Good allround.

First lady at desk was stonewalling politely but unhelpfully.when we were told at 10.30am checkin no exception only at 3pm. We offered, as is common (eg Hilton Garden Inn, Bogota airport), to pay between 50-100% extra for early checkin, any room, any floor. Unhelpful evasive answer that entire hotel unavailable for earlier checkin, also not possible to come earlier at 2pm. We grudgingly stored our bags, went to Comuna 13 for a great time, returned at 2pm when a different lady at front desk.... an absolutely lovely, diamond class lady was very very helpful. She said sure, no problem, room ready in 5 minutes, have a coffee, got us into the room just like that. Saw her next day, she is absolutely fabulous at customer care.

Staff were extremely polite, professional and helpful throughout my stay. Location in a very nice part of Laureles with lots of very good food options close by.

I only had the included breakfast once, and the day I had it was pretty poor - lukewarm food, not tasty. I also got sick shortly after this which wiped out the next 2 days for me - not saying the food made me sick, but it put some doubt in my mind, so I didn't eat there again. Lighting in the room was pretty dark, even with all the lights on at once.

The hotel is located in a great location for food, shopping and entertainment. The staff is super kind and very patient with our very average Spanish speaking. We were in town for a motorcycle trip and they were accommodating with all of our baggage and gear. It was the perfect place to relax after a long trip, eat some great food, and enjoy the best of Medellin. I would definitely recommend and stay here again1

Excelent......super clean. a lot of diferent kind of restaurants ...and ice cream shops....arepita truck ect near. The first day we got an issue with the ac but they sent some one to solve the problem right away.

Located in the Laureles neighbourhood, the Innate Hotel gives direct access to several restaurants and bars while still being a place to rest at night. The personal is kind and helpful. The restaurant of the hotel gives good breakfast, but can also serve lunch, drinks and good dinner.

The business centre should get an update as the fitness and Jacuzzi facilities on the final floor (by the way: marvellous view!!)

There was one of the managers that had a bad attitude but I spoke to the owner and he said he would take care of it.

the property is very good in many ways but needs better staff training. some breakfast staff were attentive, served and cleared; others not so much. breakfast food was good and the three different omelet station people very good. dinner food was dreadful. I tried it three times and thereafter went out. No wonder it is rated poorly and often empty while others in the block have lineups. the cleaning staff need a checklist. a small gym is needed.

The bed was hard uncomfortable and everytime when house keeping clean the room we have to remind them to bring up clean towels

Location and the staff. Everything you could need or want is within a block or two of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to help. Good in room air conditioning, which isn’t common in Colombia.

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking.

The location is at the center of Laureles. We walked to restaurants and shopping. All staff were very friendly and they try their best to serve. The hotel has great amenities although the management of service and these amenities could improve.

The hotel has all the “hardware” to be a great four star hotel but maintenance, management of the amenities could significantly improve. Our room missed a light bulb; they were not able to give us two keys which were very inconvenient; the therapy pool on the picture needs spa appointment to enter but it was very difficult to arrange spa appointment and it closes at 7pm, the water of jacuzzi at the roof top did not fill up all the way. All the toiletries in the room were wrapped in tight sealed plastic. They are not environmental friendly and very annoying to open when needed. The hotel has very special architecture elements which needs good lighting to give the comfortable high end vibe. But someone decided not to turn on the lights at lobby and the place felt tiring and lack of energy.
