Even though a bit far from the centre, the location is very nice with a metro station, good restaurants and a Lidl all in immediate vicinity.

The shower, even though there was enough warm water for four people to shower one after another, is very sensitive, making it hard to adjust between extremely hot and cold water.

The property is situated in a quiet, yet easy accessible location, by public transport or car. It is situated in an old but good looking building, with 3 m high rooms, which really give you the feeling of space. The rooms are pretty cool, although you will find a combination between new and old. The decorations of the furniture or mirrors remind you of the fine taste of the architecture. The bathroom is fully equipped and there is hot water all day round. The host is very friendly and even speaks seven languages. Will definitely come back soon if I might have a trip in Berlin.

There really is nothing not to like about if!

First of all loved the location, is located in a very calm and save area(there were a lot of cute bars around the hotel). The room was clean and neat. Employees are very polite. 10/10!!

The hotel is well located in western Berlin, in quiet street but close to main streets and public transport (U-Bahn, S-Bahn). The 2-people room had a lot of space, since it was quite big and had high ceiling, also big window. Comfortable, big bed and a very nice, comfortable couch. The bathroom arranged in a simple, a bit old-fashoned way, but comfortable. Everything very clean. The personnel was friendly.

The staircase and corridor made a bit worse impression than the room, but the room is important after all. The door of the room could also absorb sounds better, since we could hear welll the sounds from the corridor. We were a bit disappointed because of lack of any good place to store bikes.

Close to Blissestrasse U-bahn. Not really a hotel, more a series of letting rooms. My room was plain but with comfy bed, kettle, clean and modern shower room - clean shared loo a few doors down the landing. Good VFM. No breakfast option but cafes, restos (good Vietnamese resto just around the corner), kneipes, bakeries, supermarkets etc within a few metres.

a bigger double duvet would have been great!

The hotel is in line with the price-quality ratio. Good location, close to services such as metro, buses and restaurants. The hotel staff is friendly.

The hotel standard of the soundproofing is poor both from outside and from inside. If you are a light sleeper, this hotel is not for you.

Hotel Gasteiner Hof is in a great location and is fantastic value for money!

Our visit happened to be right in the middle of a heatwave and there is no AC, but Niko the owner made sure we got a large fan which was sufficient to make us comfortable enough to sleep at night.

The room was large with high ceilings so the heat could rise, the windows opened all the way and could let the air circulate, which was great in the middle of summer. Water pressure in the bathroom was great. The provided soap and shampoo was nice and left my hair and skin feeling soft, even the toilet paper was quality. Good, non expensive location within a few minutes walk to the U7 and a 24/6 Edeka (closed on Sundays). I could get to everywhere in Berlin I needed to within 30-40 minutes. Very unobtrusive staff, but available to answer questions and help if needed.

No fridge in room, but definitely not a deal breaker.

Good location, including easy access to Ubahn, bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants in the neighbouhood. The hotel staff was very accommodating for our late arrival and made it easy for us to gain access

The noise outside on Friday early am (7:10) - the courtyard amplified sounds and with open window they were disturbing to our sleep.

Unable to reach property owner by phone. We couldn't enter that hotel when we arrived. We wasted a couple of hours waiting outside of the hotel without any response of property owner.
