Nice rooms. Hot and spacious shower. Generally clean & our room was cleaned frequently. Fast Wifi (though not the best signal in our room). Safe, busy and not too gentrified neighbourhood.

Do not get the cheapest room category on booking! It’s a tiny room with no outside windows which is poorly ventilated. We upgraded to the next higher category which seems to be a way better deal. There is officially no staff working in the hostel, everything is organised and communicated digitally. This can be a bit annoying sometimes, especially since it seemed like some of the other “guests” were actually staff members living in the other rooms. Although the surroundings are relatively quiet, all rooms are directed towards the center of the building. You might be annoyed by other guests if there is a bigger group as the walls are thin and the whole complex is not really soundproof. Bed was probably 130cm, a bit small for two adults. The drain of the sink had a terrible smell.

The entire space is well-decorated and comfortable, like a boutique. That's personally my favorite part is coming back to a clean, comfortable place that feels good to be in. The all-day available tea and coffee is amazing and the back porch area is great to sit and enjoy escaping the city in. The rooms are comfortable, aside from the issues with the budget option room as mentioned below. The shower is perfect. Hot water, big space and great water pressure. We would definitely stay here again. The location is good, far enough away from the main strip that it feels like you're staying in a real neighborhood, but close enough you can still walk to everything important.

If I were to stay again, I would not choose the budget option if I'm able to afford it. The room we stayed in had two small windows to the hallway, but was not enough for ventilation, was so bright from the hallways lights that stay on all night that I had to rig curtains into the windows + turn the main lights off myself and the room was HOT. It really wouldn't be bad as a budget option if there were curtains and that room really needs and A/C, not just a fan. That's my only complaint. And just to note, everything is online so the check-in process is going to be different than the normal. I didn't mind too much, as there seems to be a volunteer around during the main hours, but expect to only pay online once you get there and to not have the normal reception experience.

The house offers cosy small rooms that were decorated thoughtfully, as was the house. The staff was super friendly and nice to talk to. My room had a comfortable bed and was facing the internal patio, which with the rain these days made for a relaxing atmosphere. Location wise, there are several restaurants, bars, and cafés in walking distance. The nearest metro station is a good 20-25 min walk away, and favourable as the traffic in Medellín is absolutely horrendous. Value for money more than fair!

One observation, and this is no direct criticism on the property but related to the sewer system of Medellín - there was a bit of a foul smell from the drain in the shower and sink, which would be nice to 'mask'. Also, there were quite a few bunches of hair in the room that definitely weren't mine 😬

Very beautiful guest house with nice and modern interior design and a spacious terrace as well as common areas indoors where you can sit and relax (or work). I liked the neighbourhood of Laureles a lot and the house is close to many cafes and restaurants. The staff was friendly and always made sure everything is okay. Check-in process was very easy too with access codes for all doors.

Only minor remarks: my room only had tiny windows facing the interior of the building, at night there was constantly a lot of light coming in from the hallway because there were no curtains. Breakfast is served in a lot of plastic packaging, maybe there could be a more sustainable solution for that. Also the water in the shower was either very hot or cold, it was difficult to get the right temperature in between. Would still return because overall this is a great place to stay in Medellín.

Loved everything!!! So lucky to have found this place. Ended up booking for longer because it was so nice and comfortable....and a great value for the price. We had one of the larger rooms with a balcony...so spacious, with a nice stocked kitchen, two bathrooms, and a comfy bed. The showers always had hot water, too. Also felt super safe here; all of the doors have keyless code entry. The staff are all fantastic and easy to communicate with. There's free coffee and tea available in the downstairs sitting area and the staff are super kind. They also had luggage storage when we took a short trip out of town. It's centrally located on a nice, quiet street just down from several restaurants. A supermarket, laundry mat, as well as the bar district, are all within walking distance.

Most importantly, they condemn prostitution. It is fantastic that hotels like this one take a stand on this growing problem. The property itself has been decorated with excellent taste and everything is nice and clean. Bed was confortable, just nice details everywhere you looked. I loved the desk in the room.

It would have been ideal if there was a small kitchenette. Long time travellers like me love somewhere to make something small to eat. But it’s not the idea of this place I guess.

Hard to find! No signs outside (but it’s the one with the blue door! :)) A bit difficult to communicate with the host. Didn’t receive any confirmation of my booking. Since all is run without any staff onsite (except the cleaners), it was impossible to enter the premises - all is done with code locks, which is great once you receive the codes. Also, it’s a bit far from the metro (15-20 min walking) which makes getting around harder (unless using Uber of course).

One of our team members forgot her purse and the concierge reacted very quickly and called to warn us.

Our team was allowed in the property since in the morning and hang out in the common areas until rooms were ready (they had an early flight) but the rooms were ready one hour later than the regular check-in time and it caused some inconveniences to them.

No filter in bathroom; do have window but it faces common area so basically can’t open it for privacy, not worth extra pay for windows: super unstable wifi connection for iPhone, most of the time can’t find signal; Staff process request super slow and sometimes responsive in whatsapp and sometimes do not

Everything was perfect. The bed and the room is really nice and confortable. Big enough for all luggages. A super nice bathroom with all equipments. Most mostly the two girls working there Veronica and Paula was incredible helpful and nice. We will come back again and we actually add 2 nights more. Thanks for everything. It's a super calm and safe area. You just need to talk 20min go the nearest metro.
