

Radisson RED Berlin Kudamm was my first experience with this brand. After a recent renovation, the entire hotel still smells fresh. I am enchanted by the decor of the rooms and the interior (the bar and lobby are large open spaces with a very cosy feel). I spent the first night in a room that I exchanged for another - a larger one due to a technical fault. The hotel staff were amiable and helpful. Connecting the TV to my YouTube channel has proven to be a nice convenience.

All the hotel rooms are practically new and therefore spotless, but I was a bit unpleasantly impressed by the desk in the first room, which was dirty with traces of bottles and glasses.

Everything is new and well arranged, nice decorations, comfortable mattress, clean room and functional equipment. Staff is very kind, helpful and professional. Good location next to underground and bus stops. Our special thanks to the Italian Chef Giovanni, who cooked us the finest dinner with handmade ravioli pasta, flamed filetto, oven-baked potatoes and lemon -basil sorbetto! Wonderful experience!!!

We had two rooms, one facing the street where it seems that the windows had not been replaced, therefore some noise arrived from the busy street. The other room towards the courtyard instead was very quiet. For a couple of days, the cleaning staff removed the towels but didn't leave a replacement. It would be useful to place felt pads under the chairs, because they're heavy and make a lot of noise when you move them.

I loved the cleanliness of the entire hotel. There wasn’t one spot. The room has normal hairdryer that every Women uses at her own home. There was a steamer. The room is on a smaller side and the bed is good if you like soft type of mattress. Stuff at the reception and at the breakfast are the best! Nenad was very polite, fast, with smile on his face. Stuff works so smoothly that you dont see anything just enjoy. Good breakfast + a la cart breakfast 👍👍👍 Check in/out very smooth!

Soft beds and pillows

The location was a little far from main tourist attractions, however the hotel was close to some bus stops and subway stations. The room was pretty clean, quiet, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet was awesome, but I think 25 Euro was not reasonable for that.

In the second day of my stay, the door has been opened three times by the housekeepers which was annoying. I highly recommend inserting a tag on the doorknob, letting the guests inform the housekeepers if they need the room needs cleaning. I didn't find this tag in my room or on the door.

The location is great. The reception staff were courteous, friendly and very willing to help. They allowed us two more hours at check out, which helped us a lot. The bathroom is new, modern and efficient

The room is a bit crowded. The lighting is not sufficient. The mini bar as it's name is - mini - allows minimal storage. One of the nights the room's electric fuse went down, and the person on duty at the reception didn't know how to solve it - we spent the rest of the night in the dark.
