I was very pleased to stay at H10 Hotel Kudam. Hotel is very clean, spacious, staff is very cheerful and friendly.

The elevator, which carries luggage and the elderly, rarely works, although there is a receptionist to help. One minus point for H10 about this elevator

Breakfast had reasonable options and the cooked meals are interchanged every other day. Location is great. Train station is next to the building and bus stop is about 250m away. Unlimited shopping around. Couple of places to eat around. Clean and spacious apartment. Toilet had complete supplies. The lift surprisingly is never busy on the wing i stayed.

The kitchen had no real knife. It had one that looked like a toy and very blunt. Just 2 pots with no cover. The room is dark although they had standing lamps but I really don't like them. No USB charging point. The fridge is quite small with half filled with their stuff described as "Mini Bar" which you have to pay if eaten. No dish washing machine.

Booked a room for 3 and we were given a big spacious room. The staff were polite and friendly and did their best to help us with any problems despite us not knowing even a word of German. Bathroom was clean.

Bathrooms are transparent and not soundproof. I found it uncomfortable knowing that I could be heard when on the toilet by the others in my room.

Not much to critique really. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful, location central, lovely decor and comfortable rooms. Quiet, no issues. The only things to potentially improve on would be the spa facilities. These would benefit from a jacuzzi or similar rather than just a steam room and gym. The glass door for the bathroom/toilet in the room was ok as we are a couple but if friends sharing this may have been awkward. These are really picky points but overall it was a lovely hotel.

Good location, helpfull staff! 24 hour service is very nice. Room was big and clean, bonus for bathtub. We got to check in early which was wonderful. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. Would recommend further to other people. All in all a very good hotel.

We asked for the bedsheets to be changed two times, this was not done. The glasses was not clean after roomservice, we had to change them in the bar. A little bit noise from outside of the room (was near to the elevator). Roomservice came in two times while we were at the room. They knocked two times and opened the door before I was able to interract.

Nice room and good size, good bed, great Shower in the good sized bathroom. Hotel breakfast buffet excellent and all the staff I experienced throughout the hotel were brilliant and really helpful. I used the Gym and Spa area once whilst there which was good. A really good experience overall and the hotel is in a great location too. I’d go back without hesitation.

The only thing was the lack of food or snacks service late on in the evening, after getting back from an event. But there’s restaurants a short walk away (open late) so could have stopped there on way back had I known.

The hotel was very clean and staff were very attentive. The rooms were a good size and the beds and pillows were very comfortable! Bathroom was well laid out with a good size bath and the shower had strong water pressure. Will definitely stay at this hotel again if we visit Berlin, the location was fantastic. Very close to shops, restaurants and a 5-10 minute walk to the train station.

I can't think of anything bad about this stay, fantastic hotel!

The staff were absolutely amazing. We asked to switch to a bigger room when we arrived and they sorted it out straight away without any fuss or problems. It was our son's birthday while we were there and when we returned to our room after a day of sightseeing they had left a whole bunch of lovely treats for us to enjoy. They took such good care of us throughout our stay.

At night time the cars on the street below could be quite noisy but it did not disturb our children's sleep and the hotel are not responsible for that.

Very friendly staff! The room was great: clean, big shower and you didn't hear anything from the neighbours - except slamming of the doors in the hallway. The rental bikes were great, a bit high for us smaller people but good quality.

Too bad the cleaners didn't refill the coffee (Nespresso machine with organically disposable cups) so we had to ask for it downstairs. The hotel is situated a bit outside the city center so you will do some travelling, by bike or public transport. We don't recommend using the station Zoologischer Garten at night, for your safety. Luckily there are plenty of alternatives, which you can find in the BVG-app.

The staff were incredible - friendly, kind, efficient and good at their jobs. They gave us our spotless room early, refreshed our room thoughfully, stored our luggage the day we left, and gave our daughter a surprise rendition of Happy Birthday on her special day. The conversion of the building into a hotel is very well done. We loved our room with high ceilings and beautiful light from the windows. Oh... and the location was great. Convenient to the public transport, plenty of eating spots, and the zoo.

The bathroom door was a little tricky with a frosted glass door for entry. For a couple, it would not be a problem but for a family with older kids, it was uncomfortable to not have a real door.
