This is an older facility, but we were very comfortable here. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable, great bed and linens, good shower, wonderful towels, good wifi access, quiet room. The breakfast was served in a restaurant-like room in a buffet format. Nice hot options, cold cereals, yogurt, juice, etc. We would definitely stay here again. Price was right.

We're an older couple, so no elevator was not impossible, but would have liked to have had some help with our bags. We were up just one flight, so it was manageable.

The rooms appear to have been recently renovated. The beds and the pillows very nice. The bathroom layout with two sinks, and a tub shower,is a bonus. Coffee available in the room and extra items for the coffee available at the front desk just for the asking the room, painted and decorated nicely .

All right recently renovated rooms aside very nice, The lobby lounge and restaurant and the rest of the hotel, including the basement pool and spa area are stuck in the 1970s. Hotel could use major renovation, maybe a lobby coffee set up, which is always nice in most hotels. maybe completely redesigning and taking down walls around the lounge to make the area feel more cohesive . in the basement, where a vinyl lined Pool with no proper entrance and only two exit ladders and a hot tub that was over chlorinated . Big opportunity here lots of room in the basement for a beautiful facility if it were only built.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It felt like home. The breakfast vouchers were an unexpected bonus! It was very convenient to have breakfast and dinner available in the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I LOVED the gym they provided!!! Best gym in a hotel stay yet. That alone exceeded my expectations. Nice pool and hot tub too! You could live there!

I didn't dislike anything. I would choose my stay here again!

I liked the ease of booking and the staff was friendly, I like that there is a restaurant on site, and it is in a central location. I like the soft beds, the coffeemaker and the adjoining room. I liked Roxanne or "sheshe" I couldn't tell if she worked there or not, but she entertained us with her worldliness. She speaks a middle eastern language fluently!

the heater was a little hard to figure out, the switch on the wall is just "Heat up/Cool down" and the thermostat didn't seem to work, as it would get boiling in the room, and then we flick the switch and hardcore AC comes on and it gets chilly. Wasn't a problem in the daytime, but at night it had to be watched.

Nice big, clean room. Good sized refrigerator and microwave. A fine hot breakfast and coffee was included with our room price. Friendly staff, front desk open after midnight (great for late arrival flights).

If you are a light sleeper, the all night traffic noise may be an issue. Train tracks on one side, main highway through town on the other. Ear plugs fix that! Bed was pretty soft, but some people may like that.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of choice. We didn't use the pool as we arrived late in the evening so I can't rate that. Would stay here again.

The guy on the front desk wasn't the most welcoming considering he is the first person you see when you step through the door. Wasn't chatty in the slightest.

I liked that after a long day on the motorcycle in hot weather, the room had the AC going and was ice cold! It was perfect! Plus - motorcycles were permitted to park right in front of the hotel under awning. Great!

The Pepsi machine was out of order. I was SO thirsty that I ended up drinking water from the bathroom tap. I didn't want to go down to the little cafe - I really prefer to travel alone and stay in my room.

I love the location and the cleanliness is good too.

We didn’t get breakfast included with the room, and I was told I didn’t pick it when I booked? I have stayed here before and got free breakfast, and I booked the same way. If it’s free, it should be included with the room! Also the hot tub was down which was unfortunate. When it was back up and running it was no warmer than a bath 😔

Excellent breakfast! Hot tub was perfect...not too hot. And the whole pool area was very clean. Even the air conditioner in the room worked as it should; didn't smell and was even on the quiet side.

Although it didn't have nor need an elevator, it felt more like just half a flight of stairs because of the setup.

Loved that breakfast was included, even when the restaurant was closed Sunday/Monday, there was a boxed breakfast available. Very quiet hotel (other than traffic on the Strip). Very clean and comfortable. Loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi! The central location was perfect for walking to the Tamarack Mall, since I don’t drive. A great menu at the restaurant as well.

Shower pressure was weak, even though running the water from the faucet was very strong? Next time I would try to book a non-adjoining room and away from the street. Oh yeah, the sink in room 205 didn’t drain well, (the one before the bathroom).
