I ve stayed at the Silver Sands Beach Hotel and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The hotel boasts the best location ever to Fig Tree Bay, with stunning views of the crystal-clear waters and golden sands. The beauty of the surroundings was simply breathtaking. One of the best things about this hotel is that everything is within walking distance. Whether you're looking for restaurants, shops, or entertainment venues, you're just steps away from everything you could possibly need or want. This convenience made my stay at the Silver Sands Beach Hotel even more enjoyable. The staff at this hotel are some of the friendliest people I've ever met. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always willing to assist me with anything I needed, and their hospitality was truly top-notch. Overall, my experience at the Silver Sands Beach Hotel was exceptional. If you're looking for a hotel with an unbeatable location, breathtaking views, friendly staff, and great value for money, then this is the perfect choice for you. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fig Tree Bay.

There is nothing not to like at this hotel from the location to the facilities the staff the food, everything was wonderful!!!

Location is great, next to the sea. The hotel is quite clean. although someone in these comments state that the stuff don't clean the rooms regularly, that's not true - every day they take out the trash and change the towels, unless you want otherwise. The food is excellent, a very rich and varied offer for all three meals and for different types of national and international cuisines. Drinks during lunch and dinner are not included, but the waiters always ask if you want to pay immediately if you order something, or if you want to write to your room, so that you pay at the end of your staying. If you choose half board, you can always change dinner for lunch. There is an entertainment program in the hotel 6 nights per week - Greek music, ABBA hits, karaoke and similar. Wifi connection was free for us, coz we booked over Booking.com and it was stable by the pool and in the halls, but we didn't catch internet in the room. The pool is cleaned regularly, deckchairs and beds around the pool and facing the sea are free of charge within the hotel.

The main impression is that staff is really approachable and helpful, especially the receptionist called Mariana/Marianna (not sure how is written). We liked that our rooms were cleaned every day and that the towels were changed. This hotel is at lovely location. Overall impression is great.

The only thing we didn't like is that the rooms that were showed at booking while choosing them weren't the ones we got. Not sure if one part of that hotel is renovated so that those shown rooms really exist, but we got other ones and older rooms compared to what was shown to us at booking site for our two units.

The hotel itself is decent, old, but rooms are renovated completely. Bathroom is spotless and it looks better than 5 star hotels, and the bed is very comfortable although the pillows could be renewed. Food is excellent with a lot of choices and it changes daily. Pool is clean with a lot of sunbeds near it and some down on the grass towards the beach. Overall it was an exceptional stay given the price which was very low. I could not find any particular downsides even though i tried my best just to think of something so great job everyone employed there!

Yes the hallways are a but rusty, and the carpet in them is very old but it didn't affect the stay even the slightest. Rooms are very clean as the bathroom - except for the chairs which need some deep washing. Again those are very tiny details compered to overall experience and given the great price. It wad also funny to me how old is the telephone in the room, with round number dial lol 😂

Nice small hotel. Really good location in center of Protaras.. and few steps from the beach, choice of breakfast was really good too.

Location is the best, between Vrissiana and Fig tree beaches. We took half board option. Food is fine, I didn't like every meal, but there's wide variety of food and you can always find something you like, unless you are picky eater. You can change dinner for lunch any day. Staff is very nice. Rooms were cleaned every day, and changed towels. For the price we paid it was a good value for money.

Nothing special, slow elevators irritated me on the first day (get very busy sometimes), but got used to it, was not that bad generally. Food and rooms are fine but could be better.

Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, mainly due to the incredible and diverse food offerings. The buffet deserves a full five stars for its variety and quality. Additionally, the hotel's prime location with direct access to a beautiful beach was perfect. The friendly and accommodating staff went above and beyond to assist with any questions or requests we had. I would especially like to commend the restaurant and bar staff for handling their duties very quickly and professionally. Our room met all the advertised specifications and was cleaned daily. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel.

You cannot rely on the advertised hotel transfer service from/to the airport, even for an additional fee. It was impossible to contact the hotel before the trip, as they did not respond to my messages.

The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. The location is perfect. Few meters from the beach and in the middle of Protaras.

The room cleaning service was insufficient. We had a coffe and for 3 days the cups were still there dirty and not been replaced. They did not replace the towels for 4 days and no towel for the bath floor. We had to use one for the face. The juices offered with the breakfast are not fresh and they are very sweet. Recommendation to replace them with natural ones

Silver sands Beach hotel is set in the most idyllic location, yes the building is a little tired, I agree. But it’s still a very nice hotel with fantastic value for money. The food was 10 stars, catering for everyone. I am a fussy eater and I enjoyed every meal we had. Fresh local ingredients and plenty to choose from. The food was very good… not like most all- inclusive resort’s! So this was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. The staff including the general manager where very helpful all the time.

The hotel was great couldn’t fault it really. Brilliant location, friendly staff and overall we had a very good experience. We did room only and had access to a mini fridge in our room which kept our drinks and snacks cool. The pool was great and even though the sun was super hot the pool gets shade from around 3pm which makes it nice and cool for the kids. I travelled with my partner and 2 year old daughter and we all had a very good experience. All the staff were lovely and friendly, always happy to help and talking to us, making us feel welcome. The breach is unreal! The views from the sea rooms are amazing! We will defo be back.

Sheets were not changed, just bed remade daily.
