For Copenhagen, this is a great value when you include for the size of the room, quality of everything inside and their mobile interface (which you interact with for all access). Kitchen was excellent with all necessary tools provided, room was pretty and they were able to provide a baby cot for our child. Laundry is conveniently located and has automatic soap dispensers. It is entirely free of charge. One advice for all international visitors: take a screenshot of the WiFi password (via the emailed web-link) before landing in Denmark. We were checking in late in the night and mobile network was not working. Thankfully I was able to connect to the WiFi at the entrance and open the door through the web link.

I absolutely loved the vibe of the property, very cozy and calm. And oh boy how well we slept, the bed was just fantastic! The apartment is clean, new and functional and has everything one could need. Not to mention the amazing coffee they have put in the rooms, a tasty breakfast at a neighbourhood cafe and a polaroid camera to take some cool pictures.Would really recommend this place!

Location was really easy to get to from the airport, and within walking distance of local neighbourhoods like Norrebro and Osterbro. If you want to be close to the tourist hotspots this probably isn't the location for you, but if you want to live like a local it's perfect! The room was clean, comfy and well-appointed with some lovely personal touches. It was so nice to have a compact kitchen which allowed us to have breakfast in the room each day. We stayed in the Comfy Studio, and although I saw some negative comments around the size of the bed it totally wasn't an issue - if you're used to a UK double bed it's the same size! The "Front Desk" has been replaced by a personal page with entry instructions and a manned WhatsApp chat, which was very responsive and were able to answer all our questions, even before we'd arrived. Getting in was pretty easy, with a code to access the building then keyless entry to the apartment through your phone. While this was straightforward, it did mean I had to be aware of my phone's battery - if we were out for the whole day and it died, we'd be locked out.

The room was a bit stuffy, while there were fans in the common area we could have made use of, we didn't borrow them and were still fine! While we didn't have any issues accessing the apartment, it did cause some nerves if my phone was to run out of battery.

We visited as part of a longer interrailing trip so it was perfect to have a kitchen to make some of our meals and then to have the free washer/dryer to laundry. The place was well organised and the room had some useful things like a tote bag to use round the city and an adapter plug.

The location was easy enough but there’s not loads directly around the hotel in terms of cafes/restaurants- but once you’ve got a bike you’re only a short ride to great spots. The metro is also very close. I would also note it’s a very tech/smart phone reliant stay- so don’t expect to find help from staff at all hours in person. Again this wasn’t an issue for us but might be for others! Tiny note on comfort - needs better pillows!

The location is not centric but easily reachable by metro. The room comes with a lot of goodies to make your stay extra comfortable. Silent and calm area. Comfy bed and nice TV next to it. Everything in the room had the essence of the danish design that you can also read in a detailed list (pay attention to the tray, it will blow out your mind 🤯).

Everything is managed by smartphone, which is fine if you have battery. Normally, this wouldn't be an issue, but when travelling the use of the phone becomes more intense and can get you into trouble to access your room.

What a perfect stay, definitely exceeded my expectations. Apartment was very clean & well equipped and the bed is so comfortable. I loved the little details, like local coffee, and the online check-in and access was super smooth. Metro station is also very close by!

One of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in, delicious complimentary coffee, a little Instax camera with film to take fun photos on my trip, wonderful location! The room was excellent!

Security code entry requires a mobile phone, if you run out of battery you're locked out of the building - they change the codes throughout the day so you can't write it down or get a physical key, and no 24hr concierge means it isn't as safe as it could be especially for solo travellers - and the inside of the building a bit outdated for instance the lifts.

I liked everything. It was easy chatting with Bob. dogital keys are great thing. Room was spotlessly clean. It has everything that you need. You can always get cleat towls and papier towels in luggage room. Bed is so comfy. Bathroom is beautiful. When we arrived to apartmenr, thare were tea and coffe on table and beautiful handmade mugs. This place is great and webare definetly comming back! :)

It was very clean, well designed and modern. The facility functions really well.

The breakfast is not worth the price, you can go to two cafes in the vicinity, one of them wasn’t working one day unexpectedly which we found out when we came there and in the other(Design cafe we waited for a really long time. You always get the exact same breakfast, you can’t choose, you can only choose the coffee. The breakfast is fine, but you could for the same price just go independently to different cafes and just pay for breakfast. You neither save time nor money this way.

We loved the self check-in. The access to the luggage room as well as laundry room were both included in the price. The apartments are close to the public transport as well as grocery stores. A complimentary basket with tea and coffee is a nice touch. All in all a good value for money.

There was some bad smell in the bathroom coming from bathroom drain. Since there is no ventilation in the bathroom, the only way to get the bad smell out of is through the room and open window. We also think that the cooker hood in our room was not working, while there is a note that the fire alarm is very sensitive and that you pay a fine if it goes off. The complimentary polaroid is a good idea, we were very excited to use it. But it turned out that the battery was low and it had no film in it.
