Location to the beach fantastic. Staff friendly. Good breakfast buffet. Lots of choice.

Rooms a little aging, ours smelt of damp (could have been air con). Didn't realise spa facilities were free until last day. Probably should have checked, but would have been nice to be told on arrival. Just overall didn't feel like a 5 star hotel for the money. As for location, only restaurants are on the 'strip'... Lots of TV screens... Don't expect local authentic places with local atmosphere.

Capo Bay was absolutely incredible - the staff, the location, the food all lived up to high expectations. Starting with the staff, they were so hospitable, kind and friendly - from the reception desk, to the breakfast crew, to the pool team, everybody was so helpful and with a smile on their face. The location is second to none, being a stone throw / on Fig Tree Beach was surreal and a treat. The food was what surprised us the most, Hotel food can be quite same-same / boring, but Capo Bay was up there with the best we've had. The catering team clearly take pride in sourcing quality ingredients and its cooking. Thanks a lot

The room was the only real surprise in terms of falling a little bit short. It was small and the bathroom door was floor length glass with no lock, which wasn't ideal for privacy + having a toddler disturbing at every opportunity! Nice big balcony though and wouldn't mind that room again. View was nice and was always kept clean.

- Comfortable beds - Clean room - The receptionist with dark red hair (shoulder length) was lovely, she extended our check out from 11 to 2 PM free of charge - Proximity to the beach, cafes, etc - The sun bed area was well maintained (beautiful grass even though its peak heat)

- Receptionist Eleni needs to retire from her job. I had to drag answers out from her. She also seemed not happy to be doing what she does. - The bathrooms with glass walls provide no privacy at all, the sound insulation is non existent - We had half-board included and so opted for dinner at Kai which was the worst dinner in my entire life. The food was tasteless and disgusting to say the least. We then found out that for outside guests this dinner for two would cost 97€ and we were shocked. Kai’s staff was amazing in terms of service, but the food…oh my god. - This hotel feels more like 4 stars than 5, the rooms are pretty outdated, however I did see they had a part of the hotel renovated and the rooms on that side looked more fresh

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was convenient for the beach and bars , shops etc it you wanted it.

The room was short on usable storage and small balcony. We booked a sea view but the main view was of a car park although we could see the sea

The hotel is beautiful, and the location is amazing, right on the best beach, Fig Tree Bay. Close to local amenities but not directly on the strip, to the point it's too loud (I did have a sea view room though so maybe it's louder at the back). The beds were firm and comfortable, and the showers were great, lots of different settings and great pressure. The pool is amazing and the breakfast is fantastic. We travelled in April, so the season has only just begun, and we enjoyed the weather and the fact that nothing was too busy! It was also a more affordable time to go, and not excessively hot (mid twenties). Our sea view room had such a stunning view and was clean and well appointed with a large super king sized bed.

Nothing, it was a great hotel, friendly staff etc! If I was going to be extremely picky I'd say the gym could have a couple more machines, but you're on holiday...haha. 😆 have an ice cream instead.

Capo Bay is a wonderful place! The rooms were very clean and comfortable with everything you need. The hotel itself is a dream. Lots of loungers and umbrellas and you can pop down to the beach whenever you want. The adults only section is great as well. The drinks and food are delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I used the gym and was really surprised at how big it was and has almost everything you need. The big thing that stood out for us was the use of a complimentary room to shower in before we caught our flight. We had to check out but our flight wasn't until 9pm that evening so being able to freshen up before heading to the airport was the best thing ever!

Great place, very good own beach, good location, lots of shops and Restaurants nearby. Add to that that it is right in front of the Fig tree bay (but there very crowded). But you have a cool own hotel beach with view to Fig tree bay, with great drinks&food service there (online via app), with pleanty of space and where we always found easily a sunbed. Plus: an own part of the hotel beach is reserved for adults only, as well as adults only pool and adults only jaqcuzi.Very good aircondition, and we got an surprise update with a bigger balcony. Very nice is the koi-fish pond and the pool-landscape looked gorgeos. Great lobby, very artistic.

Own Hotel Beach with sand instead grass would have been even better. What we missed at the breakfast buffet was that there was no feta, which i find strange in a hotel in that region. Also a little minus was that one day, a lot of the koi- fish in the pond died because seamingly something went wrong with the water quality. But that are all minor critiques- we loved it there!

Staff is a strong side of this Hotel. Any level - from a room cleaner or pool helpers to front desk or high managers were professional, very good organized, disciplined, all our requests were resolved fast and easy, that's why we had a brilliant and comfortable stay. Especially thanks to Marietta and Aphrodite. Great location, room, facilities, food, breakfast, other services, space, pools. Kitchen Chef personally was checking food in a hall every morning during the breakfast. Tip: beer in "Mamas's" restaurant, in front of a pool, right on the hotel's territory was just great.

Excellent breakfast, especially the Cyprus coffee which you can prepare yourself. Location is amazing, on one of the best beaches which we have ever seen all over the world. Clear water with wonderful reflections, good possibility to swim around the small island. However, not many fishes to meet during snorkeling. Proper delimitation between Adult and Parents with children areas.

The administrative people urged us to leave the lounge chairs from Adult area at 6 pm, as they had to pack for the night. Thus, they interrupted our pleasant relaxation during sunset. We complained to the manager and maybe they will change this unusual rule.

Location - best. Just on the fig tree bay beach. Service - good.

The beds are not comfortable - our bed had a slope from the center to the edges, it constantly felt like you were going to roll off it. The room is not a 5 star hotel room - looks outdated and worn. Bathroom is small and has a useless bathtub. Micro-balcony. Very noisy neighborhood restaurants (we had island side windows). Breakfast is ok but not great. All together - it's like 3+* hotel. Not even looks and feels like 4*, and definitely not like 5*.
